      Nearly 8 weeks to ship from the company, it was shipped from TP! on November 16th. Then it took from friday to tuesday, a day slower than last time but nonetheless really fast!

      Pluto Dolls definitely charges not enough for that quality!

      Way better!

    7. * What did you order?: Asleep Eidolon Xun on layaway.
      * When did you order?: 24.07.2012
      * How was the communication?: It was good. No complaints.
      * How easy was it to pay?: Well, since I chose layaway I couldn't order the normal way and had to manually e-mail them. But that wasn't a problem.
      * How long did it take to ship?: Xun arrived at their place before I finished the last rate, but after I paid the last rate he got here within 2 days. I was really amazed.
      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?: No. But they accidentally replaced the outer box (not the doll box) with an Angell-Studio box.
      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?: I had some extra wishes, like wanting eyelashes and MSC UV Cut. Even though they said at first that Asleep Eidolon doesn't accept extra wishes, they somehow managed to get them to apply lashes. And they took care of the MSC I wanted, too. I think that's when the box mix-up happened, unless the original box was damaged which I don't know. I'm not angry, I'm happy they managed to fulfill my wishes. :)

      Very good, I got several e-mails about my order (when it got ordered, when it was ready to be shipped and when it was shipped)

      Not long! 4 days, between the Netherlands and Germany :)
      It took them roughly a week from order to arriving at my door, with a weekend inbetween!

      Absolutely, but most likely only in-stock items since I'm not much of a fan to use dealers for doll-shopping :'D

      Excellent. I think I must have asked them two or three questions in the past to which they never replied - but if you order from them, they keep you very well-informed: they update the status of your order regulalrly and send you a tracking number.

      Easy, through Paypal.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      Not long at all - items were in stock and shipped the next day.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes, insofar as doll-sized underwear can be said ever to be reasonably priced :P.

      Yes. In view of the tiny photos on the site, the real thing actually looks better!

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      Well, they spotted my problem for me!
      Their system charged me too much for shipping. The shipping cost did seem high, but shipping between our (neighbouring!) countries can sometimes be quite absurd so I didn't dwell on it. However, shortly after my Paypal payment went through, I received a message from ThinkPink saying that they had spotted a mistake in the shipping cost and they had reimbursed me immediately. I thought that was very attentive and correct of them. So, as far as I am concerned: nice dealing with ThinkPink! They are friendly and honest.

      Yes, I don't see why not. They have a remarkably wide range of items too.

      Good, I could ask anything to ThinkPink and the things they sent back was very clear to me.

      Very easy, 'cause ThinkPink is a Dutch company and I am Dutch too. So the paying went very fast.

      They say to me that it takes 8 or 12 weeks and she came in week 10.

      Yes she was just how I wanted her to be. The whole fullset is beautiful. Only what I not understand is that, you dont get a doll stand in the set because she is a doll for decoration.

      Yes very! Perfectly. She is more beautiful in real life!

      More then satisfied with how she looks like but I didnt quite understand why she was hard to move and to pose. The possisions doesn't hold very well.

      perfekt. When I orderd my DZ Annie I was very new in this hobby and I orderd the wrong skin color. I wasn't sure if NormalYellow is too yellow, or how white is DZ white. They helped me a lot, answering my questions. I got all my mails answered within a day. Communication is just perfect!

      I really love ThinkPink they're a great dealer. And if you order something inStock you get some little gifts :) They have a huge inStock sortment which often includes eventdolls. When I want to order a doll or a outfit I first take a look at their pre-orders. I love them for their service and the communication.

      They mailed me every time some items arrived (since it was a big order). Something went wrong with one of the orders and they immedeatly send me a mail about it, in which they told they were in touch allready with the company itself to solve the problem. The communication went fast and they were super friendly!

      * How easy was it to pay?
      I payed through bank transfer. I also payed a part of the order at the shop.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      The items arrived a little bit before christmas, which was't TP's fault. One of the companies had send the wrong doll, so the waiting was longer then expected -_-

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes, I believe so (:
      And even though I went to pick up the items, they packed the dolls really well (hands, and neck in bubblewrap, facemask).

      Yes (except some colors that were a bit diffrent, but that's something you can expect from computer images)

      I was satisfied, but one problem occured though. Like I said before one company (Dollzone) had sent the Tulip fullset instead of the stramonium one. TP solved it with Dollzone, but when the Stramonium head and fullset clothes arrived, she had no face up. TP proposed me if I wanted the Tullip fullset with the stramonium fullset to make up for it, want them to try the stramonium face-up for me or ask Dollzone again for a head with a face-up. It's super nice how they did their best to solve a problem they couldn't do anything about either. Great costumer service!

      So, I ordered my doll in January and as everyone knows, it&#8217;s an exciting time waiting for everything to be OK'd and whatnot, but to be honest, once I had got a confirmation message saying my payment had been received and that I would be waiting between 8 to 12 weeks (a few weeks later they had bumped it up to 12 to 15 weeks with no explanation) that was it, I had no other correspondence from Think Pink's end, and as the months went on I got worried (I know these things take a while but there is a limit) I felt like I was pestering them with my emails asking for information, sometimes my emails were not even replied to which always worried me even more!
      I received a message from Marcia at the beginning of April to say they had not heard from 5SD, but the following morning she said she had miraculously received an email from them during the night claiming they had a backlog from Chinese New Year.
      Once this had happened the ball rolled pretty quickly, and I received my doll within a few weeks.
      He was packed nicely and came with a few little gifts which was a nice touch, but I would have to seriously consider my options before I order with them again as the waiting time was a little too long and communication wasn't fantastic.

Also very polite when they informed me that Angell-Studio didn't had the old yosd body anymore, the newer body was more expensive but they proposed that I wouldn't need to pay the extra cost. The waiting time between the mails could be becuase one of the company workers had a accident so just 1 person was filling all the roles of the company at once.

      Well quite some time since I placed the order at the 26th of april and it was shipped to me at the first of June (In the end I recieved it the 4th of June). This was probably since I ordered items that werent in stock yet.

      Well I was a little disapointed how small the bottle MSC was, but I geuss its just really expensive anywhere. For the other products, yes I think the price was alright.

      they contacted me and told me Angell-Studio had stopped making the older body. The newer body would cost more, but I wouldn't have to pay for it. They also gave me the option to cancel the order, which I chose for in the end.

My doll was supposed to have been ordered the 25th, but wasn't, due to lack of orders. This was fine with me, but I didn't know this, considering the fact that only 2 dolls have to be ordered for Thinkpink to order at Dear Mine, I assumed mine had been ordered. I had to ask them on their facebook page, to find out that my doll's order date had indeed, been postponed. Had I been notified of this, it wouldn't have bothered me, I can wait, but I'm not fond of lack of communication.
      Then, I knew they'd order the 31th, since it said on their website, which I trusted. I had to ask them again, whether my doll had been ordered again, sometime in June, on their facebook page, to which the date had been forgotten. I asked again, and was told my doll had been ordered the 23th of May. On my profile on Thinkpink, my order kept being on "Paid," and I got no form of notification of anything. I recieved my email today, with a tracking number for my doll, 4 hours after it had been delivered so...

      Also, I ordered a doll within a spring event period, and was pretty excited to see the poster that were to be sent with each DL doll sold. According to Dear Mine, this was the things offered

I feel like I've been spamming their facebook simply to get information out for a 505 euro doll, so I'm not gonna pester them for my poster, even if I am -very- miffed and stereotypically moody about it. Sorry for the outburst but lack of communication from middlemen who are supposed to help, just messes everything up.
