Wearables The Sewing Project! - [ Rounds 1 - 5 ]

Hoping to finish at least the jacket today - so far the boots have defeated me, but I'm not giving up just yet!

 

the dress is almost done but i am still not started on the jacket have been sick. i will update with pictures of the dress tomorrow

 

Unfortunately, my sewing machine had to be put away for awhile, so I'm only halfway done and I probably won't be finishing on time. I am glad to know what I'm making my girl for winter, though! And the leggings I finished are super cute on her.

 

Quick update: Knit dress (and leggings) finished!

 

Coat is now complete.

I'm done! Just enough daylight left for a halfway decent pic, too ...


I'm not quite happy with the jacket, nor with the boots (even though those turned out better than I feared). I guess I'll experiment with shoes for a while ... but at least she's got something to put on her feet and is all set for a photoshoot in the snow

Two small changes: (1) added buttons to coat, (2) added belt.

 

I just found this thread... is the game over? It looks like such fun that I would like to play.
