The Resin Rose BJD Expo March 14th 2015 in Portland Oregon Chat Thread!

There will be four types of raffles-

Door prize Raffle- Everyone who enters gets 1 ticket, unless you preregistered then you get 2 tickets.
Small prize paid raffle- Tickets will be $1.00 each or 5 for $4.00. It will include prizes that are valued at $40 or less
Mid prize paid raffle- Tickets will be $3.00 each or 5 for $12.00. It will include prizes of $70-$100 in value
Large prize paid raffle- Tickets will be $5.00 or 5 for $20.00. It will include full dolls and doll heads.
100% of the raffle ticket sales will go towards our charity, the Feral Cat Coalition (FCCO)

I'm very exited everyone! Only two more days~~ ^____^ I'll be flying out early tomorrow morning and I can't wait to meet you all!

I haven't decided who to bring with me. So many cats!

 

I was going to go but unfortunately work made that impossible. It's like just because they pay me money they expect me to do things! Sigh....

 

That was so much fun! Great vendors, lots of door prizes and cool raffle prizes!
Excellent food and drink, catching up with friends, seeing new dolls in person.
To the organizers--job well done!!
I am already looking forward to next year!

 

So looks like a tan minifee hand fell out of my car in the parking lot. When someone found it, another female with short black hair said she knew who it belonged to and would contact the person. But I haven't been contacted. X.x So has anyone heard about a tan minifee hand and perhaps knows who has it? I would really appreciate getting it back. Looked for it for hours last night...

Edit to say it seems to have been located and will be shipped back to me.

On another note, I loved the expo and had an amazing time. I am already looking forward to next year!

 

The convention was so much fun and everyone was lovely! You guys did a great job!

I had so much fun! Oh my gosh! I've never been to an event that was so happy and positive. Everybody was smiling and genuinely happy to be there, it was so great!

This was such a fun event, especially as my first bjd event. I can't wait for next years event.

 

I had SO much fun everyone! ^____^ I'd love love love to attend next year! Hopefully I'll be moved out to Oregon by that time too! Cant wait to see more pictures!

 

I want to thank everyone that put on this con and all those how attended. This was one of the most amazing first-time cons that I have attended. I had a wonderful time. I am looking forward to this con for next year

Rin was very happy to attend - especially since I was able to get her new eyes from Doll Bakery

 

I attended with [MENTION=32159]nimbusdrake[/MENTION] & [MENTION=45922]AmoraSeth[/MENTION] helping them with the sale of their lovely items. I really enjoyed helping those who purchased items and anyone who I just chatted with about my DD girls who were being models for the booth :-D

It was such a lovely turn out for a 1st time doll con and everyone looked so happy and were very friendly! The food was also so delicious and kept me full throughout the day. And of course all the shopping was amazing and I got myself some really great finds ;-) And I even won a Lullaby Poem wig from the raffle which looks super cute on my girl Rhea right now. Truly looking forward to information regarding the event for next year!

 

Yay, I'm so happy everyone had a great time!!! It was an amazing day! We will for sure being doing it again next year. We just have some details to work out before we can officially announce the date.
