My Wei Yue Jin sp finally arrived today.
The TD company face-up looks beautiful!
Now that my little one is here, I can finally take care of his outfit properly. Because somehow he still has nothing to wear.
So there is still a lot of work to do.

Well, after floating around in shipping limbo for the past month and a half—my new 65cm girl body arrived. I love the extra poseability that her former Iplehouse body (did a body swap with my Iple Asa) could never properly accomplish without some extra mods.

One thing I would like to inquire about though: I received what appears to be a metal stand along with her, and I'm not sure exactly how I should put it together. It didn't come with any instructions, and I'm stumped. Has anyone else received a metal stand with any of their dolls/bodies that might know how I can properly assemble it? I've tried doing keyword searches and watching unboxing videos, and of the few I was able to find...none of them included a stand.

So, yeah—really ecstatic that she finally arrived, but now have a new mystery to solve involving a doll stand

I ordered Alcate today 08-08-2021 from Alice’s Collection. Paid in Full. I got a confirmation email saying that they put in the order with the company and that it will take up to 6 months waiting time. I’m hoping to get him home sooner.

I ordered him October 13th 2020 from Bjdivas. He arrived today, September 17th, 2021. I have no idea how to dress him.

This is my first 70cm bjd, love him so much!!!!

Alcate is home!! Wow! He is absolutely stunning!! I ordered through Alice’s Collection on 08/08/2021 and got him today 11/10/2021. So about three months wait time. I’m so in love with this beautiful boy! Telesthesia & Dragon exceeded my expectations. His clothes and everything about him is well made and such high quality too! My photos doesn’t do him justice but I did add a link to my flicker in my doll profile if you guys want to see photos.
Now I’m just waiting for my LoongSoul’s God of Water to get home.

 

Has anyone been waiting a really long time for their Telethesia order? I ordered through BJDivas, just a 1/3 blank head and it's been a little over one year exactly of wait time.

That's indeed really odd :/ I'm afraid it might be because of the dealer you ordered from. I always go with AC and usually had to wait between 3 to 5 months for a full doll~ I hope your head comes home soon though!!

 

I'd recommend emailing BJDivas - it's actually TD, as they're a smaller bjd company, it's very expensive for them to ship internationally, so they often delay shipping to dealers outside of China. I'd ask if BJDivas could ask about the current status of the head directly with TD, and if they hear back that it's been completed, to encourage TD to ship. This should nudge things along.

 

My Guzhu arrived on Christmas Eve! So excited!!! His face up is okay but I do not really like his lower eye lashes.
I am still waiting for his outfit and jointed hand. I hope his clothes, wigs and shoes could arrive early because he is naked right now. Therefore I have to keep him in his box. Sad.

 

Ordered Xun Jian in late March. Impatiently waiting for him cuz I actually hate waiting for things. I sure picked a great hobby for that.
I'm excited to see him, though. I just wish his promotional pictures were a bit clearer.

 

Oh, you must be sooo excited! He looks amazing! Do you have clothing plans you can work on while you wait?

 

I've already found some clothes I like for him. Dark and flowly. My biggest challenge right now if finding him a bow and quiver. I want him to be an archer but its hard to find that type of prop. I have seen a few but they lean towards a more forest-like look, and I'm looking for more of war-like look.

 

Oooh! I wonder if there are any 3D printables out there...

 

I ordered Xun Jian's head on their "Uncle Fairy" body which is 68cm muscled, with a female chest, and male-ish pelvis (male in shape with removable parts.) I'm going to be trying it out as a female muscle body.

May I ask where this body can be found at? I've never heard about it tbh but it sounds very intrigueing!

 

They sell it directly on Taobao and I believe any dealer can order it. I used ACBJD to do the order and they allowed me to order a 70cm doll and substitute the body for free, which was great because it allowed me to take advantage of a discount. The neck on the "dual sexed" body is 10.5 cm which is compatible with their 70cm (and female doll heads like Iplehouse.) I am going to use it as a female muscle body.

Hello. I’ve come to join you. I’ve just placed an order ( on layaway) for Xiao Bei. He will be my first large doll. ( I don’t even have my first bjd yet as I just finished paying layaway for him recently) and I’m so excited!! I’m planning a kpop vibe for him. He reminded me a little of Hyunjin from Stray Kids ( tell me you can see it too or I’ll think I’m crazy) and I can’t wait to get him. Obviously it’ll be ages because he’s on layaway but I can use this time to make him clothes and things. I haven’t seen many photos of him in real life. Just the promo photos. So I hope he looks as awesome in real life too.

I'm joining the waiting room! Just ordered a 74cm body with heel feet and jointed hands for my R.Dean S.Rei head. Trying to get them to color match Soom Tawny. Hopefully I get mine fast but I am expecting to wait the full 6 months due to the resin color and extra parts lol.
