Does volks sd17 or Sd13 clothes fits switch boys body? Which wig size fits best Switch Sohwa ?

sd17 clothes fits on switch 65 bodies
b size which is for 9 inch should be suitable for sohwa.
sometimes m size will be okay but quite tight.

May I ask what is b size and m sizes means? Sorry I am not familire with this term

Also, if you dont mind me asking, where do you ship mostly for casual style for the switch 65 bodies

SWITCH wig sizing:
M size (8.5 inch)
B size (9 inch)

SD17 size clothing fits their 65cm bodies and SD13 clothes fits their 60cm bodies. Sohwa fits 9-10 inch wigs size better. He's using B size SWITCH wig here.

Does anyone have experience with jointed hands and the HD65 attractive boy body? There's a sale going on on acbjd right now so I'm looking to get a pair for my switch boy.

If you can wait early July I can take a comparison photo of switch body 65 with dollfamily H jointed hands of their 70cm doll so you can see how will it look. The body will arrive by then so I can take photos

 

So! I ended up ordering the Doll Legend hands because I've heard good things about them and the lower thumb joint looked interesting lol. I picked em up in Normal Yellow and I'm crossing my fingers that that matches 2019 switch ns relatively well. Idk if I'll end up keeping them tho so I'd definitely be interested to see that comparison too! I'll post pics of these hands as well, we need more resources for this stuff lol

 

Yes, its good to keep a data based so others can see too. I might create a thread in references photo as well so other can search and find it easier

 

I kind of impulsively adopted a secondhand Seolrok head in normal skin recently. Which companies' bodies match that colour? Will it match an older Volks body?

 

I usually tend to buy all my switch dolls 70cm clothing. Typically I noticed most 60cm tops work well for them. But not 60cm pants. I notice 60cm pants are just TOO small. They will go up and button. But then when you try to sit them down the button bursts open or they cant sit at all. 60cm tops are good but sometimes the sleeves can be a little short. So I bounce around between 60cm/70cm tops and only 70cm bottoms. That's just my experience though.

 

super hyped on Yiwon's head release, would you guys think the sculpt looks better on a 60 or 65 body (guy or girl)? :0c
I don't see too many girl switch dolls aside from choyo, taerin and shiho so curious as to what else would work for younger/more feminine dolls

edit: also is there any key difference between taerin and taerin bijou aside from the mouth?

Which sculpts/products did you vote for and which ones do you think will most likely have a re-release?

There are probably a lot of votes for Ryuzo and Waseon. Personally, I voted for Ryuzo in Rosy White and Waseon in Milktea Rose. But I also got interested in Seojin and Seolrok.

 

My bias is simple: Doha, Doha, Doha. He's one of my favorite Switch sculpts and I'd love to have him in all resins.

(And Damhyeon. Have a powder beige, craving a milk tea rose and mocha.)

I agree! If I had more space, I'd definitely buy even more than I'm already planning to. I'm even considering just going for the heads and letting them share bodies...

 

That could definitely work. Just need a body in every skin tone. All I need is a MilkTea colored one now. well....I think... Im not sure if the white skinned one I got is their normal white or not. I thiiink the normal skinned one I have is their powder Beige. And I have a Mocha brown. So that leeeeaves milktea!

 

i almost get my grail dolls from switch.
after owning a few mocha brown dolls, i am quite sure powder beige is more suitable for me
hopefully switch will have more new dolls in the future

 

I voted for Doha, Damhyeon and Yido. I wouldn't mind seeing a rerelease of Rion as well. My plan for now is to resist all sales because my Milktea Yozo needs a body and Ryuzo will come home from his faceup soon as well. After that I want to take a Switch family photo!

Waseon is an "old" sculpt that's still popular til this day right?
Does rosy white look that much better than the older white resin or pale white? Been curious as to how pale it actually is

 

You can actually see the comparison on Switch's website here and here. I'd say, it's a matter of taste. Personally, I really like that their current White skin is pink-ish. It's very cute and it probably won't turn yellow/green as fast as their older white or pale white. But that's just my guess.

 

I voted for Waseon, Sohwa and Rion.
As long as I remember, Switch will be selling Doha in rosy white skin this year. Well, at least that's what most people guessed from their release plan... However, I do hope they will do it because I would really like to have Doha too!

 

Ooh. I might be interested in a RW Doha although I'm a bit nervous to get that resin color again after my Seolrok Somnia had a chemical reaction with Nine9Style clothes. I don't particularly want to scrub and sand for five hours again

 

After having a similar experience with my NS Luts dolls I prefer to store them naked. Nothing's gonna stop me from getting a doll in RW...

 

Switch are going to re-release Breathless I want to snatch a pair in Powder Beige...

@Niel - Do you know if they give you the entire hand including the ball part or do you need to own a switch body in order to use the hands?

 

@xyuemoto Last time they released Breathless they included jointed balls as well. They will most likely do the same this time. I've also just noticed that according to the photos the hads only fit HD65 body. I really hoped for a 70 cm compatible Breathless hands.

 

I think these breathless hands will be the first pair of optional hands I buy! I really love how delicate they look.

 

Yes. And on that same photo, there is a third boy. People were guessing from the numbers on the top left part that those are the first release dates of the particular heads and that the third boy (whose face we can't see) might be Doha. As I said, it is just a guess...

 

I really want to buy a pair of hands too. I hope FaithZ will be selling it because the EMS Premium is killing me...

 

are the hands easy to switch in and out?
i've never really changed out the default hands from bodies before :0c

 

quite easy for switch att65 body & volks SD17 body
just pull them out and the ball joint will hold the hook
you can leave it until you find the right parts to put on the hook

Just a quick question, does anyone know the difference between the humming dolly 60 body vs attractive version?
like the shoulders, chest width and arm length seems to be different but is it the actual sculpt or did they add on additional "buffers" between the joints to cater for these differences?

i saw some photos taking in Switch Studio on twitter, telling the release plan in coming few months
New head, i think is sehan will be released in August
coming with taerin, new version with vampire teeth in September
Damhyeon, dreamlike version in October
sohwa in november

 

Oh, that is super exciting!! RamCube had a head with little fangs I passed on because I was hoping Switch might do something with fangs. Definitely interested in seeing this version of Taerin. Sehan and Sohwa too! I better start saving

 

No way, is Ryuzo this month? I only get paid at the beginning of the next month... Man. Gotta scrape together some money for the head at least.

 

I got an email from Switch that "the goods which I ordered is delivering", and I had to sign into the site to figure out what the heck I ordered in some apparent fever dream! I completely forgot I ordered an Ajeong Closer head in May.

 

No way, already? I ordered a Ajeong closer with a 65 body the same time, although i opted to go through faithz so hopefully I wont be too far behind.

It's been a while since I ordered through Faithz so I can't remember how much of a difference there was between direct Switch orders and Faithz orders being sent out. But, hopefully you'll hear something soon.

Thanks! The one thing I like about Korean tracking is they'll also give you the flight number that your package is on. Now to obsessively check my tracking. lol

Same! Though my monthly bodies from May shipped, flew to Chicago, and haven't even hit the USPS tracking after 5 days. Hoping Concerto Gyoha gets better treatment.

 

@InvisibleWings - I heard chicago is really backed up. My head is blank so maybe there is a chance it'll ship early, haha.

 

@InvisibleWings @xyuemoto Hello hello! Longtime lurker here - also waiting for a May monthly body order in Chicago It’s apparently been in Chicago since the 11th but USPS hasn’t updated. Is this normal now since they’re so backed up?

 

@Natty - Five days is the standard customs time if there arent any issues (obviously express usually gets through faster). I wouldnt be surprised if you had to wait days more. Scans also get missed sometimes or appear a day late.

What size wig do you guys think fits Ryuzo better, M size or B size? According to Switch, M size fits tight. Is it good? Or is it bad and I should get size B instead?

 

Looking at the dimensions it looks like M will be a near perfect fit, just make sure not to use a wigcap. It'll take a bit more effort to get it on there, but then at least you know it wont slide off of his head.

 

i am using B size for ryuzo, m size can fit on but need more effort and time to put it on
but never try 7.5MT, it cannot works on ryuzo

 

My blank Ajeong shipped!! I ordered him as a full doll too but I wonder how long he'll take in customs anyways lol

My blank Gyoha shipped as well! Oh my god, I didn't expect him until August. I'm so excited! Hope that he arrives soon so I can see if I like Switch 70A body and decide if I want to get the same for Ryuzo.

 

Super excited to see everyone's Gyohas! I have a mocha one in brown coming from Switch and a milk tea one from Faithz coming, but they're both painted, so I'll have to wait. I've been seeing mocha brown Gyohas on Instagram (some with the makeup to) so I'm hyped.

 

So nice to see more people getting shipping notices!

 

@Littlebirdzoom Oh my! I'd love to see your Gyohas I'm kinda regretting not getting Gyoha in Milktea Rose too... But that might just be my addiction to Switch dolls

 

I'm glad to see another Faithz order here! Hopefully the wait won't be too much longer for us, my guess is a couple weeks. I'll be keeping myself busy by looking at pictures of people's dolls as they arrive in the meantime haha.
