@yunomi Unfortunately, Mocha Brown is a limited release. The body is only available when Switch releases a Mocha Brown head, and only if you win and buy the head with it.
Oh, and it’s also impossible to tell when they’ll release anything. You can only find a notice a few weeks before the release on Twitter.

Switch just release some mocha brown heads recently. they might open the body option after that.

 

Hello! Does anyone have the measurement of the wrist size/opening for the 64cm girl body? I was thinking of getting the nostalgia hands for an angell-studio 60cm doll and wasn't sure about the fit. :]

Also, is rosy white a good match for AS milk?

 

Hi all! I won this really lovely Switch Sanhong on Y!A. She is modeled on a DDdy body but I was wondering if it's feasible to put the head on either a dollfie dream or a sd13 body? If so what skin tone do you recommend. She is powder beige

Question for those Switch experts: What is the difference between the regular Ryuzo head and the persona version?

Switch is going to be releasing the Ryuzo Persona head in a few days, and I'm thinking of get it. I'm still new to the company, so I only see that the persona version has the eyes semi closed. Is there any other difference?

The only difference is, as you said, that the eyes are semi-closed. That's all.
Switch calls their "normal" heads with their names (Ryuzo, Waseon, Doha, etc) and if these heads have "semi-closed eye version, more-open-mouth version, etc, then those sculpts get a name like Ryuzo: Persona, Seolrok: Somnia, Seolrok: Hiver, etc.

The others (Ruan, Shiho) get new faceup which is always a nice thing.

 

Man, when I started thinking of maybe getting a Pavian head for when I eventually get myself a Waseon Hope I manage to snatch him some time in the future. Although, for now I'm way more excited about the new boy wigs they're currently only selling in Platina, like Coleus and Forte Cut. They look stunning! Fingers crossed for an eventual online release.

Do you happen to know which size of Forte Cut fits Ryuzo? I can never decide if I should go for size B or M... so I end up getting both when I only need one.

 

Ryuzo is a tricky head, he is in between B & M size. My batch of forte cut is bit tight and i got a B size.
I did not put on Ryuzo, but i suggest you to get a B size.
M might be bit small if you haven't successfully put on any tight wigs of switch.....
Switch product varies slightly in different batches, but they make quite a number tight wigs recently.

 

I'm waiting for those wigs like crazy!!! I'm afraid I will go and buy 10 or more of them because all my big boys besides Switch guys are using Switch's wigs. And if they start selling it in lots of colours..... that's the end of me.

Mugenkaze, thanks for the tip about Ryuzo.
Nowadays I find it hard to put on B wigs even on the bigger heads, but maybe it's just me being a lousy wig-fitter.

 

Gosh, yeah, I'll buy them in all the colours for sure! Maybe even two of each just because I have so many dolls now. Switch wigs are probably the best quality wigs I've ever owned.

 

My Labyrinth body and Huisa Direction head showed up out of the blue yesterday. I got them both in Milk Tea Rose. There is some gapping between the head and neck, but most of it is at the front part of the heads neck hole.

Some thoughts on the Labyrinth body as this is my first Switch body.

The body came with kips in the neck, shoulder and elbow joints, and I like the posing of the elbows and shoulders. It can easily touch it's face and pat itself on the back.

The chest joint also has nice foreword, backward and side to side movement.

Unfortunately, similar to my Migidoll Style 68 body the lower stomach/hip joint is only good for slight foreword and backward movement. It can't be moved side to side at all because there's a resin piece built up inside the body stopping it. I'm assuming this is also to keep it from having the dreaded belly pop some dolls have.

The body sits fine, but has a tendency to want to rock to one side when it's legs are crossed. It also takes a bit of work to engage the knees peanut joint to make it double jointed on account of how long the peanut joint is.

The heel feet don't have a lot of movement or rotation at the ankle. I'll have to see how well the flat feet move later.

For anyone else who may have this body or the new 64 body, but got the heel legs instead, are the knees for the heel legs double jointed? In Switch's pictures I couldn't tell if they were.

Forte Cut looks too thin, imho… But Taeheo?! He looks gorgeous! I think I might just snatch him… And the wig he’s wearing on the promo photo is amazing, what is that?

 

I've picked up the Forte cut in both colors and a Yido in milktea with the Nuit faceup. I'm hoping to throw him on my existing Yido's body instead of having two dolls but I don't know how it will match. If not, I may switch to this one as I like the open mouth. I'm glad to see Switch coming back with wigs again!

I like Taeheo's wig, too. Wonder if it's something new or a bit modified Lupinus?

Hi guys, I have a rosy white HD65 body and I'm wondering which SWITCH head(s) do you think are most beautiful looking on that body size? Like, not too big but also not too small. Just right kind of feel.

I plan to move my current Soseo head to HD70 and still conflicted whether I want the normal or attractive version.

 

I adore JennyH48264’s Choyo ! He looks extremely cute and the size of his head is just right for the body. Taerin, Sanhong, Shiho, Seolrok, and I think most of the “girls” should also look fine on this body.

I have my Huisa D on that body and I love his "teenager boy" kinda look. He is also a good size for HD65. I think even Yiwon would look great on it since he is also the smaller kind of head.

I am now the happy owner of a HD64 Labyrinth body (I was able to order one after the preorder period closed due to the helpfulness of FaithZ) and I have to say it's the prettiest 1/3 body I've ever owned. Can't wait for my other Huisa Directions to be back from faceup so I can put them on the body.

Waiting on the female bust stand from SWITCH too to display at least one of the Huisas; it seems like every time I make an order for stuff from them, they add new stuff that I want to buy and I have to keep asking them to combine orders. I feel so bad :'D

On the topic of clothes.. What size do you guys choose when buying clothes for HD70 Attractive body? Obviously buying directly from Switch is the best option but I'm wondering if I could also shop from other dealers. Most of my collections are in the SD17 size range and I don't think they will fit.

I was looking at various bodies' measurements from different companies and based on the shoulder width and chest girth alone, SSDF superior clothing size might be a close fit? I also found that ID75 has similar shoulder width but much thicker chest girth compared to the HD70 Attractive. I wonder if their clothes would be too big or still look alright on Switch's body.

For pants, I heard that HD70 Attractive is quite similar in measurement to the HD70 so I am not as concerned.

Any insight is appreciated!

 

@Irischen I usually buy clothes in size DAD70, which is getting more and more popular nowadays. The measurements are almost identical to HD70A. Although, sometimes I buy ID75 tops for an oversized look, like this hoodie I've bought recently. As for trousers, it's size 70 only. SSDF is also 70 cm so it should fit... probably. I can only tell you that DAD70 fits for sure. You can browse for it on Taobao.

 

Any top with new ssdf size should fit. You can also search LLT Ballard body, loong 73 for loosen design. Idealian 75 can be another option but will be a bit larger.

Looking at their latest tweet where they show off a 43 cm doll wearing a 7.5 inch wig, is it possible that we’re going to see more stuff in MSD size from Switch?! Oh, I really hope they make some short MSD-sized wigs then! Maybe Piano Cut or something like that. I would love to see them making MSD dolls as well.

 

I've finally ordered HD70 Attractive body! Can't wait till December to get them. Feels like Christmas already .

 

Hello everybody, I would like to ask if someone might know if Switch's milk tea rose and Iplehouse's peach gold look okay together. Unfortunately, I was unable to find any resin comparison on IG, Flickr, etc. Google search also didn't get me any further. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

 

I'm SO excited for this new grey color, but I wish they would offer the ATT65 body. I really don't like the 70 body and I think it needs to be improved tbh and it makes me nervous thinking they might be leaning towards it and the Labrynth (giant barbie). I hope more dolls come out in this color. I'd kill for a Seolrok.

I know! I hope Switch will offer it for HD65 too eventually. The labyrinth is new and they definitely want to promote it. Size 70s and up also seem to be gaining popularity lately, so it's understandable.

You can try asking them via email or 1:1 maybe? They always reply to my questions so far.

I bought Elixir in Rosy White and Powder Beige! I was really looking forward to Vanitas as well, but it just looks too much like Breathless to me, and I already have those.

Does anyone who happens to have the new HD64 girl or Labyrinth bodies also have SD16 girl clothes, or know if SD16 girl clothes can fit?

 

I have a HD64 girl body and SD16 clothing.

The waist fits well and the shoulders are comparable. But the underbust area on the HD64 girl is a bit wider compared to SD16 (only matters for form fitting stuff).
I have pictures but I'd need to resize them for DoA. I'll show you on Discord instead .

I'm SO disappointed and sad about how fast these wigs sold out. One of them was perfect for my boy and I tried to be fast. I hope they make more. I really hate the click war...

 

Couldn't agree more. I so didn't want to stay up until 4 AM to manage to snatch them. And all these new colours weren't even available on FaithZ or DOLK...

 

Sorry if this has been asked already. I know that every now and then Switch does a survey to see what people would like to see re-released, but doesn’t anyone know how often they actually re-release sculpts? I’m interested in a few 1/3 heads and it’s been a few years since the last release. I also don’t wanna pay 2-3 times the price on the second hand market and then see it released again shortly after. :/ Should I wait?
