Supia Waiting Room v4!

I checked in with Supia as it had been 3 weeks since my order was marked as “Before Shipping” and apparently there was some delay or another with the factory sending out a batch of dolls, but they have been received now and are being inspected before final shipment within a week. They also said they will send a gift as an apology for the delay. After all this, I hope it’s a workable match for my Pygmalion Noah.

 

I got my shipping number yesterday!

 

They had to remake my order as apparently they discovered it had a serious flaw while preparing it for shipment, but now the new one is on the way!

 

Put in my order for a Dreaming Tabitha in milk brown skin on the ballerina body, hooray! I have been wanting a Supiadoll for a loooong time, so I'm excited for her.

 

My order has been "Before Shipping" for two weeks as of today. I'm really curious as to what that actually means. Is it just that she's been made? Has faceup done? Is packed up and waiting to be shipped? (Does anyone actually know?) I don't want to pester them but the suspense is killing me.

 

When I inquired about that with my 65cm boy body, it seems to be that during this time, they are doing things like inspecting the pieces which have arrived (in my case they found a serious flaw in one of them and part of the delay was them needing to get that part cast by the factory again.) There’s then stringing to do and indeed probably things like the face-up.

 

Her status changed to "On Shipping" today! No email notification. (I only know it was today because, uh... I've been checking every day )

For reference, I ordered her on July 4th. The delivery date is listed as 15-10-2024, which I'm a bit skeptical of. That'd be an awfully short trip from Korea to Canada, lol.

10/18 update: She arrived at the post office this morning and is now home with me Will try to post an unboxing later.

 

Does anyone know if you can order heads only from supia?

My dreaming Tabitha's status has been "before shipping" for the last three weeks or so, waiting with bated breath for a switch to "on shipping".

Guess I get to join the waiting room now instead of lurking! I ordered a real skin Hael on ballerina body with smoky faceup on Christmas day. So excited! I've wanted a supia for a long time and now it's finally happening!

 

I have ordered on 25-12-2024 a Nael in rose pink on a ballerina body,small bust no face up.
This is my first time ordering from Supia does anyone know if they are fast?

 

Depends on your expectation of "fast". I think most would say no - they're small, so it takes time. Time that is so worth it though.
I believe they do deliver within their estimated timeframe though, which is important.
Without makeup your doll is estimated to arrive "60~80 business days plus shipping time from receipt of full payment" according to the website.
So it might be faster than that, but I always assume the longest so that I'm more likely to be pleasantly surprised.

 

Has anyone ever ordered just parts, or am I the crazy one I finally found feet that fit on the narrow ankles of my Dream Valley B56-01, thanks to the help of a local friend who had a large collection of flat and heeled feet (the crazy sentences this hobby makes you say sometimes ).

I ordered myself a pair of heeled and basic feet from Supia for her on 12/27/24, with EMS shipping....

And now I wait

My foot and heel parts arrived on 3/3/25 after shipping on 2/28/25! I didn't ever get a shipping email notice though, it was a little confusing

 

My order has shipped today I was worried it would take longer because Supia had a lot of events going on but I'm pleasantly surprised at how fast they shipped my order

 

Yay! My Hael is now marked before shipping! How long did anyones full doll go from before shipping to on shipping? I ordered her on Dec 25. Been so impatient lol

 

My girl was before shipping for about 3 weeks but that was around the holidays last year. Once she was on shipping it was only a few days but yay! Congrats on your Hael almost being to you!

Well I'm in my 5th week of my Hael being marked before shipping.. I emailed them a few days ago and haven't gotten any reply back. So not sure what's going on. A whole month before shipping seems more than usual? I ordered her on Christmas Day.

 

I ordered Riel last week and asked via q/a when Lua would be rereleased and they said, right now, go ahead! so I added Lua as well haha

 

OMG I haven't seen Riel! So pretty

 

My Hael finally came on Friday! Took like 4 and a half months. They gave me an extra set of eyes for the wait haha.

I guess I forgot to add my Supia Rosy order. I ordered and paid for her on April 4th. I'm about 80 days in so hopefully she'll at least go "Before Shipping" in the next few days.

I just calculated the days and I'm about 60 business days into my order for a Raon w/makeup. Not counting weekends he should be ready mid-end of August....but I'm gonna keep checking my order every other day in hopes he's done sooner..

 

My Rosy is on shipping! I ordered her on 4/4/2025 so she was right at 100 days from order. I requested the full makeup including body blushing. So not too bad. I'll post when she arrives.

 

My Rosy arrived today! Less than a week from when she went "on shipping." I wasn't expecting her at least until next week. I'm glad she's home for the rest of the summer!

You're girl's arrival has had me checking my boy (ordered just a day after you!) multiple times a day since. And finally today he's marked as On Shipping!! I think his status was just changed as it's not showing up at all on any tracking site but still! There's a slim chance now he'll make it home before next month.

He finally arrived today! Took awhile for him to gain traction in the system but once he was picked up he made good time. He's so lovely. I adore this size so much and he's actually perfect.

Welll, ordered a few things (a doll, a head, and a bust for another doll) yesterday, so I’m settling into the waiting room!

 

My girls arrived today, with $170 of tarrifs

They're both beautiful and the skin colors are exactly what I wanted. Lua is missing her elf ears which is kind of a bummer but I don't think I'll ask about it because I don't want any more international packages they can charge me for right now.

Hi here! I ordered Supia Riel and smiling Riel in light rosy brown like two months ago, and I can't wait to get them! (I got the withdoll body I ordered for them yesterday )
I asked for dropping elf ears, they are so cute.

 

No idea when she shipped, but just got the delivery notice for my Supia order from August! Looking forward to picking them up on Tuesday!

 

Ordered Ethan in Milk Brown with make-up a week ago, so I guess I'll just sit here and wait for few months.

It's been a while since my last Supia doll was made for me (Lina, more than 10 yrs ago), but I have got second hand Juah in Milk Brown tan in 2022, and since then I was low key thinking of Supia boys to complete family.

This new year bonus came in handy

 

I got my girls yesterday, with no delivery notice from Supia, so it was a very big surprise!! XDDDD
I am very very happy and regret now not having ordered them with wig...., but I will get some for them at some point

Just ordered my Supia Chloe head! This is my first ever bjd order (I got her body while in Japan) and I'm very excited and nervous!! No idea what to expect for wait time, I'm not getting a faceup so hopefully it won't take ages
