Does anyone know what the wait time is at the moment? Not that I'm impatient :P.

 

@Jupeycat I ordered back in early April and am still waiting. I emailed Iris at Frabric Friends since that who I ordered through, but I think she’s still waiting for a response.

 

@Senko I ordered directly from the company as I thought it might be quicker. I hope your doll will be on it's way soon, 4 months is already quite a long time.

 

I paid off mine in the second half of April and they responded to me lately that she should be shipped by the middle of August. Fingers crossed

 

Oh, good grief. I have been considering Noa ever since they came out with the spring pink makeup, thinking how lovely, sweet and innocent and unlike any of my other dolls she is - but never actually got around to buying her, even though I love those funny and unique upside down lips of hers a lot. So today I was checking her out for the zillionth time, and I put her in my cart because of the 10% discount and free shipping, telling myself that she wasn't actually mine until I hit the purchase button...and somehow I clicked the stupid button, saying to myself that she wasn't actually mine until I paid for her...and then I paid for her. I'm still a little baffled at my lizard brain actions, but here I am in the Supia waiting room for the first time - so hello to everyone else who may be waiting now, too! (How did this happen?? )

Edit: Does anyone know if the 65cm body comes with heel feet? I looked, but didn't see any offered separately. Not a deal breaker for me, but I'd really like to have a pair if they're available...

 

Hey guys, what's the best way to get in touch with Supia? I put a message on the board but it looks like they haven't updated since the end of July.
Also, @celga I think when I ordered my 65 they had the option for heel feet and I declined. Maybe they just have it listed incorrectly? Okay I went back and looked at my order and I think heel feet are called "option parts"
I might be wrong though.

 

They send their notifications via [email protected], maybe they check it every once in a while? Fingers crossed!

They are usually pretty quick to respond to messages on their board, I thought for a while my query was being ignored since the person in front of me got an answer and I didn't, but it just takes a little while sometimes.

 

Has anyone heard from Supia lately? The dealer I ordered through has sent messages twice since late July and hasn’t heard back yet about my order.

 

@Senko I don't have an order right now, but I did try to contact them with a question for a future order. I can't remember the exact date when I sent my message, but I have not heard anything. It was either late July or early August.

 

I left them a question on their QnA board yesterday and they just replied! So they definitely didn't disappear.
Apparently due to it being holiday season they have delays but my order should be ready by the end of August.

Can any of you lovely Supia owners please give me some advice on what size wig to buy for my incoming Noa? I know these girls run 7-8 to 8-9 depending, but I've looked and can't seem to find her exact head measurement anywhere.

Well, I ordered a new ballerina body for my incoming Rainman Blina head. Hope they are fast this time of year, LOL.

 

My order has also changed to before shipping and has a shipping date down as the 10th. It'll be almost 3 months exactly since ordering.

I think you can see your shipping date if you click your order number link. It should say "delivery date" there which I would guess is the day they ship

Ahaha sorry, I never used a waiting room before! I'll try to update, meanwhile: ordered in November on layaway, paid off April 26th, "before shipping" on September 2nd, "on shipping" today!

Has anyone else ordered through a dealer, and has the dealer had trouble reaching Supia? I ordered my Juah through Fabric and Friends and Iris can't seem to get an answer about my order from Supia.

 

@Senko Honestly, I didn't know Supia worked through dealers???!!!

 

@IngieBee I don’t think they work with more than one. Fabric Friends was the only one I found when I looked.

Aww @Jupeycat , it's the last week/weeks, that are the hardest. I doubt they're ever that accurate with their dates . Hang in there, you're on the final stretch!

Mine was also marked for shipping a few days before she was actually shipped, don't lose heart! They might ship yours after the weekend (I think there's a holiday in Korea starting today).

My girl seems to have boarded a plane on Tuesday and... nothing, no hits in my country yet. I just want to see the package scanned on this continent C'mon, customs office!

I just ordered a Supia Muse with Spring Pink Makeup! So excited, I actually never thought I was going to get a doll this big, but I couldn't resist! Does anyone know if there are any forums on here that show a lot of the spring pink makeup? I was really debating about which faceup to get and now they've added the Diva Red makeup!! Ahh!

I just ordered my very first doll two days ago, minisup Dorothy! I'm so excited that I keep checking the order status even though it's weekend!
The only thing I'm kind of vary about is that I got a discount and free shipping even though the promotion officially ended before I ordered her.
They wouldn't upcharge me, would they? Where I'm from, the seller is obliged to sell for the listed price if they make a mistake, but I have no idea how it's in Korea.

My doll still hasn't shipped so I sent them a message on Tuesday and got a reply saying she'd be posted on Wednesday. I haven't had an email so went to their site to have a look at my order page. Their website is no longer letting me log in! Really worried now.

 

That's weird. I can log in just fine. I hope it's just a glitch or something.

 

I've managed to reset my password. My order is still saying before shipping so I've sent them a message.

 

When did you order @Jupeycat ? NVM I looked back one page, 3 mo at beginning of this month. Don't know what to say?? Other than it usually takes 4 months in my experience??

 

It's just that it's been on Before Shipping for weeks now and was meant to be shipped on the 10th Sept (I know this isn't accurate as such). Why would they tell me they were posting yesterday and then not do it? They just seem a bit unreliable to me and then when I couldn't log into my account, I panicked!

 

Honestly, I can't remember which companies did this a lot. (I think it's a social thing/ but pretty sure usually from communistic countries and no so much today) But they just don't seem hip to the fact that if you over promise and don't deliver, you get more irate customers.

In other words, they're probably close to shipping and because they are a little late, they told a "white lie" which only confuses and irritates the customer more.

I just wait a little longer, and if things aren't happening I try to inquire very nicely, if it's delayed or some such, see if I can get a better idea of what is going on. Anyways, I'm sure they are getting close to shipping!

 

I think they tell you what they really, really hope will happen, whether or not it's realistic. They come through in the end, though.

I’m still waiting for my Juah. Next time I’ll order directly through Supia because I don’t like depending on a dealer for information when things are taking longer that normal.

 

Supia isn't the slowest, but it's also not the fastest. I figure a 5 month wait, and if I get it in 4, I'm happy

Monsoon season should be ending soon, so hopefully that will help pick up the pace

 

I guess I’m just frustrated because I placed my order back in April and according to the waitlist here people who placed an order after I did have received their dolls already. I just wish I could check with Supia myself.
