Yes, you are right. Have you tried emailing them? I forgot if you said so... but don't stop, be polite, but don't stop trying to contact them, I'd say Another person has been waiting on a different company, a really long time, and it's obvious they forgot her order. This company is really good about everything, but I told that person that there is nothing automated like in a big company, probably only a few people making these dolls, and they probably simply misplaced their order. They were patiently waiting, not wanting to cause a fuss, for like 8 months, when they typically finish dolls in 2-3 months.

Oh, also make sure their answers don't end up in the spam or junk folder of your email?? I know it's not good, but so much can go wrong without intention simply due to human error. Keep trying!

@IngieBee ah, yes, they finally respond. My Eunice was damaged while preparing for shipping. They processed my order again and will be able to ship within the next week with complimentary gifts as their apologies. Sooo, yes, I'm unluck

 

Awwww! But that's not THAT much longer, and the issue was settled before you had to get involved. I think that saves you and them a TON of time and misery, so you are LUCKY!!!!!

Hi there, when logging on to the Supia website, has anyone gotten the error “Website Not Secure”? I wanted to put in an order but want to find out what that message means.

Yah, @Dove, most of these websites don't use https which isn't a good thing. so signing in with a username and password you use somewhere important is a really bad idea, because it won't be encrypted. You probably could ask them if you could order via email, but in reality, we always pay via paypal, which IS secure, and it's the only really important thing, sort of... I mean they ask for your name and address too, but there isn't much a hacker can do with that, I don't think?? Especially a Chinese or Russian one Still, I wish they would be more cognoscente and create a secure website :/

 

I sent my third Layaway Payment from the wrong account, so I had to resend it from the correct account, I notified Paypal and Supia about it. I even called Paypal so hope they get back to me cause I don't want my accounts closed due to error...….

Supia got my payment all is well, except I am on my laptop cause some fool ( not the words I would use now) tried to hack my computer desktop, and then had the nerve to try and get money from me or else send porn to all my email contacts and social media ( not on social media at all unless this forum is) I just want my doll to come home so I can give her a huge hug and tell her the mess I had to go thru just to get my computer fixed. At least Life Lock has not called to say other wise

Am so happy to join the waiting room. I’ve just ordered a minisup Dorothy during the anime event I’ve a query with regard to payment updates. I’ve made full payment via PayPal but the status remains incomplete/unidentified on supia’s site. May I know when will I receive notification / confirmation from Supia? Apologies, as it’s my first time ordering from Supia. So am wondering if it’s normal as Alice’s collection status is immediately updated upon payment.

Well, 10th months later, I already receive my Hannah.
I'm not going to lie, it's been a frustrating wait.
I bought it through an dealer and after a few months the problems started, apparently the doll broke when Supia was going to send her, after making her again, she didn't pass the quality standards, and when she finally arrived, the dealer took a month to send it and because I had to ask a couple of times.
The truth is that the dealer was always very kind when I asked, but the lack of information makes me nervous, really.
But, hey! the wait has been worth it, I already have Yoko at home and she is beautiful, the body poses beautifully. Although I will not deny that I was a little disappointed that they didn't send any gifts to make up for the wait, only a few treats...well, not big deal XD

Hey mates!

After a little bit of a bumpy start- what with all the general confusion of doing layaway- I actually started my payments for a Juah back on October 17th! Pretty excited, as I'm only doing two payments so she can get here just a little bit quicker!

But the wait won't be too terrible, I'm sure, as it'll give me plenty of time to buy her all of her things! (Spoiler, I've already scouted out almost everything)

 

My wait wasn't particularly long, I ordered the new 65 cm girl body (with Dreaming Rosy head coming along for free as a gift) in early July, I asked about it once a couple of weeks ago on Supia's Q&A board if they had any idea when the order will be shipped, and they replied quite quickly (my communications with Supia have always been very swift and polite, I have only good things to say about their customer service) that the order will be shipped within a week. It took a little longer than that and the tracking number I got never worked, but the package made it here safely within a week anyway!

And it's lovely!



I wasn't even sure if I was going to keep the Rosy head, but I'm pretty much sold to it already, haha. She's going to have to go on my 60 sm Supia girl body though since I feel the head is a liiittle bit too small for this huge body. (I got this body for my Pygmalion Ha head who is, yes, going to be a girl, and despite being meant for a 70cm boy doll it's actually quite a good fit for the body! The resin is totally not a match, though, haha, but I hope some good blushing will take care of that!)

@katastrophe The 65cm body is really beautiful . Additionally, @Gally Yoko is stunningly pretty. Thankfully, she finally arrived after all the obstacles/ problems. She’s flawless.

 

I posted the above about status changing to "Before shipping" on Oct 5. The body shipped on Nov 2 and arrived today Nov 6! I updated the waitlist

I'll join the waiting room. I ordered my Dorothy on 2018 / 8 / 8 and her status changed to "before shipping" about two weeks ago. I'm getting impatient! I know her name and character already--or I think I do--we'll see when she gets here!

 

Haha I know the feels. Mine changed to before shipping a few weeks back as well and it's driving my impatience up the wall.

I still don't have any clothing or shoes in for her--everything is on order. Poor girl. She'll wonder what she's been sent to!

I can't find amy information regarding layaways on supia's site. I have no clue if they start production after the first or last payment.
What's the average wait time with layaways?

 

I've done layaway @sahoma. It starts by choosing on the drop down menu under "payment" . But be aware, they will not start to build your doll until you've finished your payments. I didn't realize that when I made my order, so I was really disappointed when my order took 8 months to arrive. First 4 months, I made payments, then I had to wait another 4 months for them to make the dolls and receive them.

They do have the notice about how the process layaways but it was very hard to find. It's in the news section under "payments" and in there you will see the information:

No problem, it's worth it to catch a free shipping event or sale, I just didn't know, so I was sad it took so long It would be better if they put that information somewhere obvious, not in a list of notifications that is super long. It's more a policy than a notice/news

@Fey Lady I ordered two blank heads in mid-Sept and they arrived at the beginning of December, if that helps!

In other news, my Minisup order just changed to "before shipping". Checking my spam folder regularly, since messages from Supia always end up there.

My Minisup girls arrived today. Poor little Sena got separated from her sisters en route, so her box ought to be arriving soon, I hope. Don't they know kids aren't supposed to travel alone??

My girl , Alessia (minisup Dorothy) is here . She arrived on 4/2/19 but have only gotten to doll her up today. Hope you like her in her outfit. Looking forward to Medora's (gift head) arrival soon . Heehee my delivery got delayed as Medora had a defect. Supia has kindly sent my Dorothy first with gift eyes (in view of the delay). I'm so happy to have her arrive a day before CNY
