So Supia never answered me on the Q&A board but i just got an email that my doll shipped!!! Ahhh im so excited and nervous at the same time. I hope I'll be home when she gets delivered but i work alot so we'll see

Supia shipped my DJ body today
I didn't excpect it so soon, but it's great

 

I ordered the 65cm body on the 4th. At the time I put it in my cart, the listing still showed the free extra Dreaming Rosy head. Before I finalized payment, the free head was gone off the website listing (though still in my cart/order description). So I'm not sure if I was in time to get it or not, but either way I'm excited for the body. It looks gorgeous!

Oooh, @MuhKuh, you ordered the same as I ordered, a DJ body! And only a week before me! Except it was in tan... I wonder if I'll get a shipping notice soon? Fingers crossed! Congrats!!

@T4124 I sure hope you get a dreaming Rosy! I love mine! I'm so glad I changed my order so she could have the body, and hamin got the slightly older supia dj body. Now I ordered another dj body because my oldest floating SD head said that was her favorite body she's tried, and wants it back, LOL. I also have a head I bought for another 65cm body some day, as I love that body. But I hope I can control myself until next year, LOL

 

The body arrived I really like the DJ body, now I need to finish my Ariels Face-up.

Yes, mine is floppy, and I should tighten and suede her, but the look is so perfect for my other girl, she's asked to have one back (I put her on a nice excellent Luts type 5 body, but she wants a Supia again. I guess I'll do the Luts head I got with it up, and hopefully make her look pretty

 

Well, I've been hoping to get a shipping notice sometime now because Muhkuh ordered her doll a couple of weeks before me, but alas, their order probably got filled early because they were pouring tan resin, though I was getting excited! So now I admit defeat and cry here where nobody is listening

and twiddle my thumbs....

Well, I know it's not shipped, LOL. I can see that on their website :P But it hasn't been THAT long, only 2 months. I think the companies are quick in the spring and winter, but the monsoons slow them down in the summer??

 

Well I knew it would not take me long to place a order with Supia, so hopefully they can help me with the Layaway. I followed the instructions on their website so how long does it take for them to read the Q & A section. I need a 5 month layaway with them for Heeji on the double jointed body. I don't think I can ever replace my Roda since she is French Resin and I doubt the skill to dye her or "de-zombie" her.

 

@derilan85 I found out the hard way that Supia doesn't make the doll untill layaway is paid off, so you may want to just save up as it won't go any faster

 

I don't mind the wait for her, at least she won't take a whole year to make like Dollshe, now that was a nightmare for me.

 

Dollshe has lowered the bar for everyone else.

 

I agree 1000%, at least my Heeji won't take that long

 

Eh... Today summer's end. Hope they send my Eunice soon... I've lost all of my patience xD And I sended the message about my order two weeks ago, but they still not answered...

Ah, I ordered on the 15th. Please do let us know when they ship I usually figure it'll take 4 months, and I'm only at 2.5 right now, so yah, still a wait to come most likely

 

I thought I'd pop in here since I just ordered a Rosy (no faceup) yesterday. The past two times I ordered with them it's taken about 3 months, so I figure I'm in for a similar wait.

 

3 months would be very nice since I ordered my body mid-june! That would mean only a few more weeks (fingers crossed!!!) I want to order another 65cm body for an impldoll aurora head I got in fairyland color (special order add on) I hope there will be a sale this fall, even so I'm not supposed to spend any more money, LOL

I haven't received a shipping notice and ordered a body June 10th. Maybe I should check the site? Still pretty early though. I was expecting end of September

 

@IngieBee After hearing stories about how long supia takes, I wasn't sure how long it would take for my body to ship either. Judging by what others have written here in the past, there might be another two weeks or so before the body actually ships. But, I do hope that yours arrives sooner rather than later !

I'm not waiting longer than you You ordered a week before I did. I'm just horribly impatient. I was hoping that I would get an update too, LOL. I think it takes up to two weeks to arrive after shipping, and that time might vary simply because they may ship before they update the customer, or update the customer, then ship depending on how things go. So I take it you have not gotten a tracking number yet, eh? Hang in there, it shouldn't be too long now!

Oh man. I haven’t been in this hobby for years but I just got sucked back in with a Supia tan Rosy. Just placed an order for her. She’s just so gorgeous! How could I not come back? She’ll be my first bjd girl ever though. I’m so excited.

Welcome back @Chikku, I came back after about a 5 year absence myself a year ago, and it has cost my pocketbook dearly! So which body did you get for Rosy? I got the dreaming rosy head with the new 65cm body, which I really love!

Ugh, still no shipping hints on the website...

Edit 4+ hours later and I got a shipping notice. However, it doesn't include a tracking number, though their notification says "The goods which Ingie ordered in 2018-06-16 is delivering." I do hope I'll get a tracking number so I will know when it's scheduled to be delivered?? And of course, I read above that it can be weeks before the tracking number is sent, so I'll just keep watching It's great to get some progress though!!!

@Serraphym did you ever get a tracking number? Your doll arrived 2 days after notification, that's fast!

 

Have you checked the website for a tracking number? Sometimes it's on the order info.

 

Yah, I did, but didn't see it. I'll look again. I think I literally checked just as they emailed me, and it could be they were still in the process of getting things posted

Ah tell me about it @Chikku, I've made up the time in purchases! I lost my head! It was only supposed to be one body for a floating head I have had for 10+ years. Then, the, "oh we can't just have one.... But for me it was supposed to be no boys. I think I broke that rule about 2 months after I made it!

Did you get an email? Have you looked at your order invoice on the site? It may show your tracking number? Because I thought you saw your status change on the website?? @jack_sea?

 

Tottaly yes! I looked all of this and nothing changed. I didn't get no one email from them, not when they changed status "Before Shipping", not when I sended them email. I wrote on QnA, but still nothing. In order status in my account on the website still "Before Shipping" and not any new information.

 

Ugh, @jack_sea, are you getting a faceup? I'm just trying to see if there might be some reason for this?! But I sure don't know what it is!

 

@IngieBee no ( I bought heel feet with full doll w/o make-up, but I don't think that is a reason. Status "Before Shipping" means, as I think, that order ready to delivered. Ah, I don't know. Seems like Supia ignores me, or forgotten. Or they hates me xD
