Just found that my Giyom head shipped on the 9th, I didn’t get a shipping notification but it arrived here in the UK on the 12th so hopefully he will be home soon

Just ordered a Minisup Haru w/ Diva Red makeup + rose pink skin! I spoke to Supia on IG earlier in the week and they said she would take 4-5 weeks, so I'm curious if the wait time will actually be that short. My other Supia girl I got second hand so this is my first time dealing with them directly. But so excited!

Peach skin with both elf ear options, personally I would order her sooner while she's still on sale

 

I'm getting impatient. I ordered a body in grey skin in january, with layaway. Layaway is paid since months and I still didn't get the body. >__<

Usually I lurk, but I'm finally joining the chat here. Last month I ordered two girls, a blank Lydia on the old single joint body, and Hamin with face-up on the double joint body, all in Beige resin. *whew*

I paid in full, but I'm settled in for at least a 4, maybe 5-month wait. Meantime it's good to see others making and getting their orders. Trying not to think too much about mine for now, though some moments in a day I get very antsy-pantsy, lol!

 

Just ordered my second doll - a minisup Hannah in real skin. If the timing works out I'll have two girls to take with me to the cottage next summer.

 

I've found ordering direct from Supia to be pretty quick? I ordered a Rosy with face-up on the 65 cm body, and she shipped about two months after I ordered.
I ordered a Noa, and it's been about two months, so... hoping she ships soon!

 

Ooooookay, this is driving me a little crazy.
My Supia order has been in "before shipping" status for like a week now. What does this mean? Is the doll ready to go? Are they contemplating the emptiness of the box, wondering how she'll look in it? Do they ship in bulk?

 

Supiadoll having a good laugh at my comment above. Still in "before shipping" status. I asked in their Q&A - I think they plan on shipping a bunch of US orders together at once. So if anyone else is waiting - I think we'll get our orders around the same time.

My Dreaming Tabitha head arrived in the mail and I'm relieved my body idea and my eye idea both work for her (an impldoll model body and impldoll Kamara eyes) but I already want a full Naomi doll and I'm contemplating getting a light rose white ballerina for a switch hybrid. Oh and I want to see the 75cm boy body that was teased too...

 

I just started layaway on a supia Giyom- if I had checked the wait times I would’ve looked secondhand I guess this will be a test of patience lol!

 

Just checked in with my Supia account as I was thinking of ordering another head and I saw my Jacob shipped on the 2nd February! I ordered him November 6th so just under 3 months waiting

 

I'm still waiting (le sigh), BUT I've been lurking on the Community Q&A tab, and someone who appears to have ordered a little before me is asking about shipping, so... here's hoping?
I'm at four months and still waiting. Ordered October 3, 2023. Paid in full. Dunno what the hold-up is, but damn.

 

Aaaaand Jacob arrived today when I was at work! He is even more handsome in person and those little elf ears are so cute!!

ETA: …. Just noticed Supia sent me two right elf ears. I contacted them to see about getting a replacament if possible. It’s no biggie because I didn’t plan on making him an elf but I love elf ears so it’d be nice to have them! Also my first time using the Q&A board from a doll company xD

I'm new to the Supia world! Just ordered my Supia Girl Sarah in Milk Brown today.

 

My replacement elf ear turned up out of the blue today... was funny getting a big box for one tiny elf ear

 

My order arrived just fine on Monday the 19th. Was surprised they use UPS to do most of the shipping, since the shipping notification email didn't reference UPS, and silly me didn't also check my order page on the Supia website So for those who are new to ordering from Supia, be sure to check your order page on the Supia website when you get a shipping email, so you can track its movement with more confidence

@Jareth, that's great that you got your replacement elf ear so quickly. How big was its shipping box?

 

@beamlette it was a big square one!! I was not expecting it at all so I was sort of like what did I buy and then I realized it was the ear!

Funnily enough I don’t think I’ve ever got a shipping notification from Supia in the past few years.. I’ve always had to remember to check in every so often to see if it has shipped yet… I always worry because I had one time with another company and there was a mixup with my address because I live in an apartment and a customs charge letter got sent to next door by mistake LUCKILY when I phoned the shipping company they were very helpful and changed the address on it for me phew but since then I always have been sorta scared that it might happen with an order that I didn’t get a shipping notification for xD

 

@Jareth, maybe Supia thought a big box would be safer than a smaller box; less likely to get lost?

Since I thought my order would take at least 4, possibly 5 months, I rarely looked at my order page on the website. Watched pot never boils, and all that! Lesson learned; don't be afraid to regularly check the website

 

I always jot the order date next to my purchase list so I can check if it’s been 3-4 months and it’s time to start checking.

 

I just paid off my Giyom and they’ve begun production on him! Let the waiting game commence :’)

 

Just shoved a 65cm boy body on layaway to lock in the current sale price and extra coupon code. I’ll try to pay it off sooner rather than later so production also starts sooner rather than later - but for now, it’s useful to have the layaway option!

And I just went ahead and paid it off because I had a bit of a financial windfall, so thought I might as well.

Oooohhh, the 65cm boy body I paid off on April 2nd is also now “Before shipping”!

 

My Giyom just arrived today!! He shipped like a week ago, I was so excited to see his package!! He’s beautiful, I can’t wait to paint him! Supia resin is so matte and toothy, I really like it a lot more than shiny resins

 

I'm glad I checked here bc it reminded me to check in with Supia and they said they'll ship my Naomi soon!! I'm really excited since I can finally dress a couple of my crew properly
