She's on SHipping! Something happened funky last night and my old address I no longer live at with the wrong state was listed on my Dreaming Rosy's head. But when I checked this morning it was on shipping to my mothers correct address. Whew, was scared there for a minute!

Hello yes I do have both, it's definitely not a match, the real skin is like a light tan colour and Fairyland normal looks quite pink next to it

Super great news! I was checking my order status once a day and my Heeji just changed to "on shipping"! I had gotten free EMS shipping from an event but it looks like I got a free upgrade to DHL and she should be here shortly since the package has already departed South Korea. I'm so excited, I've been wanting to unbox a new doll recently!

Hi everyone, I was wondering if you know here: is it normal to be stuck on "Before shipping" for two weeks?
It's my first time with Supia (ordered a Ballerina body back on April 1st), so I don't know if I should be worried.

 

I finally settled on minisup Dorothy and ordered her just a couple weeks ago. I've got a long wait ahead of me but I'm already climbing the walls with impatience lol

 

That's a long time, I would write to them and see what's up

 

Mine was definitely on before shipping for almost two weeks. I wouldn't worry.

 

@Melkore My Heeji (who just recently shipped and should be arriving tomorrow) was labeled as "before shipping" shortly after I ordered her and she was on that status for more than 2 weeks.

Does there seem to be a ballpark timeframe for dolls without face up to ship?

 

@shysuiko I haven't ordered a Supiadoll in a long time (like before the pandemic) but back then it seemed to be about 4 months??? I'm really no help here though

She is gorgeous as expected and light tan goes perfect with white hair, but I'm disappointed that the face-up is different from the one shown on the website for her light tan images. I wouldn't have ordered the face-up if I knew it wouldn't be the one in the pictures. The eyebrows and eyelashes are much closer to more recent Supia face-ups. It's not bad at all, but I think I'll have to wipe it and give her a new one once the summer heat dies down. I plan on ordering Rosy and Esther heads soon since I want to make some hybrids!

 

Aw, I'm sorry you were disappointed with her faceup. I'm not a fan of 2 contrasting colors on the lips, but otherwise I think she's lovely. @Maechen

 

My lovely Eunice arrived yesterday!
I'm not so great at keeping up with waiting rooms so I'll give a quick timeline for reference
I finished paying her layaway in early-mid January this year. Love Supia's paint jobs so ordered her with faceup and hand blushing already done, so she took a bit longer.
July 2nd she was on Before Shipping. This past Tuesday I got a message from DHL saying she'd be delivered on Friday (so, tomorrow). On the contrary: she was delivered the very next day!!
So about 5.5 months for production, a little under 2 weeks to ship, and about 36 hours from shipping notification to delivery!

Of course, I was sick yesterday so I only had the chance to unwrap her and throw some quick clothes on, but she's absolutely gorgeous I can't wait to give her my full attention this evening!

I just placed an order for a Eunice head last night. Plan to hybrid the head with an old Boy&Girl boy body I purchased secondhand. The hope is to make him into the Medicine Seller from the Mononoke anime (just recently watched it after putting it off for years and I’m pretty obsessed ).

 

So excited that the 58cm body came back I ordered her, some spare hands, and 2 cardigans. Been hoping to get the body for several years now!

 

She arrived on Thursday and I'm in love. She is so beautiful! Both the outfit and eyes I had did not fit her so she stole some.

 

Wow is that Hael? She is gorgeous. I just put in my order for Esther head, which I plan to put on an Sq-lab DG59 body.

 

I've ordered Haeun on a ballerina body and a separate Nael head so I can swap characters. Order has been placed on 30-07 so I have been waiting for a wee while now. I'm quite excited for these girls.

@oyone High fives for head orders! My Eunice’s body got shipped out from the UK last Saturday, it’s an old Boy&Girl boy body. Kind of looking forward to getting it and starting work on giving it some TLC (it mostly looks like it needs a light full body sanding to deal with the uneven coloring + maybe new string). Always nice to have a project!

That it's about to be shipped out. Usually within a week or so.

 

Means the doll is queued to be shipped out Think it's about a week or two on average til shipping

Popping in to say, I'm once again on the waiting list! Couldn't pass up the current sale to get the ballerina body in Milk Brown for my Lunadolls Naomi head. Taking a risk in hopes that they'll match, but if they don't I'm considering getting a Supia Nael head in future. (lol, like I won't get one anyway, who am I kidding?)

Mine took 5 days (to the UK), so they seem to be rather speedy.
