Resin Comparison Supia hybrids/resin comparisons? Please?

Very useful, thank you! I'm eyeing Supia heads right now (Ariel and Eunice, to be precise) and I'm trying to figure out whom they could share bodies with ... Iple looks within blushing range to me, a bit of pink pastel should sort the difference right out.

Any chance for a head size comparison of Supia and Iple? (I know Supia heads don't go on the current Iple bodies, I'm just trying to figure out their size. Maybe an old YID body could work.)

 

The heads I have are a male Supia head (size 8-9 wigs) and 2 female IpleHouse heads (size 8-9 wigs). Will that be of use? I am not sure, but it feels like the male Supia head has a lot bigger face than the iple-girls.

^ Might be useful to me too! I'm looking to put Ariel on a Loongsoul 63 body. It looks like the neck measurements are good for a fit, but I'd love to see the proportions of Ariel or any other Supia girl on a larger body.

Comparing Supia to Iple might be a step in the right direction...

 

As I don't own a Supia body I can only offer images of the heads next to each other, and the male Supia head on a female SID-body. Will try and fix some photos today.

Hey everyone! I'm getting an MSD WS Supia Yan head and was wondering what my body options were? I was thinking Resinsoul, Loongsoul, MNF... ideas?

 

I know this is a long shot, but is there a skin color out there that matches the 'original tan'? I'm dying for a tan Muriel as a dude

 

HorrificKitten- The closest I've found is April's Story tan.



Aimerai Glinda head(airbrushed to match) on an old April's Story tan body. It's still slightly less red but it's close. I'm not sure if they make tan anymore though? I know they merged with Classy Doll.



Dollshe's Pale Tan isn't a terrible match but it's more yellow.



Everything else I have isn't even in the ballpark.

I know Dollshe/Dollstown Fresh Skin has been mentioned to match Supia's normal but that was quite a while ago. Anyone have some recent info on that match?

 

I had a Dollstown freshskin/Supia normal hybrid quite recently and I can say that the match was very good!!

 

I got an Ariel head recently! Happily she's quite large (for me anyway) so I feel like she could easily go on a larger body - in the 63-64cm range. Anyone have something like that they can try out for me? I'm especially interested in this body and this one but any similar sized girls would be great.

This is my Lina on an impldoll 62 cm tall body! The body is WS and my Lina's head is NS (so not a perfect resin match) but I think this body looks well with her head and no modification whatsoever on the neck!!!!

I'm not quite sold on the female Supiadoll body, but am having a hard time finding info on different resin matches for this company. I would also love to see the head/body proportions of different hybrids! Please and thank you

Poking my head in again because I'm wondering if anyone's ever tried one of the girls (preferably Nael) on a Spirit Doll elegance boy body? I'm mostly wondering because of the neck circumference, Supia's is 9cm and the elegance body is 10cm.

 

I'm gonna ask the strangest thing but has anyone compared supia's tan and doll legend's tan? I'm thinking about getting jointed hands for a tan supia girl and.. I don't mind if it doesn't match, but I'd love to know if the match was so outrageous that its a problem <?

 

Hello I would like a hybrid of a Dikadoll body in NP and a Supiadoll head in normal arrange. Both are from 2015.

Hi for reference, here's a Minisup head (Aasta) on a Dollzone 1/4 body (B45-008 (or 010 maybe))
The skintone is a good match (normal skin) and proportions are ok

Hi! I recently got a Sujin minisup head hybrid on Luts Kid Delf girl body, type 2, the NS color match is near perfect and the proportions are ok. The head also fits very easily on this neck/body.
I personally prefer more mature bodies so I think I'll order a DZ double jointed girl body in the future...

The Sujin head and the body are both from 2014 if I remember well, you can see some pics on my sold item post here:

They both have no yellowing. I can post a closeup picture later

Now she is on a brand new DollZone B45-012 body and I think the match is also near perfect (I can post a pic later).

Does anyone have a comparison between Supia's tan resin, and Loongsoul's? From what I can tell, the hybrid should be okay proportionally, but I'm not sure about the resin match. Thanks!

 

Hi! I have been thinking about hybridding a white skin Supia head to a white skin Little Monica body. A few pages back there seems to be a hybrid like that but it's quite old already. I'm interested in current resin match between Supia's and Little Monica's white skins. If anyone of you have a possibility to make resin comparison pic or describe match with words, I'd be grateful! Supia white skin with any other white skins could be useful too. Thank you!

I havent tried that comparison, but I can say that the resin comparison between Souldoll white skin and Supia white skin is pretty OK (not visible with faceup; Supia more pink). Here are some images

Well, at the moment I have at home just the Souldoll Double girl body and Old Zenith girl body, but I do not have the Supia head anymore ==" Sadly I cannot make any reference photos, I am very, very sorry... What I can say for sure, the double body is very specific. It is very small and tiny SD body - I have msd head on it (DIM Gayane) and the proportions are great, so in my opinion the Supia's head would be a bit too large for this body. I had my Supia Rosy on Impldoll Star 63cm (old type) body and it was very great hybrid with the proportions, although the resin match wasn't so well. But it was a few years ago, Impldoll changed their resin colors in a meantime... maybe now it would be better...?

 

Oh.. that would be totally fine.. and thank youfor the possible hybrid... im currently looking for a body that can go with my incoming Supia Juah... il be researching for this body and resin match and see if it would work. thanks again!

@Sangz I haven't had any trouble with matching old resin to new resin (at least with normal skin).

In case anyone wondering, Supiadoll NS (on the left) and Impldoll normal yellow (on the right) resin match. I can say around 90% match. Impldoll is slightly yellower than supiadoll. First pic without flash, second pic with flash.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows what the neck measurements are for the Supiadoll boys? I'm looking to hybrid a Supiadoll Zion onto a miracle doll 65cm boy body, it's probably a long shot but if anyone has pictures of that hybrid or if they have reference for the resin that would be awesome.

@Alixir very interesting comparison. It looks like the Minisup poses just as well as the Minifee.

 

I think supia is more limited, the head gets up less, the feet "tip" less but the detail is less smooth, so more alive
