Resin Comparison Supia hybrids/resin comparisons? Please?

I would love to see a comparison of the new Feeple 60 NS versus the Supia's NS. Might anyone have that comparison?

Hey, does anybody know any jointed hands for Supia's SD double joint body?
I was looking that Dikadolls white or normal pink could be one option for Supias Normal, but I'm not sure at all.
I could always try them when I get a Supia doll.

Calio4, I tried my Supia Rosy on nYID, SID and EID body and the neck to each body is too wide for the head. My Supia Lina doesn't seem to match either. Yes, the normal skin tone that Iplehouse makes matches Supia's perfectly, but with the neck it wouldn't work. I spoke with Elisa_Maza of Angel Toast BJD (she's local) of possibly modding the neck smaller, but she said it wouldn't be best the option it wouldn't look right in the end. Even with sanding and potentially doing some surgery on the neck to trim it down and sand the proportions would be off too much (She knows from personal experience). Unless, Supia designs slightly bigger heads or Iplehouse shrinks their neck down for their SD girls, Supia and Iplehouse don't work. v.v . . .

You're very welcome! It just so happens that I am on the hunt for a new body for my Rosy currently and the character has curves. I really like the curves of the Iplehouse body too.

I've been doing some research and comparing the different neck sizes to Iplehouse's nYID girl to Supia's girl. There is only a tenth of a difference between the necks. If you're brave you could sand the neck of a nYID body in NS if you're looking for curves. The resin match was spot on between the Iplehouse NS and Supia NS. If you're not brave, like me, I wouldn't risk it. Another suggestion is that Luts has just put out a new Senior Delf body with more curves. My Supia Lina is on the old Senior Delf body and the normal skin resin isn't a bad match at all. If you're looking for curves, minus the surgery, I would highly suggest the type 2 Senior Delf body that Luts put out recently.

 

I'm pretty sure someone asked for this a while ago, DOD NS resin vs Supia NS resin.

TLDR; No match at all

The Supia NS is far more peachy coloured than the DOD NS, which is super pink to the max

 

I'm actually wondering if Supia and Beyours would be a good match?
Their normal skin is pink so.

 

I do not know if anyone has asked this, but i have a Souldoll Penelope (NS) on a supia body and the match is perfect~

 

Just got a Supia Rosy head! I have her on my Shinydoll body. Proportion is good, color is not too off and the tone is the same so blushing to match will be easy. Neck is a little gappy, but head movement is amazing, so I don't care. So far I'm really happy with it!

I've seen the Feeple65 body/Supia head combo, but does anyone know of any Feeple 60 body/ Supia head pics?

I'd also like to know about any hands that will give the Supia wrists a greater range of movement... my girl's on the new body.

If you can forgive the horrible meet photo (Sci-fi, no-sew meet XD It's the only picture I have of her), she's on an AOD NP girl body. I bought both head and body second hand and have no idea when they're from, but the color is perfect.



Proportion is so much better now. The shiny doll wasn't bad if you want a slight, short girl - and I didn't. I love the way she looks now...especially since I just happened to have this body laying around and didn't have to buy it for her XDD

 

I'm not sure if anyone ended answering the request for a supia head on a Dollstown 18yr old body? Even the resin side by side would be awesome!

Stacy is normal pink and the body is just normal skin. It's an older body though, not sure what year. But I feel they match very well. The body is slightly more pink.
I had to sand down the neck like crazy though, seeing as the Doll Chateau have tiny neckholes.

 

im planing to get a dikadoll body (in normal skin or white) for the ws muse head ill order

*im gonna gamble in this match.. if it doesnt work well ill have to dye them both in a tone that matches
(i already have a jointed hand with dika normal skin which is very light and slightly pink)

so ill order muse head first then check the match when she arrives and from there ill decide if ill get dika white or ns body ^-^

hey Keewee ive found that hybrid, i just googled it. its on someones flickr. the souldoll resin is few shades pinkier, butttttt my freind whom has both said that soulldoll mellows out to be a suuuper good match. so. id go for it, just dont be freaked at first when the body isnt a match yet, let it mellow out with alittle time ^^.

i just ended up getting a supia body... i think ill learn to like it

 

Thanx' a lot for the information! I agree that some resin is a good match when it's mellows out. I hv a jointed hands which not a quite good match at first, but after a year.. the difference is getting vague and the match is much better now.

Gonna throw my question in here as well. I've got some extra Supia NS (2011/2012 i think) heads floating around, and I've found a Soom Alex (2011) NS body that i'm considering buying, but I'd like to see a resin match for Supia's vs. Soom's NS So if anyone's able to help out, I'd be very grateful

 

I see that this thread has been alive for some time. I was wondering, what resin matches Supia normal these days? I don't require a 100% match. I would settle for 80% or so. Thankful for any help!

 

I was wondering the same thing. I have an Aasta head that's in need of a body and I am unsure on what kind I can get.

 

I don't have time to take a photo of my gang, but the newest Supia resin (Aug.-Sept. 2014) is:

A GOOD match for:
- Popodoll NS (May 2014)
- Dreaming Doll NS (2011) -- this match is just about perfect (like 99%), but note that my Dreaming Doll resin is not new.

A BAD match for:
- Luts NS (Oct. 2013)
- Iplehouse NS (Sept. 2013)
- Doll In Mind NS (April 2014)
- Leeke NS/"basic" skin (Jan. 2014)

2014 Supia and Luts WS resin match anyone? I love the Supia old body but alot of reviews say they are really hard to stand and has limited posing. The new bodies don't look aesthetically pleasing to me sigh

 

Does anyone have a supia NS and a fairyland NS rolling around they could snap a shot of? Not interested in proportions, just the resin difference. Not looking for a 100% match either, I just need to know ;_;

 

Elzariel: I can't say for sure but I think that Supia is much lighter than FL and Souldoll. I had a souldoll long time ago and I remember it being darker ns than Supia's. I hope someone else can give you proper picture and information.

Edit: I found this comparison by quick search in flickr, the 2nd body from left is FL and 2nd from right is Supia.

I have ordered a supia head in NS that is currently "before shipping". Once I have that I can take photos comparing it to fairyland NS for you.

That first link is a good image to see, but I'm perplexed by the MNF in it. My MNF body is way lighter and doesn't have that shine that's in the picture? So I would love to see more pictures.. The difference in the links is almost not an issue, but its so-so. I'd love to order a mini-sup Hayul and switch bodies with her and my MNF Chloe :/

I was quite surprised to see my Supia matched (probably 95%) my NS Soom that arrived two days ago. Flash says it's a tad more yellow but to my eye they're very nearly exact.

 

Comparison of the Normal Skin resin I have. Figured it might be useful for some of the people here.

 

Anyone got Dikadoll and/or Doll leaves resin they could compare to? I think both might be more yellow toned but I am not certain.

 

Has anyone thought of a comparison between Classy Doll normal skin versus Supia's normal skin?
