I changed my order to tan too, but it will be the new tan. I actually like it, though I really like the darker tan as well. Too bad they can't offer both. I'm hoping that my dolls will finally actually be sent end of February as that's when they said they'd ship them out, but who knows?

I just saw the new images of Juah with the normal B make-up and I think the face-up looks gorgeous!

 

That faceup is sooo pretty; it's amazing how different a sculpt can look with different faceups!

Wow, the 65cm body is huge in comparison with the old one. @satyrsmoon you wouldn't happen to have any hand-for-scale pics woild you? I'm curious about how much bigger the waist actually is.

@Kayble - the 65cm body is actually pretty close to the Iplehouse EID measurements (so I'm presuming the new Supia can wear EID clothes. Sadly I sold my EID and her clothes years ago so I can't confirm the fit). By "hand-for-scale pics" do you mean photograph my hand by the doll? I'm really sorry if I misinterpreted

 

@satyrsmoon oh, that's good to know! Thank you! And, yeah, you holding the doll would be great. I'm super bad at imagining sizes, so hand-for-scale pics are super helpful, since I have a couple of hands to use as a reference lol. I'm mostly curious about how big the waist would be in a hand.

Still no shipping for me I really feel like I can't bug them as they told me a few weeks ago it would go out toward the end of February, so I have to wait until at least March to bug them again, LOL. Can't complain though, as they let me change to a tan resin, still I've been waiting since September and I'm going bonkers, LOL

I am hopeful that because realistic Asian males are becoming popular that means more Asian women will be made too. I wish more companies made more realistic Asian women.

Supia Heeji is beautiful to look at but I don’t like the busty new body, I feel it is too big and too sexy if it is close to iplehouse elder body measurement but I like the new joints

I asked Supia if they will update the 60cm body but still keep it slim with small bust and they said they are working on updating the body and will make heel wearing feet without the ankle joints extra part

I will wait to order but thought others might be interested to know that Supia is working on a new 60cm girl body

 

So @Howlisher , were you also doing layaway? Or did you pay in full back in August? Gosh, that's a long time to wait, you'd think this was Dollshe?!!! Will your resin be the old or the new tan? I got the new tan, not because I didn't like the old tan, but because - when I realized I didn't have to share bodies or made a decision on who would be on which body - I realized I could make the new 65cm body and dreaming Rosy head a tan, so I changed my order and they had already changed the resin. I'm glad I did though, because although it doesn't look that much darker in some pictures, I do like darker dolls NS gets quite boring and I normally don't like white at all, though my daughter is getting a white skin (her D&D Elvish character) which is really cool as I can't wait to see what she looks like and probably would never have gotten myself, so she has made our home have more colors! LOL

@GreenTeaSlug oh that's really good news about the bust part. I would love it if they'd update the joints on the old DJ body too?! I can't wait for my Rosy to come home so I can check out first hand that new body. I'm pretty sure now that Rosy will be my D&D cleric... wearing this sexy black outfit I got from Katushkastyle on ebay. I need to make her a staff and get her a sword maybe! She is going to be so freakin cool!!!

I think Supia has a hold on me now, I love the MSD body too, and their heads. I'm thinking of getting an elf looking MSD size doll to be my gnomish character! This is too much fun, but I really need to get sewing!!

Yes, I just found it in the spam folder, LOL. I'm really excited to finally have them come home! OMGosh! Included is my daughter's elf monk, which already has her wig and kimono/hakama I want to wrap her hands and feet in bandages but I'm not sure how to do that. I wonder if there is a thin tape - one that won't leave residue everywhere, LOL. I hope her wig suits her! She's going to be so cool (I hope) I've never put together a white resin doll before, and hope the hair will work with her!

 

I just recently found supia. On my search for the perfect tan elf doll for a character I have. I recently decided to come back to the bid hobby after being out for some years.

I will be ordering my first girl in June for my birthday. I am getting a tan lina.

Do 14mm eyes fit her well? I know she comes with 16mm but they look far to big. Also what wig size fits her best. I already have a monique gold wig picked out that I will have to style myself as its impossible to find the perfect wig with out custom or altering some.

Also does anyone have a tan supia doll with 'natural' makeup from the company. The only ones I can find are of the smokey makeup. And i want my girl to be more natural makeup. As its my wood elf druid character (an she doesn't really wear 'makeup')

 

Sorry, I don't know anything yet I like smaller irises as well, and always order eyes that are made with the next size down smaller iris. Most of the time size 14 will fit in the sockets of eyes stores put 16mm in, but I can't say for sure. I don't like gapping, but it's hard to get a good fit. That's another reason I like to get low domes, so they don't push the eyeball out of the socket rim. You can get such eyes from Captured in Glass, I think Glass Eye

You might want to use white twill tape for the bandages and just glue the end with a drop of glue.

 

I don't know if it helps, but if you go to Noa's page and scroll all the way to the bottom you can see their promo pictures of her in tan with the natural 'orange' makeup. Important to know, though, is that those pictures are of the original tan, not the light tan they are now selling. I'm not sure any of the new tan dolls have even shipped so it might be a bit of a wait until you can see owner pictures.

@munakchild my incoming package has a new tan doll in it, but unfortunately, she has the smokey faceup :/

 

You should be able to find it anywhere sewing supples are sold. Even Walmart. It comes in several widths.

It has been years since i owned dolls... Im excited but nervous.

Gonna be an interesting hunt trying to find the right sized props and weapons for her... And animal companions or forms.... Ugh...

 

Oh, I forgot, I think, to say my daughter's doll which should arrive soon (it's been shipped) will have a natural faceup, but she is on white skin... did I say this already? Sorry if I'm repeating :P. Anyway, your plans sound great, @munakchild , as my daughter's doll is a monk elf character and mine is a human cleric. My Hamin is just going to be a normal human most likely though I can put elf ears on her if I want I can't wait to see them!

Hi everybody! Has anyone received supia new girl Heeji? I found nothing on instagram and Flickr. She seems great and sweet... but I have some doubts about her profile...if anyone have photos please show them up

 

Heeji was just released in December and Supia's wait times are over 4-6 months and there are still people who ordered in September/October waiting for their order, so it'll be a few more months before anyone would actually receive Heeji.

 

Eeek, @Howlisher , I'm horrible about completing projects, LOL, but since the outfit for my dreaming rosy is already here, not made by me, LOL, I think I can promise some photos. I need a body for my floating head that's using Hamin's body at the moment too, LOL. Ugh! This all started (the SD size dolls) from one, only one, floating head, and my desire to get her a body. And the one that will soon give up her body is that very head! She is going to be so P*ssed off at me! LOL

 

I know supia takes 4-6months to make and ship the doll... But if I had her on layaway for 4-6months would they not make it till its paid off or do they start as soon as you start the layaway like many other companies?

Because that would be nice if she would be able to ship very shortly after paying off... It would suck if i am waiting till December finally pay her off then wait another 4-6months after.... Lol I would be buying her for my birthday this year but get her on my birthday next year!

 

I placed an impulsive order for a 60cm double jointed body in the new light tan skin, because of the 10% off event. The current wait times have me pretty nervous right now (I have a few dolls from Dollzone and Dollshe, so y'know, I don't mind waiting usually) but I'm hoping it won't be much over 4 months, at least? I'm excited to see the light tan as well.

The heeled feet for the 60cm body? Those are definitely SD sized. The 43cm body could probably fit MSD sized boots/shoes, based on the measurements, but that's the only one

 

Just popping in with a picture of Maia in a new wig. I wasn't sure at first if this color was going to suit her but I think it really looks nice on her and it matches her eyes

 

Just a question about Supiadoll, Do all of the Supia girls come with elf ears?

I'm considering buying two different sculpts for two if my comic book characters. They are the Haeun and the Juah, and I know that they both come with elf and human ears, but do all of them?

 

Rosey, Emma and Roda are Human-type with ears molded with the head.
