Question - does SQ Labs send out any sort of confirmation when an order is shipped? I placed my order around 3 weeks ago and since then I've sent a couple of e-mails to ask when it'll be shipped, but no answer...

 

Just noticed this on their blog; apparently SQ-Labs has a new skin colour called 'real skin white', which is paler and less pink-toned than their current WS. I can't read Korean but Google Translate tells me the new skin colour can be ordered until July 28th?

I sent them an email asking them about the availability of the new skin colour, and if they say yes I'm ordering myself KSG-L Hibiki in real skin white. And two weeks ago I was telling myself I would never get an anime-style doll or a tiny! Self control, I have it in spades. ^^;;

 

The new real skin white sounds interested, but I don't know if I'll bite yet. Maybe in a week I'll think about it, especially if I can get the Chibi Iris or Chibi Ryoko head in it.

 

Finally got an e-mail today letting me know my chibi Moe has shipped. Unfortunately I'll be out of town when she arrives, but new dollies are a good way to get rid of any post-vacation blues.

 

Going to share a quick pic of my chibi Hibiki who just arrived home. I whipped up a quick temporary wig for her, and I'm really kinda liking it on her.

Hi All I'm seriously considering buying a KSG-L body but I'm unsure if I want an SQLab head or create a hybrid. Does anyone know if any of the SQLab resins would match FL resins? I'm considering a LittleFee hybrid....

 

I have a NS KSG-L body and a NS minifee head. The SQlab NS is much darker than the FL NS resin. I have another YO-SD sized doll (peakswood, WS) if you wanted to see head sizes?

 

Anything anyone is willing to share would be fantastic! Thank you

My chibi moe arrives yesterday. Better in real life. She have a Clokworkangel's faceup. She's waiting for her clothes, or maybe for a new home, i don't know yet :/

 

Ordered Hibiki in Real Skin White, and SQ-Labs confirmed my order yesterday. I can never resist white skin. ^^; Now to settle in for the wait!

I risked ordering her without a faceup since I'm not that fond of Hibiki's default, so I'll be trying my hand at an anime-style faceup when she gets here.

Peakswood Hucky, WS (yo-sd sized) on KSG-L body, NS. The neck looks a bit long, but it could be because of the silicone disc thingy SQLab put on top of the neck. I didn't want to take it off because it seemed like a bit of a hassle. (picture)

And, Fairyland NS + SQLab NS (picture). You can't really tell because it's been horribly overcast the past few days so the colour of the resin tones are a bit washed out in these pictures, but the SQLab is very dark pink whilst Fairyland is a nice, bright sort of yellowy colour. The Minifee head is just a little bit bigger than the SQLab chibi head, but the neck hole is huge so it just sinks down (picture).

Sept, I'd say it should be able to reach you in time from my experience and you just ordering a blank head. Though it'd probably be a good idea to email them and ask them directly perhaps?

I would like to buy a chibi KSG doll. I am hesitating between the KSG and KSG-L body. I am afraid to hardly find clothes for KSG-L. If I understand well: KSG body fits to yosd size and KSG-L body fits to blythe/pullip or barbie clothes. Am I correct? For those who have a SKG-L body: where do you buy your clothes?

 

Yo-SD clothes still fit the KSG-L body just fine - pants might be a little short, but with shorts/skirts it doesn't really matter

 

solitary agent is correct, YO-SD clothes do fit the KSG-L body, but I think the KSG-L has thinner measurements (barbie clothes fit nice and snug) so the YO-SD clothing can be just a tad baggy. Post #199, # 163, and #137 are all KSG-L bodies with YO-SD clothing

Hi guys, does anybody know the current wait time for SQ Labs? It's closing in on two months since my order and I emailed them asking for an update, but they still haven't gotten back to me. I'm just a little peeved that it's only easy to get ahold of them when I'm trying to give them money. >_>;

Disheartening to hear this is happening to so many people. I guess it's one of the problems with smaller companies.

 

I am afraid they are beginning to ignore the off land customers their Korean blog is still regularly updated it even look like they are starting another preorder period on it.

i hope it is only problems that keep them from contacting the english speaking ones, and that they can resolve them.

 

Well, fine for them if they decide not to sell internationally anymore, but some of us paid for orders we're never gonna get as it seems =/

what i hope is it is a problem with their translator, like he she is sick and that they can get back to you and resolve the problems

Edit: it would be sad for them to stop selling internationally, but it will be really horrible to do so without resolving former paid orders and just disappear without sound

I hope they get their sh!t together! I love their dolls but there are too many companies who just disappear.

 

With all I read about the company delivery issue, I have decided to wait before ordering.

 

People are still ordering! Checj=k the bigger SQLab thread. Although the communication is terrible... I haven't checked the waiting room (if there is one).

I'm worried about ordering too, especially since they just take the money and you don't hear from them until the shipping notice! Not that I've never done that before! LOL!

 

Hmm hopefully they can get their issues sorted soon. I'm still thinking about ordering Navi..

It would be sad to hear SQLab only sell within S.Korea. I have a mother who was born and currently lives in S.Korea in the Gyeonggi Province, Pyeongtaek city. I dunno if I could talk her into ordering me a doll though. She doesn't know her 30 year old daughter still plays with dolls. lol

Can anyone do me a favor and show me what the inside of the head looks like? Specifically the eye sockets? I'm having a hard time believing the yosd Moe head can take up to a 16mm eye?

Hi! Recently fell in love with this little ones but wonder if there were any way to hybrid a Chibi head with another body.
A Chibi Tsubaki head has come to my hands and I want to give her a body.
I know VOLKS is a good resin match but SQLabs bodies are 5.2 neck measurement (incredibly small O.o).
Anyone can help me?

 

Does anyone know if SQLab is still doing international business right now? I am waiting to order the KSG-AC body to come out I have seen in threads saying they only sell to Korean customers now....(rumors?)

 

I currently am waiting on a body from SQ Lab that I ordered through a dealer during their preorder this past November. They have had contact with SQ Lab so hopefully everything works out well. I will update you on how the transaction went when the body arrives

 

Ugh! It's so frustrating that here are no U.S. dealers! It seems to very unreliable to order straight from the company. And I don't want to order from Europe.
