    2. Guys...tomorrow I am at the exact six month mark for waiting. I was told 9-14 weeks. After talking to them on the 8, they told me I would get a shipping notice within the next ten days. Well then that went by and no shipping notice. I contacted them again and they haven't responded to me at all this time. Should I be worried? Doesn't seem like anyone else had to wait 6 months for their doll. Seems like 4 was pretty standard. I'm just concerned something is wrong.

    4. Did you buy direct from the company? I'm so sad right now. I don't understand how you got your order and mine was skipped. We had the same order. I'm really frustrated.

    5. Yes, I purchased directly from the company. I messaged them regularly to ask about updates and they were pretty prompt about responding. I'm so sorry you're having such delays. :( I hope you get your doll soon, dear.
       
    6. Thanks for responding. I don't know what their problem was. I think they had a mix up and skipped my order. They did finally message me last night and promised me my order was sent yesterday. Tracking hasn't updated, but I know it usually takes a few days to update anyway. I will be so happy for her to be home. So nerve wracking.
       
    7. Thank goodness! I can't wait until you receive her, Snowdrop is so lovely. They had said in a message to me that mine was taking a bit longer because I had shoes and eyes coming from them as well. Perhaps those things caused the delay? Well, no matter what caused the delay, I'm glad your dolly is on its way!

    14. I've noticed over the years that the website occasionally goes down. I think they just forget to pay their bill sometimes lol! I wouldn't worry too much. But I hope you guys start getting your dolls soon!

    22. Just just letting you guys know, be prepared to wait a long time with them. I had to wait almost 7 months. Not sure what has been going on with them lately, but they are moving very very slowly.

      they have an awful communication service. After three emails without any answer, I got upset and now they tell me that the doll is done and waiting to be shipped (what I don't know is waiting for what...). Anyway, poor answers.

      I apologise if I'm being too impatient... My doll are mostly second hand, or were in stock in dealers' shops. I believed the time they say they last...

    32. @Alik Looks like they may have forgotten to renew their website. I logged in a couple of days ago and everything looked fine so don't think it's of immediate concern...
       
    33. Ive been having a weird thing where if I try to access the main page I get redirected to some weird psychic lady's shop lol. But if I enter through one of the specific product pages on google I can get on their site just fine.
       
    34. So jealous of everyone receiving their orders! We still haven't gotten our August order. Spiritdoll says all the dolls are done, but they are waiting for the outfit from their supplier. I really just want something nice right now. *cries in corner*
       
    35. Wow @OkamiKodomo , that sucks! They ought to just give you the dolls now and send the outfits later when they get them :eek:

      Does anyone here know, do the points mean anything at spiritdoll? I see that you 'get' points for buying stuff but I dont see any coupon or way to apply points at checkout.
       
    36. I believe the points can only be used on clothing items? I remember reading that in their FAQ. Which, give the issue with the swordsman outfit, I'm becoming disinclined to buy clothes from them if they source all their clothing from the same place. :/

      We are getting to the point of asking to just send the dolls. *sigh*
       
    37. I think you may need to have a minimum point balance to be able to use them on an order. On the page right before payment, there should be in that long scroll of text shipping info, insurance, what have you) a place to put in how many points you want to use. At least that's what happened with my order for the Campsis. But then again, I did have an outfit in that order, so I'm not actually do anything to refute OkamiKodomo's point. :lol:
       
    38. So Spiritdoll emailed me yesterday and said the outfit is FINALLY on its way from their supplier and they will send my order when they receive it!!!!!

      I also need to update the list because I jumped in on a split with my friends for the Mermaid, to get the un-bloodied outfit and the jointed torso for a project! XD I asked them if they use the same supplier for the mermaid as the swordsman series and they said they do not, so it should be the normal 4 to 5 months for a fullset, instead of yanno... EIGHT.

      Anyone else that has placed a huge order have two tracking numbers? O.o I hope they get here at the same time!
       
    40. How huge? I ordered a Dolce and an Elegance at the same time and they arrived together as one package.
       
    41. A Swordsman fullset (proud male) a proud female body, and a smart boy body.
       
    42. Finally arrived!!! And now I need to wait for my partner to get out of work, and for us to both get back from my tattoo appointment. *dies* y'all have no idea how much restraint I'm using. The box is sitting in the middle of the floor and I am just... Staring at it lol.

      Also, for the record, there was indeed two boxes. One ginormous one for the two proud size dolls, and one smaller one for the smart size.

    44. Placed my order for a tan Snowdrop + NS Laurel head! :D
       
    45. I'm waiting for a blank OE Snowdrop in white and an extra CE head. I think this is my favorite head sculpt ive seen so far.
       
    46. I placed an order last week for a tan Olea with enough extras to qualify for the bunny head. As seems to be usual for Spiritdoll, my order is still marked as "unpaid" even though I paid in full and left a message in my feedback. Perhaps I'll email them soon.
       
    47. I think they have to update it manually.

      When I recieved my doll it still said 'paid, preparing...' and I only got the tracking info and shipped notif after the doll was already in my home.
       
    48. Thanks for the info. I'm not expecting a lot of (or really any) communication from them, but I'm a bit worried because it said "payment failed" when I paid, but Paypal has charged my credit card, and also I realized that my Paypal email is different from the one I registered with Spiritdoll. Plus it's said "unpaid" for two weeks, now. I ended up emailing them on Sunday after I posted.

      Edit: I got an apologetic response today. They’re going to check my payment and change my status. So, phew.

      Edit2: I got an official confirmation email! I feel sooooo much better now.

    49. Adding myself here! I ordered a Monsieur Lapin head in WS. Like most purchasers, I also encountered the payment failed screen but got charged for it, so I have to send messages and wait around two weeks just to get my order confirmed. That was quite stressful. But then, I'm still excited as I have a lot of plans for this head :)
       
    50. Joining the party! I finally caved and ordered a Monsieur Lapin in WS. Because when you have 3 more Spiritdolls on your wishlist, including finally grabbing your 4th Dolce, you go for the bunny boy you have no plans for. :sigh What's funny is that even after waiting over a year for an outfit from them, I'm debating whether it's worth asking them if they'll ever sell his outfit.
       
    51. And my Monsieur Lapin arrived today! Which was completely unexpected as I never got a shipping notice. That's kind of annoying, especially as my neighbors labor under the impression that boxes on my stoop=gifts for them. :|
       
    52. I placed an order back in February for the new Grace boy body, (and a friend of mine ordered a Celtis) and Legend Doll said my order should be shipping next week!

    54. I got my Monsieur Lapin head, and my Olea, and of course no shipping notice. I had been checking my page religiously, too, and even that never got updated. It did get changed to shipped the day after she arrived, though.

      Next time, maybe I go through a dealer... (She’s too pretty for there to not be a next time ahaha)

    56. Hey guys, I just ordered a tan Spiritdoll Laurel head and my wait time with about 3 months, which was awesome. I just received her a few days ago! However, the tan Spiritdoll uses now doesn't match my tan Smartdoll body from 4 years ago! ;__; I'm totally crushed! I've heard Spritdoll does resin matching, so maybe I could send them a piece from the old body and get a Laurel head that matches. I emailed them on Saturday and haven't gotten a response yet...and alarmingly, their website appears to be down, so I can't post it in the FAQ either! Does anyone know what's going on?
