He is so fantastic!

 

He's pretty awesome.
I really hate boo boo face though, having done special effects makeup for my entire adult life, I don't want my dolls running around with open wounds.
I suppose if you got him sans makeup though you could make it into a scar. That might be cool.
I would love to see him in WS

I hope the matching will be good with Spiritdoll in WS ! I don't know if it is the same on your Onulharu head, but the notches for the neck/head hook are not really defined or deep enough, so the hook does come off pretty easily when I move the head around ?
I hope it is not because of the way the head sits on the Elegance body's neck, or else my comment would have been a pretty bad one !!

Thank you Lady Tiku, I dumped a photo. I haven't had a new Souldoll in many many moon, well since the dumped the French Resin; and the body they have now is very nice, imho.

hiro_c, your Onulharu is beautifully done. Did you do the faceup yourself?

What gets me, is someone in the comments of the Zach page, telling Souldoll that the cost of the outfit was too much and that it "needs to come down". O_o Um, hello? If it's too expensive, don't buy it? Make it yourself or commission someone to. Rude. Didn't even try to be nice about it by asking if they could make a less expensive version or anything, just said it's too expensive, bring the price down.

 

I agree that person who left the messages is a idiot. I'd like to see her/him get someone to make it for them, at that quality, for less than Souldoll is selling it.

I don't know about the copyright laws in asian countries, however who's to say that Souldoll didn't get permission from the designer of outfit to make it?

I admit, I like the outfit, and wish they could have sold it separately. I watched the anime and really liked the look of the uniforms in it.

 

The US has enough rights to it now THEY are the ones to be worried about... and if they could do it w/o royalties.... they should at least make some kind of recognition of it being related to VK

That look is not new for DoD... go back a bit and they had stuff that was similar before.. and not an exact copy

I read a portion of the manga before mom got sick I really loved the uniforms lol

Oooo, I wanted Kowalski, but no way I could get the money together for him. I look forward to photos of those guys! I suspect there aren't many around though. I haven't seen any at least.

 

I was staring at Doll Peddlars Billian for a while. I was really hesitant to spend the money, but then at Dollism someone had a Kowalski and I got to play around with the body.... and Doll Peddlar was at Dollism... so I ran up to their room and was like "PLEASE JUST TAKE MY MONEY!"

ya DollPed is good that way, especially if the order is large enough $$ wise ^^... 6 months! Well initial +5 but who's gonna quible... it's a bit of a tap dance since they don't have a nice tidy online system to set it up like Iple O_o.

Hello this is my first time posting on this thread so nice to meet you all. I don't have a souldoll yet but I am most interested in getting one or two zenith doll. I am just wondering if anyone has a zenith body but with a double head. I really want the Yurr but his height is a tad short. Souldoll informed me that I can put a double head onto a zenith body since zenith head size is relatively the same.

 

it's not the head size but the neck that is ever a 'real' issue but if the Soul Doll company says they work they should. If you like the zenith body... I'd also ask this in the 'double body doll thread to see if anyone there hybrided a double head to a zenith body.

oh and 'welcome' ... this thread is very slow but we are here ^^,

Hello...I just did the buy it now thing on ebay and will have a white skinned Bertrand Zenith on the way. Should have him by next week. I don't know why I did it...but I did....He will come with eyes, but I am needing eye sizing info and wig sizing info for him. Oh, where is a good store to buy shoes for him? Seems like inexpensive shoes are difficult to find for the SD guys, at least they seem to be for me...LOL... Thanks in advance.

You can find 'sold out outfit' for these guys at Doll Peddlar.
Wig size is 8-9
As for shoes.... get ready to shell out serious dollars... as in avg. $40 bucks minimum?
Best place for shoes is Luts
size is SSDF <-note it MUST be "super senior" best fit is rounded toed stuff... the pointed toe shoes 'will' fit but it takes work. Best to stick to round/wider toes.
dollmore has some but I forger what the size is and they can be on the tight side.

 

I think my Bertrand wears 10mm eyes.

 

Wow this is exactly what I was looking for... but as mentioned above, I think it is not likely since the neck sizes differ quite significantly - like 1 cm...! But anyway I am going to ask the company if it is possible!

 

Hello guys!! I do not own a souldoll yet, but i am thinking of just getting a head from them!! And i was just wondering does anybody know what body would fit vampire kagel?? The resin match and stuff....i am thinking of a body thats 66-72cm tall..... I would really appreciate it if anybody can tell me!! >_<

lol got my new IH boy opened today. I'm worried now lol... he already swiped Marauders wig! What's worse is it works for him... but M tried one of Edan's... and I could learn to like it if I worked the look a bit? And yes the wig is jet black (IH wig 068) it fits quite snug too.

I love the looks of Iple wigs!! I just want to warn you that they do tend to stain the resin if left on. I was rather upset to find that one of my guys had a small stain.

 

I've been seen a hybrid - Souldoll Chiron on Popodoll body 68cm (skintone normal). Looks like very nice. Maybe it helps you.
