Hi everyone! I just finished paying off my layaway on my Kids Yeon-Bee on the NL girl body that I ordered back in July before she was discontinued - so the proper wait begins!
I also have a Moa-Casual on the double body (with Aehael-Casual gift head, plus a NL boy body for the head) that I'm still paying off.
I was just wondering if "Item Processing" means that they started making your doll? It says on the website that they start making it after you've paid in full but my first order changed to item processing after my fourth payment and my second order changed to it after the third payment.

 

Has anyone that ordered through a dealer get their August orders yet? I finished paying off my Bonnie and Gana heads a while back through BJDivas and no word yet.

 

I asked about my order from 9/25 (direct form SD) and they said they would probably ship near the end of February.

 

Ahh I see. P: Hopefully those of us that ordered through a dealer will be seeing our orders maybe in March then.

 

Im just jumping in here again with a qeustion. I ordered a full msd in white skin on 22/8/2018 from souldoll, stilll havent had an update (site states the order is still in process).
Was wondering if anybody else ordered around this time and already have some kind of new on their order (and that I should maybe send an email to chek up on them).
Or if it's normal production takes longer then stated and I should just wait patiently. Don't want to start annoying souldoll with emails for nothing.

 

@Mademoiselle Grymms - I just had a look back at my order history and a NS doll paid in full on 7th July shipped on 3rd December. And the NS heads I ordered in the discontinuation event (August 31st) shipped on 11th December. So I would hope that your doll might be ready soon. I definitely don't think you'd be out of line to ask them for a little update.

Hello, I ordered an MSD on souldoll (29/09/2018) and finished paying on 10/11/2018. They updated me saying that they intend to send mine on February 22 and they apologized because they are trying to send several orders on time. They probably had many orders when they announced they would discontinue some dolls. So your doll should already be on the way.

 

Hi - stupid question, but I was wondering if anyone could help me?
I mentioned above that I'm still paying the layaway for my Moa and Aeheal - I usually pay on the 30th of every month when I get paid but last month I was paid early because of the holidays so I sent the payments on the 22nd instead to get it out of the way. Should I email SoulDoll to let them know that this months will be on the 30th like normal? I was just worried in case they cancelled my order because it had been over a month since I sent a payment - or would it be okay?

After I mailed them (and them not replying for more then a week), I hit them up in the Q and A board. Luckily I got a very fast reply there and they notified me they would send it. Don't have a tracking yet but I trust they posted it last Friday and they are maybe to busy to keep track of everything. So hopefully Yeon bee will be home soon.

 

Didn't remember to put my order on the wiki until just now.
Ordered a Kyron in sandy brown during the event back on November the 30th through BJDivas. Excited to get him. He was one of my grail dolls, so I am happy they did a re-release.

 

@AjiAji Kyron is such a beautifull sculpt, and sandy brown a wonderfull colour can totally feel a secondhand excitement for your order and would love to see some pics once you have him^^

Update:Just picked up my package from the post office, musst say once souldoll ships the shipment always goes really fast! Got a small chest piece as gift for waiting so long. Not sure what to do with it, but well its the idea that matters XD
Even tho the wait was long, I'm really happy with the order. Finally can complete my hybrid (or well almost complete, still waiting for some heeled legs I ordered from angelesque, but thats just a minor thing). Must say I'm not sure if im keeping the yeon-bee head, not as connect4d with it as I hoped. But well maybe a face up and hybriding it with another body will change my mind!

 

Huzzah! Just got an email from BJDivas tonight that they have my 2 heads and Vito outfit with them now. Just paid the invoice for the shipping, so hopefully they’ll get shipped to me before the week is out!

 

Hi, I'm waiting on a souldoll Hunoi. Bit worried since he was ordered - and the status has been 'in production' since August last year. I am probably being a bit paranoid given the whole April Story debacle going on... it's just that I am approaching the point of no PayPal case by end of next week.

Has anyone else received their orders from around the same date?

 

Yes I just did. I mailed them tho, and would recommend doing the same, if your worried.

 

@Merla My order from early August through the dealer BJDivas was just shipped to me today. I’d say it certainly couldn’t hurt to post in Souldoll’s Q&A to ask them directly how your order is going. It’s Friday morning for them right now, so definitely post something soon if you want a chance to get an answer before the weekend.

I was really worried since my internet was down for what seemed like forever and by the time it was back up it was already the weekend. Then the next day I received the shipping email! So I just have to endure a day or two more according to tracking

My Aug discontinued order I placed w/ BJDivas is ready, but I'm going to continue my long layaway.

 

Jumping in here to squeal about my order! I ordered a Kuu-vampire with faceup, Bonnie blank, and Annamari blank from bjdivas all the way back in September. Just got the first two girls last week, almost 7 months! Annamari wasn't one of the discontinued sculpts, so according to souldoll she will take another few months. Super excited though!

Just got a shipping notice from Souldoll for my Yeon-Bee. It's been 3 months since I completed the layaway so not a bad wait (been forever since I ordered her though haha). She's going to be my first girl so I'm super excited to get her home

 

Congrats!! I love Yeon-bee. I don't even have all of mine yet and already I want more soul kids.

Now the constant mail checking can begin!

Just got my notice from Bjdivas about my Kryon being there. I want to pay him off... but I just put a Raccoondoll on layaway and paid off my Iplehouse order.... soooooo. Unless something sells I am continuing my layaway lol

So he should be delivered today, but tracking iis taking its sweet time to update. Dx (still only scan says departed from MI and it scans updates that it "on it's way to its destination" daily but that is it.)
It does say it is going to be arriving late?? Still expected for today but may have some delays. I am assuming it is because of all the flooding we have been having here orz

So.. odd update. My doll had not updated its shipping since the 14th - stating things were delayed but still on its way. I assumed flooding because of all the rain that has been happing.

I was starting to get worried.. but it FINALLY updated today, 5 days later. But it said it was only just in Iowa?? Which is like.. a state away from Michigan where Divas is from?? I mean... at least he isn't lost.. but I figured he would a BIT further that that??

Hopefully he is home soon.

 

Finally my boy is in my state. ;u; at a sorting center 45min from my town so I am hoping he will be here tomorrow.

 

My partner told me that he is finally home. Just a bit longer and I will be off work and can do a box opening ouo!!

I can actually do a proper box opening this time since I am not excitedly rushing through my lunch break to open a doll lol

My Seo Jeong-U finally got shipped on the 5th July! I finished paying for him on 11th April, so I'm glad he's finally on his way.

Is it better to order directly from soul doll or alice collections or will bjdiva have the new soul zenith dolls? I want to order at least a basic doll but I'm not sure whether to deal directly with soul doll.

I was wondering the same because Souldoll had a stock sale on July 5 and they have Agnes zenith on white and BJDivas had it on blue I love the blue color and I chose BJDivas because it was on stock and they are based on the USA so I didn’t have to worry about customs, my package arrived today and I can’t wait to go home and open it! I think BJDivas is best option if you live in the USA they have excellent costumer service and experience ordering through the companies that’s my personal preference It’s my first time buying whit them and I really had a good experience

My Seo Jeong-U arrived yesterday! He's beautiful, and it's my first time having a double jointed doll, or a doll that's brand new! I was also waiting for the email to pay customs for him, but he just showed up on my doorstep, so bonus! He also arrived faster than I expected too, so hopefully everyone's order will be just as quick!

 

Finally jumped on the Souldoll band wagon and ordered my very first Souldoll - Super excited!!
I ordered a Juno on the new kid body. I saw the body and fell in love instantly. Anyone able to tell me how Souldoll are with their production times? I'm assuming the normal 3 months but am curious Argh so hyped!

 

Anyone seen a Devonia (preferably in gray) in stock anywhere? Placed an order with a dealer in November and finally found out today that I won’t be getting her as there was an issue with the order

As for Souldoll's production times, it tends to vary, but 6 to 8 months has been the recent average.
