I agree with everyone else. Definitely contact them. It's been months since the incident with your package happened, hasn't it? they should definitely give you some kind of update! You've been patient for long enough. Please keep us posted and may you get your doll soon!!

 

I've just paid for the last Linzy in stock head from their instagram post. After receiving her in lavender, I wanted one more head in another resin color. so happy there was stil one left. now I just have to wait .

 

My Bella arrived on December 30th.

 

Thanks everyone for the advice, I went ahead and sent a short email. The package was shipped/lost in July and I found out about it in September, so it's definitely been a while. I'll post an update when they get back to me. Thank you for the kind words

 

I ordered the only Mila head from their ig and just got her today!

I am going to wait until maybe February-March to touch base with Souldoll about my order since he's officially a year+, but I think they still have more pressing orders they're working on so I am going to wait a bit longer until I reach out~ You'd think with all this time I've had to think about him I'd know what I'm doing with him - but I still don't lol.

 

@Dybbuk That's so nice of you to let them focus on other orders even though you've been waiting a long time Maybe inspiration will come to you for him once he's on his way! I confess my go-to inspiration for characters these days is Korean dramas and anime characters, haha. I feel silly for forgetting, but can I ask which sculpt you're waiting on?

 

@puppymush : lol that's ok! I ordered a Zenith Nolan boy and Zenith Kai Head during their head order before they discontinued the Zenith bodies.

Hehe thats a great place for inspiration! Especially with Souldoll's style! I usually get my inspiration from outfits or props or even a wig/eye color combo... so might try to look for stuff for him in the coming months.

I know they're still catching up so I don't want them to waste their time on a reply to me when they could be answering someone else or better yet finish orders. Seems like things are moving though, so I feel confident we'll all see our dolls soon!

 

Finally got some good news to share! Souldoll got back to me last night and said they think they'll be ready to ship my order on the 9th!

They also said they're sending him USPS. Not sure how good of a track record USPS has compared to Fedex, but after reading all those posts about Smartpost horror stories, it seems like anything would be better than them lol. Plus we have informed delivery for USPS so I'll be able to keep track of the package unlike last time. I did go ahead and ask them to have USPS require a signature for delivery though, so that should be an extra layer of protection.

I'm still very anxious so it hasn't sunk in at all that I may see my boy soon. Here's hoping everything goes smoothly and he reaches me quickly and safely!!

 

@puppymush : WHAT WONDERFUL NEWS! Congrats to you! I am crossing my fingers that he starts his journey home on the 9th and that he makes it safely this time! I will say -- for all the doll items I have shipped and received, I have never had an issue with the USPS system. Fedex, my household has experienced at least 2 major issues so that is really great news that they're upgrading his shipping this time.

So happy for every one who is receiving a tracking number these days ( hope all will arrive safely!), I just got mine today for the head. and the post in my country already have it in their app, so now I its easy to follow I hope it come next week!.

 

@Dybbuk Thank you!! That puts my mind at ease to hear about your experience with USPS! I had doubts about what shipping method to ask for, because it seemed like DHL was the only service who would actually require a signature on delivery, but the shipping was going to be over twice as expensive. I ended up asking them to stick with USPS partly because of the cost and partly because my household is signed up for informed delivery so I feel confident that I'll be able to keep track of the package better. Paid the invoice for half the shipping fee (very reasonable for me) this morning so hopefully he does ship on the 9th! If they don't email me with the tracking number by then I'll send a quick email to ask for it. I'm determined to keep track of my boy this time!

So sorry for the late reply! Yes, they emailed to say they shipped the order and give me the tracking number on Wednesday! The tracking hasn't updated so I'm assuming the package hasn't gone far due to it being the weekend lol. Hoping I'll maybe get an update on its status tomorrow.

 

I'm soooo happy for you! FINALLY!!! I can't wait to see him finally home. After so many agonizing months - well year+ really, I'm sure you're ready to be done.

A small update, I've been checking the tracking info every day, but it has yet to update. It's now been a week since my order shipped. Of course I wasn't expecting it to move very fast, but I was at least expecting some update about where it is by now, if it's gotten through customs yet, etc.

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with USPS and could tell me, is this normal or should I be worried? I realize the package could be on its way but the tracking is just very slow to update, but that concerns me because I want to know when it reaches my state/when to be on the lookout for the mail van. I went ahead and emailed Souldoll in case they know anything, but any input is appreciated!

 

I get stuff via Alice's shipped via USPS sometimes and it will update super slowly, like sometimes two days behind. As in: nothing will be updated a few days and suddenly on Jan 15th it might mention actions that happened on the 13th, and then nothing again for days and on the 19th it may list actions from the 17th. Like that.

 

Hi guys, sorry if it's too soon for an update, but Souldoll emailed me back yesterday and shared what their tracking info is saying. Based on that, Liam seems to have cleared customs and been handed over to USPS in the US on the 13th. Still not one tracking update on my side.

I'm stressing out because if he's misdelivered or if anything happens, I'll be none the wiser just like last time. I'm keeping a careful eye out for the mail van and for packages on the doorstep just in case. The thing is, the package might not be anywhere near my state yet lol, but I have no way of knowing. I'm definitely not expecting him delivered this soon, but I was really expecting the tracking to have updated by now. (I think he's been in the US since the 10th)

I'll be honest, I'm feeling upset. I can't believe this is happening. Maybe he'll show up soon and I'll regret letting my anxiety get the better of me, but at the moment I don't know what to do. I'm honestly so exhausted with IRL problems and I desperately need this whole ordeal to be over

I apologize for the rant lol, I'm just at my wits' end...

I'm having a similar problem, I'm waiting for a package from the US (I'm in Europe) and USPS hasn't updated the tracking for quite some time now. They told my friend, who is the sender, that they're facing a huge backlog from the holidays, apparently. I could imagine that this might also affect your Liam..?
I really hope that you'll get him soon

Hi guys, the tracking finally updated!! It looks like Liam is still in California, it says due to weather but I'm guessing it's because of the wildfires. Expected delivery is the 23rd. I'm so relieved the package isn't lost. Now I feel kind of silly that I'm worried about my doll with the disasters going on there. I hope things get better quickly for everyone

 

@puppymush : So glad it's updating, and hopefully he makes it home on his expected day safely!!! can't wait to see him in the resin!

Right now there's some kind of delay and it's unclear whether the expected delivery date has changed or if it's just the tracking updates that are delayed. Ah well, I'll just keep waiting (im)patiently.

 

Here to report my boy finally made it home safely!!! The long, long wait is finally over

The bad news is something also happened in my personal life and I need some time to recover. Going to do the box opening when I feel able to fully enjoy this special moment. I'll be sure to share a photo of him here after the box opening

As promised, a photo of my new boy for you all He is bald and faceless here because for some reason I didn't think to put on his wig before taking a picture (Souldoll kindly sent me a nice one, as well as some extra eyes, an amazing pair of shoes, and a beautifully crafted carrying sleeve). Even in this state, I think Liam is beautiful.

Everyone, meet my OC Seongha I cannot wait until he has his proper eyes, wig, clothes, and of course a faceup.

I apologize for the chaotic background, it was late and I just wanted to snap a shot of them together. Also I find this picture funny because it's so out of character for them. I can never see Eunjae and Seongha taking a cheesy couple photo. I'm sure they resent me for forcing them to do it :P

 

I decided to outright message Souldoll and see if they had a fantasy Caleb still available somewhere... and they did! He's only got the human body but he's that amazing green-blue color. Can't wait for him to ship! I haven't had a Souldoll in 10+ years!

 

@Syrill : WHOA! What a lucky break! I have done the same with them before and was able to purchase a discontinued doll after someone abandoned their layaway. I can't wait to see your Caleb. I have the human head in a blue green color but have no idea how I'm going to hybrid him. You will love the resin color... it's so beautiful in person.

I still can't believe it! Souldoll said he's slightly damaged but it doesn't sound like it's structural. More like he came out of the mold a little too small or something? That's what I understood of it, anyway.

Knowing the resin color is beautiful in person, gosh... I'm SO excited! I'm still not yet sure who or what he'll be, but I'm sure he'll let me know as soon as he arrives

May I see a pic of your Caleb head? Did he come blank or did you do the faceup? You're so talented, I'd love to see more of your work!

 

He's here!! And he came with horns! The color is just incredible. Difficult to photograph but so worth it aaaaaa

 

@Syrill : Congrats on receiving your Caleb!!! I hope you will share pictures of him I need to dig out my Caleb head - he has no pictures because I moved last summer and he's remained in my little storage closet. So I haven't gotten him painted...and I'm still wondering how I'll get him a body that matches his pretty color

I forgot to update (not sure who else is waiting on a Souldoll) - my order from Dec. 2023 shipped in early March of 2025. So roughly a 1 year, 3 month wait - but he was absolutely beautiful and worth it. I can't wait to get my Nolan and Kai painted. I am a little worried for Souldoll since they haven't had any releases since the little Phileo sets~ I did place one last minute order for a Souldoll Milky Way with the steampunk parts -- just in case. I paid off my layaway this month so settling in for another long wait!

 

Making an update. Not sure who else is still waiting on something from Souldoll...

I paid off my Milky Way on 5/2025 - but haven't had Souldoll answer any of my emails for the past 2 months. Felt a bit more hopeful since they released the new Zenith girl body but seems like they're going dark again.

Anyone else have any contact with them recently or had a doll delivered?

 

Secondary update - although this room is pretty dead Just in case anyone is curious about Soul Doll's wait times:

My Soul Doll Kids Milky Way with the Steampunk body came on Oct. 31st 2025.
For reference I ordered at the end of January of 2025 - paid off the layaway in May of 2025. So roughly 10 months from date of order, and 5 months from my pay off date.

It's definitely still slow and communication from them is minimal, but she didn't take the year plus that my last order did. I miss their dolls so much, but glad I got my Milky Way while I could.
