I bet that is this new faceplate shape that tends to create some gaps,but if the face plate is firmly attached to the scalp(?) i think that there's nothing to worry about.

 

seams that your face-plate as wella s the the gluino's Nightweaver face-plate have the sam gap, i' second what $abbatha said, even if i understand that you're not completely happy about...

 

I just wanted to make sure it wasn't a defect that only my guy had. I can understand it must be knickers and sticks to try and get those zigzag joints to match up perfectly. As long as Alex's brains don't fall out I'm good.

It sits well with the magnets.. means its not loose or anything... its just that there are gaps But I do think with a such complicated zig-zag fit on some differences are acceptable.

I've notince since the start this factory flaw, even if reelly a minor issue, as long as the hedacape i firmly attached to the face-plate and don't fall-out, but maybe the further idealian comes with smaller gap, have you tired to check with soom about it?
Just to be sure it's quite normal, maybe they can give some tips or whatevere, to ask don't hurt at least!

Gluino is not currently available. Where do you think you can order him in tan? If you are looking at BJDBABY they are illegal recasts not authorized by Soom.

It's hard, but you have to be very careful when ordering from a site that isn't the company site especially when the site is in China. Most of the companies now list their authorized reps.

Soom has never released the human Gluino head in tan. The vampire head was available in bronze in the free choice event in 2012.

 

Bronz and tan, some people thinks the same color:p they have same name in Chinese bjd circle, sorry for the misunderstand:p and yup, it's a vampire version in my link.
