They just posted that a lot of email were lost during the order period because of the high volume.

 

I came over here to say I also got into the pre-order and was looking forward to getting a doll, but then I remembered to check if my payment ever cleared and... PayPal still has it flagged as "the recipient should have the money by April 1st." o_o
I talked to Deokhyun back at the end of March and she said that since the hold was on her end, I was all set, but now I'm worried about it getting to her and her having the funds she needs for manufacturing. PayPal isn't supposed to hold funds for more than 21 days. Is there anything I should do on my end to help the transaction along?

 

Call PayPal and speak to someone directly. They held money that was pending and was supposed to be released once the time was delivered. Glitch or something on their end. Call them and speak to someone.

 

Thank you!!! I called PayPal and they were able to confirm the flag was being showed in error and the money had already been delivered and retrieved. Whew.

Back to patiently waiting, lol.

 

Hey everyone. Now that we know the dolls could start shipping in July, how's everyone feeling? Any plans?

 

I've got some accessories in mind. Really need to get him in person to feel out a look though

 

Thinking on bodies for him. I’m waiting to see if his resin matches any of the companies I have experience with though!

 

I have some eyes and a few wigs socked away to try, but yeah, I've got to see him in person before I know what his Vibe is.

 

I’m waiting to pay off the rest of my layaway, so excited!

 

I Messaged them about sending my last payment a month ago and have yet to receive a reply or payment request. Has anyone been able to contact them recently? Should I send them anothee dm?

 

I have sent them my payment every month without them asking. Dolls should ship this month!

When they sent out emails they stated they’d send the payment request so I’ve just contacted them for them to request the payment since. I did get my issue figured out though!

 

So happy to hear it worked out. They must be busy since the dolls will be going out soon.

I definitely had a dream last night that people were posting unboxings and they had just been sent without shipping notifications. ^^; But it was only a dream.

 

I think you got your answer, but I spoke to them recently. They responded to my email within a few days. (It was a layaway question, so no news about the possible shipping, sorry!).

I think they only told a few emails they'd send payment requests. By the time they'd gotten to my email, she asked that everyone just send payment to her because it had gotten overwhelming haha.

 

Hello guys! Seems like a few people in China have received heads already. I have yet to seen someone to get the full doll from this preorder.

I got Monday (my time zone in Asia) and I was told he was to ship in two days. Maybe she’s doing it little by little.

 

Nothing here, but I am in Europe, she might be doing domestic/continental first. Hoping we will be next soon !

Mine was fully paid right at the start, though the PayPal transaction didn’t process until April 1st. Hmm. I figured they were going in order of payment. I’ll wait and see.

Yay, more lovely Dohwees

I've been sick, so I haven't had a chance to take pics yet...but I will when I feel better!

 

My boy arrived today! Obscure emailed me about two weeks ago to inform me of the shipping date and confirm my address, and then he shipped last week. I ordered a full doll and an extra head in Dolly Peach and paid in full, with a small paypal hold delay. I posted some box opening photos on instagram.
