Silky Flower from Oklahoma

Hi everyone. My name is Savannah and I am from Oklahoma, United States! I just purchased my first doll about a week ago while at a local convention called Tokyo in Tulsa. I have been wanting a doll for about a year now and finally had enough money!

I have loved dolls of all kinds since I was very young, and my interest was reinforced by my great-great aunt, who collects dolls and has several curios of them. I would love to have curios of my own someday!

I also love art, video games, frilly dresses, and Japanese culture. I'm hoping to finish my Associates in Japanese this spring and then continue working toward my Bachelor's in International Business the following fall.

Silky Flower is an English reading for the kanji that my Japanese teacher assigned to my name.

 

It is quite possible! I was at the booth a few times and at the BJD Swapmeet! Next year, I hope to be involved with more BJD panels such as the Pajama Party!

 

Nice! I really wish I could've gone to the panel so I could learn the basics, but my own panel ran from 2-4 that day.
