She says "you think the kitty is cute...wait, look at me"!! heheh I love the nendoroids and qposkets! I always look at them in the Japan import store, but alas I can't collect them. There's no room in the budget or house for everything I like....

Oh, I'm too excited! I just got the shipping notice that my Fujiwara No Sai should be delivered on Wednesday. (Along with three tiny Kiritos, )
Finally Sai *sigh* sai 1 by SteamWitch, on Flickr I'll open him up when I have a spot designated for him.
There are so many new awesome dolls and toys on here, it's hard to resist getting all! Lol! Congrats on your new arrival SteamWitch! I know it's hard when things take forever to get to you, but then it's so rewarding to finally see them in person. (: The rest of my June toy haul arrived a few weeks ago, as well as a figure from May that I wanted to have shipped with the re-made Bring Arts KHIII Riku, but that didn't work out. Lol! Just got this guy today, had to get him in a split. He's Fairyland's Absolem, part of a Designers complete Minifee Alan Mad Hatter! Meet Bubbles by Nadine, on Flickr
Oh @phanuel Absolem is wonderful! The ghost is out of his plastic shell, . He is everything I could have wished for in a Sai figure. I am buying a turntable for him. Fujiwara no Sai 1 by SteamWitch, on Flickr
I’ve gone back to my favorite hobby, model kits, in a big way. I currently have two Moderoids from Good Smile Co of Deku and Bakugo, and three Bandai Figure_Rise Dragon Ball Z Figures in the mail. I find the kits to be relaxing and you get a nice figure out of it too.
That sounds really fun! You should totally post pictures when you build them! I enjoy garage kits a lot, so I totally understand
I actually think most of my old OT dolls are mostly broken or lost by now The only ones I still have in decent condition are two Draculaura Monster High dolls, one the special edition tall one, and one the sweets-world themed one (though I only have images of the taller doll) and an unclothed Catty Noir. I dressed her up in an outfit from a porcelain doll, but I kept her original hair and face. some unedited pictures: A lot of the regular MH faces were kind of gaudy to me, but I really like how subtle this special edition's face is compared to the main dolls. I used to have a lot of Monster High dolls, but I liked doing experiments on them (rerooting hair, amateur faceups, shrinking heads, etc) so a lot got damaged irreparably. Some were simply lost, and I think one was borrowed by a friend and then thrown out by her grandmother?! (It was my favourite, Catrine DeMew, too) Unfortunately Monster High doesn't seem to be producing more dolls either. I doubt I'll be getting back into collecting them, but I definitely love the few I do have left.
Phanuel, thanks for sharing your unique and whimsical creatures with us! Your photos always look great (can't say I'm not jealous, I suck at photography)! (: SteamWich, glad you finally got your Sai figure, he's gorgeous! n__n Kurogane, I hope you share photos of your model kits as well. They are so much fun to buil! (: Ashfaust, she's wonderful. I kind of regret not getting her when she was released, now it's a bit too late. Lol! Thanks for sharing. My July 2021 toy haul finally arrived! From left to right: NARUTO Nyan tomo Ookina Nyaruto! Infront of Riku's box; Arma Bianca The World Ends with You The Animation Yoshua & Neku Card Stickers. An extreme-close up of Riku Ver 2 because he turned out gorgeous and quite accurate (IMHO), unlike V1, who was a bit... off: Also got a few mass-produced fashion dolls. I was finally able to get Barbie Looks blond Barbie and Ken: And got two RH Amaya Raine, so that I can attempt to customize one, and the other is for my bff:
@phanuel I love your little book worm! This adorable little monster arrived to me earlier this week. Snatched her up from Yahoo!Japan, she's a Kooni by Korean artist KKner, resin head on an obitsu 11 body. I'm contemplating calling her Leeloo, but not sure yet. She came with the beautiful rainbow eye, I bought the outfit separately. Monocular-chan by jefvonk, on Flickr Monocular-chan by jefvonk, on Flickr I love her cute little ears^^. @ShuriTigerH , love the cyclops girls! I have cyclops kitties and a tiny bunny, but no humanoids. Almost got one once... still considering it. Yours are really cute. The tusks on the big one are clever. I got my second Absolem. I ordered from two different splits as insurance just in case something went awry. But now I'm glad I have one in each resin color. Oh @phanuel they are adorable. A stuffed No face is really off off topic but he inspired me to take this photo in my new 1/6 scale roombox. No face by SteamWitch, on Flickr
@SteamWitch , love your No face, that's a great photo. If any of you have any celluloid cuties, dolls or toys, consider joining my flickr group. I think they deserve a showcase of their own. Also, I found an interesting little video of Mr. Hirai and his Mikos. We're waiting for you! by Nadine, on Flickr
Celluloid Dream has just introduced a new doll on their site! She's adorable with fiber hair bun or ponytail attached to the painted surface. Momo-chan. She's a peach by Nadine, on Flickr
@stellarphenomena thank you for reminding me, I totally forgot. I’ll take pictures tomorrow of the ones I have finished. The kits are really fun, and each one is different.
@stellarphenomena , Cute couple, love the little sleeper. I really like the matryoshka dolls. The hard part was choosing which one, there are so many varieties! Besides the ones shown I have a small traditional girl that was given to me by a Russian exchange student who stayed with us for a short while. She was a firecracker! She also left me with the best pie crust recipe ever.
@phanuel: There's a Russian Imports store 10 minutes from me and I have two sets from them, both very different:
@stellarphenomena, @phanuel Lovely dolls.Indeed the horses are very different and gorgeous I had three sets, my granddaughter grabbed two of them and left me with this one. It's a bit sad, but I love the storytelling dolls. They were brought back from Russia by a friend who was visiting. matryoshka storyteller by SteamWitch, on Flickr
@SteamWitch: I love that! Thanks for sharing. The Russian vendor near me has a very large selection of interesting ones. I probably wont buy more due to lack of shelf space.

So many great new dolls! @Esgile Asakuma Your dragon horses are amazing, so creative! May I ask who made them and how big they are? Also I'd love to get a closer look at them, they're really unique^^.
Not sure if they're on topic or not so I'm sticking them in here with all the other wonderful weird and whimsical OT critters just to be safe. Cygophilia Monosea x2: Cygophilias by jefvonk, on Flickr Someone on Yahoo!Japan listed 3 of them, I managed to get two. They're very much artist casts, including bubbles, color differences and terrible posing but I'm happy I got them. I think at least one of them will get an eye opening. They're 30cm, but they take 8-9 wigs, so those are some huge eyes. They both have horns on, clothes and wigs are temporary.
Very cool to see all the different stuff in this thread! Hope these are ok to add. Above GoT in 1/6 scale and The Court of the Dead below. They are more statues i suppose but i thought i add them because of the (partly cloth and removable) outfits.
@stellarphenomena , those two make a great pair! Love that spider pouch. This is Doll Chateau Baby Arnold with Merlin. I'm not sure what he is supposed to be, but he has a Mark Ryden vibe. Nestor and Merlin by Nadine, on Flickr

Ahhhh! Halloween time and Bones gets to meet the little Halloween bones. Bones meetup by SteamWitch, on Flickr
I was woken up today for a package containing my newest addition to my doll Myca's mushroom crew. It's a bid Mycotæ from MissNekOtaku on etsy. He is so cute! I just need to think of a good name for him. Here he is with the other current mushy gang, Myca and Smudge.

I can imagine. I have a collection of little things that would work great in a diorama but I have no space to build or store them. But my sister and I are planning a reorganization of shared spaces which may clear up a little room.
