Dollshe copper oriental and LLT real skin are a little different, with the latter having a more yellowish undertone, but they’re close enough to make a decent hybrid. From what I remember, real skin is supposed to resemble Loongsoul's French wheat skin.

Fairyland tan and Pygmalion sand beige are a close match. There may be variations between Pygmalion batches, however.

Soom tawny became darker and less saturated some time before or in 2018. I would speculate that 2015 tawny may resemble Iplehouse peach gold, as 2016 tawny was a match according to owner photos.

2018 tawny is similar to Iplehouse special real and would hybrid reasonably well. Even between tawny 2018 and 2019, the 2019 color is a little darker.

* Dollshe Fresh is close to Iplehouse white, just a little darker.
* Granado's new Normal is paler than the old Normal Pink.
* Switch headcap from 2015, may have a little yellowing.
* Dollshe Oriental has a bit more of a yellow undertone in real life compared to the pinker resins.
* Ringdoll Old French normal from 2013, no longer in production, likely to have yellowed.
Resins come from within 2016-2018, unless stated otherwise!

@ninive, sorry it took a little while, but here’s a photo of some normal resins that are close to Doll Family-H normal yellow. I’m not sure what year mine was made in, but Migidoll from 2018 is indeed a good match. Unfortunately I no longer own Dika Doll normal yellow, but I think it would be lighter in color than Doll Family-H. I hope that helps!

@ninive, oh I see, you’re interested in the older Migidoll resin. I’m not sure what year mine is from, and I recently noticed the body’s certification says ANS, so it may really be NS A. I will try to get a picture of it with DF-H and similar resins some time soon.

How old is the Luts resin you’re trying to match? I’ve already sold my Dika Doll body, but I previously took a photo showing Dika yellow with a normal Luts head from 2013.

 

Hi again! I got a picture of old Migi and the closest matches I could find! Finally had the time to take out the body from storage~~ It may actually Migidoll’s NS A, which was supposed to match Luts as opposed to NS B with Volks. Anyway, these are my yellowest resins, as the Migi body is older and mellowed naturally. Most of my other, newer ones were either too pink, too orange, or too pale.

Universe Doll is very close from what I could see. Switch old, discontinued normal matches very well too (their new powder beige is too peachy). Volks, likely mellowed, has a bit more saturation, but it’s in the same color range. Doll Family-H is lighter and less yellow, don’t know what year unfortunately. I no longer have Dika Doll yellow, but I think it would be too pale in comparison.

It would be possible to obtain the older formulations secondhand, or in Universe Doll’s case, buy direct or go through a dealer. (Here’s an easy place to view their bodies if that’s what you’re looking for.)

@ninive, I checked the certificate and the first four numbers are 1208. Not sure if that would mean 2012? Anyway, wishing all the best going forward, and feel free to share any new findings~
