Vergil’s replacement wig arrived yesterday.



So nice for him to finally have hair bahaha.

 

Feel like this thread is becoming a personal update thread.

I just got in a Raccoon Doll body yesterday that I originally got my Aquilo, but Vergil decided to take it over. He honestly looks perfect on it and I’m finding taking pictures of him are suddenly much easier to do bahaha. I guess the more lithe body type of the Rites of Passage boys just didn’t suit him.



The RD body is in normal skin, and my boys are in peach, by the way! The RD body is from 2020, so I’m not sure if their resin has changed any in the last 3 years, but the colors are pretty dang close. RD is just a smidge darker and pinker, but it definitely works out for anyone looking into hybrid options for your floating heads. The neck needs modding though since it’s just a little too thick. Probably gonna work on shaving it down this weekend if the weather permits.

 

Not to pry here, but does anyone know if Helene is okay? I haven't seen anything from her in a while and I emailed her with no luck.

 

I haven't heard or seen anything from her either. I know she was bad sick with lupus when she was filling our orders.

She hasn't posted on her insta since May last year.

 

Yeah, that's why I was asking. It's been over a year and her health wasn't good, so I was just worried and hope she's alright or that someone could get in touch with her. :/

 

I'm wondering the same thing to be honest, as she's not been active for quite a while now and I really enjoyed her dolly progress posts. Lupus is serious illness though, so I'm hoping the worst hasn't come to pass. Though if it had I would think her sister or partner might have disclosed as much on her Insta, seeing how involved they were with her doll bussiness. I do hope she is alright though, and simply busy with other stuff besides dolls.

 

A shame Helene seems to still be absent online. Here's to hoping she's doing okay and taking care.

Finally decided to make him into Rufus Shinra from the Final Fantasy 7 games and made this wig for him when I was stuck at home the other week while sick. His eyes are also on the way, and I'll be shipping him off soon to finally get him painted.

 

He got back home, like, a month ago, but here's Rufus!
