Here is Bebe with 16mm Mako OWL-017 eyes and a Milk Tea Lullaby Poem size 9-10 wig. I have ordered more 16mm Mako eyes in lighter colors.
I made the pink print dress from another Trentsation pattern for the Kaye Wiggs dolls. The Monique 58cm by 27mm shoes fit but the strap is short due to her wide ankles.

 

Pink dress is so cute on her. I like the style.
I buy shoes that fit 16" Kish Season dolls from Debs Adorables on ebay...

I was wondering if anyone has ever gotten the Roselied surprise boxes before? I ordered 2 Holiday's Child boxes today and I'm just curious about what is usually in them.

It's so exciting that Rosenlied will be opening up full-choice for Holiday's Child in March! That should be awesome!

 

Ryoualice Bonbon is beautiful! Is she normal resin?

I have never gotten the gift pack but it sounds like fun.
I am curious what changes they made to the Holiday body.

 

I'm hoping they made a new streamlined jointed system, @Oliveoil! What are you wishing for? I know the pear body is popular right now, too.

 

I struggle with the knees. They don't hold a pose. Do you have the same problem?
I love the new Bambi Elf!

 

I don't have one because of that joint problem. I remember too well my original fully balljointed Volks SD on the old original body. It was such a hassle wrestling her into any pose!! I even went so far as to do suggested modifications into T's, sueded (with moleskin), and wired her. I took one look at this original Rosenlied body and just couldn't do it. I went with a MYou for my first big baby purchase. But I'm so drawn to the faces and clothing of Holiday's Child. And an Elf sculpt!! I'm super excited for that!

By the way, for anyone interested. I wrote to Rosenlied and asked for more details on the $408 USD Holiday's Child sale and would it include all sculpts previously released, as well as Fairy (Elf) Bambi. (I also asked about the Surprise boxes.) This was the reply I got:
For Holiday's Child valentine surprise box, you will receive special valentine dress or random items worth of $80 out of any items that is on our website.
Holiday's Child will be sold for old version of the body.
Fairy Bambi also be available for the $408 ^^

So the new elf sculpt is included, as well as all the others it seems. But they do not come with face-ups and are on the old body for that price.

 

The joints are not that bad but a little frustrating when standing. The knees will go knock knee sometimes. I would imagine the Myou posing is better. Price is also better. $408 for Holiday with no face up is a lot. I have the pear shape Myou on order so will be passing on Holiday.
Right now I am thinking about ordering Wednesday Milk basic. I loved the LE but was unable to get her.

Everyone's dolls here are so pretty! I've been eying a Bambi for the longest time and was so excited that Rosenlied was selling them again. I don't know what they have planned for the new body. Does anyone know if it's double jointed or something?

 

So quiet here. Have you seen the new fairies set for release soon?

 

Hee, joining in to rouse the thread in time for Christmas. I just caved and ordered a HC Bambi reverie fairy! I had kind of given up getting a pretty Limited Holiday's Child but was so surprised to find some in stock. Though not the best outfit I'm just glad to get a white skinned sleepy Bambi!

Aye, it's not too bad though I really wanted a Rollingpumpkin or Uyuchagongbang one. But I got a faceup with U so that's not a bummer at all. I totally missed out on the basic run of Bambi dolls! No wonder her Limited version didn't sell out.

 

In Coming Soon, there are more basic Bambi's... Is that a mistake, or are they having a re-release for Christmas? :3 I really want a Bambi...

 

I was also hoping to get a non reverie Bambi but the current limited version didn't have the faceup I would like. If there will be more upcoming that would be sweet but ouch to my wallet!

I love your concepts for your girls. All antique styled in lovely dresses and bonnets. Do you have an album showing how you display your dolls? Or do they all sleep in drawers out from the sun? I wish dollies don't yellow... else I best find glass cabinets with UV protective films.

I'd love to add Ribbon and Miu to the family, though I hope they will be released at the right time for me like this Reverie Bambi!

 

I am a bit of a bad dollie owner, in that my girls are mostly out a lot of the time these days, rather than resting in drawers. I used to keep them in drawers when I had a more manageable amount.. But I don't really anymore X_X The bulk of them sit atop a large table in my living room. It's not really near a window, but the room does get natural sunlight. X_X

 

Congrats for the incoming! I had to leave the hobby for awhile and then saw the new Thursday Child. This probably isn't the right thread to ask, but I can't find any info on her. Does anyone here know more about her?

I was having a rather trying week and was so delighted to receive my Reverie Bambi today! Here she is as a redhead. I am smitten!



And I went to the Rosenlied website intending to leave a thank you note and saw their new Rose in Snow Rosee, @bajib I couldn't resist and splurged on her! I am in so much trouble!

I like the face up but I thought the droopy eyes was the sculpt. I wonder if eyes could be positioned lower or looking down not up so much would help. Does that make sense?

 

@yoake Could you post a photo of her head showing full ear? I am curious how big the ears are. Thanks!

I just ordered Milk, in white skin. Does someone know how are rosenlied’s waiting times these days? Im so excited!!!

 

I have no idea what the wait period is but Milk is my favorite sculpt. Please post photos of her when she arrives.

@Nonexistent No there isn’t a limited Milk available. I forgot Kana made the sculpt.
The photo would not open but like the color idea. They had an LE Milk by RollingPumpkin that was very tempting. She was available for a long time. Finally sold out.

Hello friends, it's been almost 2 years I own my rosenlied baby so I want to share some pictures with you

I fell in love with Mignon's face and size in 2014 and later I realised holidays child fit my big volks girl so well so I wanted to get one and was lucky enough to find Tami selling exactly the one I liked the most! I also love Bambi's and Miu's face, those girls are adorable, but Mignon was very special for me so here she is, her name is Momo and this is her current look:

Thank you! ♥ I'm so happy someone else likes Mignon sculpt because I was instantly sold, Elf ears version though, I wish I could have that one instead but mods are a thing :') I painted this in september 2017 so I guess no? I'm quite satisfied with her current state!

 

Rosenlied shipped my Basic Milk, no makeup in half the stipulated processing time!! Just 4 weeks!!

Im so excited to have her home soon!!

Just a heads up for anyone that missed Wednesday's Child Milk (Party with Rosenlied LE)

I saw this doll months back for an event on Rosen Lied and she sold out at the event.

I dont think she was available at the website, but I do remember her being an event doll with a sold out status. It seems that a few have come back in stock!

I double checked because I really love this doll, to make sure it wasnt an error, and it seems a few customers havent paid for theirs so a small stock is available and ready to ship, no wait time
