Ah, that sucks. A coupon and outfit are nice, but I wish they'd send you what you ordered. Makes me wonder if someone who ordered a grown bag got your teenage one by mistake...
Those #3 body shoulders do take up a lot of space lol (though, my Impl Idol and T&D 75 make my RD #3 boys look tiny XD )

 

@LupusDarkmoon i plan on buying a impl idol and a TD 75 boy next year lol which is exactly why i wont have the extra room

lmao that's even more understandable. I have the TD 75 Strong body and it's so big. And heavy. And makes those RD boys look like kids. XD I wish I had the 75cm RD body to compare lol

I have to flip his bit upwards, but he fits well, and he's never fallen once! The setting it's on for him is also pretty low compared to the full height, so it can definitely fit Hua Cheng, even bigger dolls than him. It looks identical to the one on Ringdoll's site too. The only bad review is someone who didn't read the description and thought it would work for Barbie dolls...

 

I actually like JN a lot myself, so maybe I'd buy him off of you... we'll see! If you still haven't done anything by the time I get my lucky bag and if I don't like who I get there, maybe I'll buy him off you! No worries if you sell him elsewhere or do something with him, just thought I'd offer potential interest if you end up wanting to sell in the end.

Is anyone else waiting for Dracula 2.0? My first ringdoll full set, and first on the RGM5 body.

 

The lucky bag wasn't delivered yesterday (I thought that was too soon). Now it says it's out for delivery!

 

I too also ordered lucky doll bag from Ringdoll(wanted to get that black friday HUGE discount sm) and it arrived so fast! 5 days right after i paid for it I think. I got Norman 3.0 >///<

I got Ozhu in tan! He's ADORABLE! Totally ruined my plans of just using the body since he's tan, but I adore him. The body is so solid and well made, the box he came in is gorgeous... I have no complaints!

 

Oh man now i'm almost regretting not getting a lucky bag!! I didn't think my chances of getting Ozhu were high enough to risk it ><

Just hopped back on the waiting train because Dracula 2.0 full set is literally a dream doll. I’ve been pining for the OG and now 2.0 was going to break my heart if I didn’t pick him up. Unfortunately didn’t get the early bird discount, but I did snag free shipping from Alice’s Collections.

 

I feel you on that. Dracula is currently very much tempting me… he’s just so beautiful, and his new fullset is gorgeous

 

For people who ordered a doll before their free aluminum wire + elastic stringing change: they let me add this stringing to Dracula 2.0 for a small amount of extra money. (I paid $15 through acbjd, not sure if she added a little extra for herself or not, which is totally fine with me.)

I ordered a Fortunata ring kid doll in stock with faceup from the ringdoll site. I love her eye shape and her cute face sculpt!

Does anyone know if their dolls with faceup -but not fullset- come with eyes? And if they don't what size eyes would fit? I looked on the website but didn't see an answer there.

@Seafoam Shade I just ordered a nekkid Fortunata Ring kid! I don't know how I ever missed her-she was gorgeous! Like you, I love her eye shape-and her cute little mouth!

Most dolls come with eyes, even naked ones. Since you got the faceup, I'm sure she'll have eyes. And if you don't like them, you can always measure. Most of my MSDs wear 12-16mm. 14 fits a lot of them.

The eyes in the website picture are lovely and It would be cool if those were the ones. If not I have some unused 12mm and 14mm ones. I'm pretty sure the eyes will be smaller than 14mm I'm just hoping they aren't smaller than 12mm because then I would probably need to order some.

I ordered a Kim Ring Grown fullset during the Black Friday sale a couple of weeks ago. Shipping to western Europe was 96 USD with insurance included (The insurance was 18 USD).

 

My first Ring Doll is out for delivery today! It's actually a grown lucky bag, the price was so good! He will also be my first SD! I ordered him for my birthday last week and he is arriving to me in the US only about 8 days later I swear with him so close now, every minute of waiting feels AGONIZING :'( lol

Thank you guys so much! I'm not sure how to add a photo on DOA haha, but I got Cryan on body 4 in milk, and he is absolutely stunning :') honestly, he didn't draw my eye from their online catalog but his sculpt is beautiful in person! I'm so happy!

 

Ooh, that's such a nice one; I didn't know they had that sculpt in Milk. Sometimes the beauty of a doll can only be truly appreciated in person. I'm glad you're happy with him.

 

Ok guys I just got my Ringdoll Ashford EVO in with some extra goodies and now I'm 100% sure the people who work there are Kings of Tetris. The fact that they managed to fit everything is amazing. Very excited to unbox him .

Ahh, sadly the Lucky Bag my parents ordered for me hasn’t been shipped by Ringdoll yet, so it’ll be a late Christmas gift. Anyone else having delays in shipping? Though I definitely don’t mind dragging out the holiday a little!

@xyuemoto Thanks for the info! My girl is still awaiting shipping, I imagine that has something to do with it.

 

I am a little surprised that the doll didn't ship out earlier since it was ordered about a month ago, but I'm sure they've been insanely busy with the holidays! I think in a couple weeks, I'll send along an email to make sure that the order didn't somehow get lost, but waiting isn't a big deal. I've been waiting 192 days for Hua Cheng now, so a couple months for the lucky bag feels like nothing.

Anyone know the likelihood of getting each sculpt/body, or if there are any statistics? I'm hoping for RGM-4, though I wouldn't be picky on sculpts. And a similar question, when it comes to basic dolls, will they substitute bodies? Like if a doll comes on the RGM-3 body, would you be able to ask to transfer the sculpt onto RGM-4, even for an additional fee?

Surprisingly, my Lucky Bag also shipped yesterday! I wasn't expecting it for a few more weeks due to the Covid outbreak, but I won't complain! He's estimated to arrive on the 3rd.

My lucky bag is already in the states! It’s in Los Angeles. It hasn’t gone through customs yet I don’t think. I might get it this week!

Mine is also in the US now, looks like he's processing customs! I'm keeping hopes low since my Xie Lian took a couple weeks in customs for some reason (probably because of the value), but it would be really great if he arrived this week for me too! Crossing my fingers for both of us!

Congrats, he's very handsome! Mine is currently in transit to my city, so I suspect he may arrive tomorrow! Does the box/metal of authenticity not detail which sculpt he is? The only Ringdoll I have in hand currently is Xie Lian who was obviously branded all over the box and packaging, so I'm not sure how they do packaging for basic dolls.

 

@Alex Secord Designs Not that I could see. No paperwork. Only marking on the box was 'Lucky Doll' and my name.

@Alex Secord Designs The certificate/medal only has a number on it. So, have to go by the number in their head and Google lol

 

@LupusDarkmoon Oh! I googled the number and it told me Lucifer but Lu Xun is a way better match! Thank you!

 

@Gothicwings1366 Yeah, I got Lucifer and Dracula initially, so did the "must include" thing and only Lu Xun came up.

@Gothicwings1366 Did you get him on the RGM5 body, or a different one? I thought Lu Xun came on the RGM5, but I also thought that RGM5 bodies wouldn't be included in the lucky bags, so I'm curious!

@Gothicwings1366 Judging from the torso joint in your pic, he's on the 5 body. So, definitely a very lucky lucky bag! I honestly didn't think they'd include any of the ones on the 5 body, since they cost more.

 

My Elzevir is finally in the hands of BJD Dreams (European dealer). As Christmas in Europe ends January 6th we will wait until January 9th to send him to me and avoid the shipping problems of holidays. Just a few more days ❤️

My doll has arrived, and it appears that I have gotten Kim!! I'm super excited, I love his sculpt, and really wanted a doll on the RGM-4 body for the character I'm making. I think he's in Milk, though I'm not completely positive- the difference in skintone between him and Xie Lian could potentially be due to blushing.

 

@Alex Secord Designs Congratulations! The skin color should be on the pink paper that lists all the items in the box. At least, all of our Ringdolls have had that paper.
