Resin Comparison Ringdoll Resin Matches

Current RD and Granado tans don't match. Neither does Iple's RS. None of these are more than a year old:


Ringdoll Norman Light 2.0 head, Granado Nuevo body, Iplehouse SID hands. Nope, nope and nope.

 

Waitwait, do I hear you right? IoS WHITE skin matches Ringdoll NORMAL skin?
Oooh, so the RGM-04 might work for my Infernale...

I'm still curious to see Ringdoll white with IoS white though...

 

If your Infernale is WHITE Skin and your Ringdoll Body is NORMAL skin, then yes... But if it's the opposite (NS Infernale / WS Body) it won't work! Just know that my Osiris is from the first batch, so he is a bit old! ^^

 

My Infernale is white skin, I haven't bought a body yet xD

I'm just so confused how the Ringdoll NS somehow matches both IOS white and Dollshe Fresh, because my heads are two VERY different colours. My Infernale is a bit yellowed and my Saint is still darker than him...so I don't understand how one Ringdoll shade can match both...

 

I have read that Crimson Doll resin matches, but they've only released heads so far.

 

Does anyone know if Dikadoll normal white is a good match to the new paler Ringdoll NS?

 

Does anyone know if RingDoll WS would match up with DollChateau's WS or if DollChateau's WS is much like that of DollZone?

Not the 65cm body, but I do have the 62cm (v3) body that I stuck my Ringdoll Dracula Awakening head onto awhile back.

The body he actually uses is the Akagidoll 66cm v2 body, which has a slighty smaller shoulder with than what the Doll Family-H has listed for their 65 cm body. (Akagidoll lists 14 cm, DF-H has 14.8 cm)

Reference note: My DF-H body is in Normal Pink, Ringdoll head is in Normal Skin, Akagidoll body is White Skin.

The Ringdoll normal skin and the Akagidoll white skin are excellent matches, nearly identical. The DF-H pink skin is too pink. I have the hands from the DF-H body pictured on the Akagidoll body (the hands on the Akagidoll body are too big for the head size, in my opinion) and they are definitely noticeably pinker. It's not terrible if he's wearing long sleeves and covering his wrists, but definitely noticeable with shorter sleeves.

I'd imagine the normal skin yellow might be a bit of a better match, but I can't say for certain.
Also, I could take additional pictures of the head on either of the bodies, if you'd like.

 

Just looking for closest matches to current Ringdoll NS. From what I've seen in this thread so far.. iple WS & Akagidoll WS seem to be the best matches?

Anyone have any others?

I'm looking to buy one of Ringdoll's Teen dolls, but I want to give him a height boost since he's going to be part of a set of 3 with specific height differences between them. I've been poking around and I think the Luts Super Delf 65 body would be a good match in terms of size, but I'm not sure about the resin. Poking through this thread led to some conflicting answers, so I'd like to ask for a comparison between them, please! I was planning on normal skin for both but if white skin would be a better match I could go for it as well.

Not sure if anyone has asked for this comparison, but I just put my Moyu head in Normal Skin (2017 head) on my Volks SDGr body in Pureskin Normal (2011 body from my Masamune) :



Ringdoll's current NS is a lot lighter but I did like the aesthetic of the head on the SDGr body, proportion-wise.

Would anybody know if Ringdoll WS / NS / PS would match any of Impldoll PS / WS or any skin at all except the gray and tan ones?

 

Posting here on the off chance that someone might know how Ringdoll tan compares with Little Rebel tan (if I can't find out, I might just have to get the body and show y'all myself... xD)

 

DC and DZ new white is a darker white tone than Ringdoll white; off white. Not sure about the old WS but for sure Ringdoll white is too white to match the current batch.

Wheat is similar to peach normal and pinky normal, but does not 100% match them. Wheat is darker than said resin samples.

Ringdoll teen head on Volks sd10 body. proportions are nice, but resin does not match too. In bad lighting looks ok.

anyone know is RD WS will work with Fairyland white/ Souldoll old white?

Edit: it can work with blushing and Ringdoll is more white.

Hi, I don't know if this thread is still active, but I can't find anything and I'd like to know if Ringdoll's pink tone matches DZ's pink tone. I wanted to get some articulated hands for my Ringdoll boy and I wanted the tone to be as similar as possible.
