Resinsoul Waiting Room v.6

Does Resinsoul ship DHL all of a sudden? I just got a DHL package alert from China and I don’t know what else it could be?

 

My doll will be sent put within 2 days! I am so happy
It took them exactly 45 days to make her

 

Just got a update Resinsoul said they will send my order in the next 2 weeks!
Super exited to get my Bucky(custom rs Heng) home all though I'm also a bit nervous because this is the first time I've a bjd with clear resin parts

 

My dolls came in!! The blacks matched perfectly!

My doll has came! She was ordered on 2nd of September and arrived 28th of October. This was pretty fast! Here I posted my unboxing

Two questions for everyone:
1) for those of you who have gotten updates on your orders, did you message them first or did they contact you? I haven't heard anything and am assuming no news is good news, but I figured I'd ask.
2) uhhhhh is the Resinsoul website down for anyone else? It appears to be redirecting to the website for an entirely different company now. Not sure what's going on there...

 

their website seems to be working fine for me.

 

1)I got an email from like admin@resinsoul or something like that with my order number.

2)I just double checked to be sure. It's working

 

1. I just waited for the DHL shipping update to be texted to me.
2. Like Quilleth, website is showing fine for me.

 

Thanks everyone for the information! Huh, weird about the website... looks like I have some IT work to do on my end.

 

Do you have add-on or browser that's set to automatically redirect you to https version of the page(s)? Resinsoul site seems to work as http only so that would cause the issue. I've been seeing a lot of people complaining about their inability to reach certain sites today and all the affected ones have been http sites so I wonder if you all use the same browser or some add-on.

I did email in the end of 45 days wait, as I was too anxious to wait. I then sent another reminder as I have been promised dispatch in 2 days, and then it didn't happen. So I would say emailing to know updates wouldn't hurt

 

Quick update: I emailed Sun (who replied within minutes at what I believe was about 5am for them?!) and sounds like my order should be shipping out next week! The original date I was given was today, but apparently there were some difficulties sculpting the ears - honestly, I can't say I'm upset at all, that's a minor delay, Resinsoul is already so speedy (and good at customer service), and a very understandable reason.

I am, however, vibrating with excitement. I wonder, can I make some clothes for them before they get here based off of measurements...?

Yep! Nothing fancy, I just requested elf ears and figured they would frankenstein something together. Pretty excited to see what I got! In hindsight, it makes sense that at least Ruoxi would probably need ears to be done from scratch, being a new sculpt and all.

 

I've done it. I've order Qian in blue! And Pandora's head in sky blue. She'll get her body when I get my tax refund haha

I really shouldn't have, but I've been thinking about them nonstop. I shouldn't be getting more dolls, just bodies for my floating heads but I'm dying for fantasy colors! I did put them on layaway at DDE, so the much delayed gratification will be good for me. Last time I ordered from DDE my Resinsoul order took 7 months, instead of the 2 from ordering directly. I'm expecting the same wait.

Next year, no more new dolls! Just be good! (I can already tell I'm lying).

Exciting update: got a shipping notice from DHL today! I have ordered literally nothing else recently, so I can only assume it's my order! Time to vibrate with excitement so much that I could be used as a power generator.

Tracking shows arrival on Tuesday, but I don't know if that's to the US or my house (seems unlikely it's the later). Either way, sounds like it won't be too much longer of a wait!

I got my doll on November 9,I was unable to post the update cuz I was sick,still am a bit but decided to give my Bucky a face up today.Edit: well I finished me Bucky's face up and I can join the waiting room again because I ordered another rs Heng with jointed hands! he will be Steve rogers,zero regrets!

 

Due to a lack of self control and also he is so pretty, I've ordered a Qian in grey skin. Resinsoul's estimate is 40 days. I hope he won't be sent until january, christmas season is always a bit wild for packages (but I still didn't want to wait for a safer period to order lol)

My rs heng arrived two days ago,resinsoul didn't tell me so I missed the post man and had to pick him up from the post office.
He currently is getting a face up by me,still waiting for the clothes/wig to arrive.

 

I just ordered Wu, light tan and transparent pieces. I shouldn't have, but I did. Got to figure out an eye color and his style...

 

Hi everyone! I had ordered a Li and Song near the end of November last year, and Sun told me they shipped it on 1/17/24. However, it’s been held up for inspections in Hong Kong since then. I just got a notification today that it’s finally passed on to DHL, and should arrive 2/15. I’ve never had any of my dolls held for inspection on the US side, so I’m very excited to finally have my dolls soon!

 

My dolls arrived yesterday, two days earlier than the initial estimate! I’m very excited and will post pictures in the box opening section. I haven’t done that in so long I need to get a free image hosting account.

 

I ordered a Yu tiny from Resinsoul on Feb 20 and was given a wait time of 50 days until shipment. I'm excited, this will be my first baby!

 

My Wu has been shipped! I'm excited for my little ghost! Only a little over the projected 50 day wait.

Hilariously enough, my Qian from Denver Doll still isn't in, and I ordered him in November.

 

He's here and I'm in love with my little ghost!!!! I'll take some better shots and make a box opening thread, but he's WONDERFUL.

As a present to myself for getting into nursing school, I’m waiting on a Zhen. Since I ordered through DDE, I’ll have plenty of time to plan. On purpose- life needs dealt with for a few months. She’ll be trading heads with my Dawn centaur.

My Qian and Pandora head from Denver Doll are being shipped! I was right: ordered in November, home by Easter. I put my Pandora's body on order with them recently as well. I'll just do a joint box opening post when my new blue babes arrive.

I have to give myself something to look forward to. It's good for me.

 

They're here! I didn't realize Pandora had little white teeth.
And Qian is just beautiful. I love this new body!!!

I'm glad I'm going to have both blues in my collection! They'll both need different eyes, but it's better than the ones they came with. I want Pandora's body really bad now, but here's to another 4-5 month wait.

Ordered my first BJD (well, in the time she’s been in production I got 2 more that were in stock at DDE) via email from resinsoul on march 10 and was quoted 40 days. It’s a Lan head, with modded elf ears, on a Rong body all in green resin. Since it’s only just been 40 days as of now I don’t want to pester them but I can’t wait!!

 

That's going to be a really fun custom to see; I look forward to pics in the MSD Resinsoul thread.

Decided I wanted to replace the existing head on one of mine and order something for a friend's Christmas box, so I've got a Mei head in normal skin with a custom faceup and Tang feet on the way. Got an estimate of 40 days, so now I wait.

 

Has anyone yet ordered the new doll, Lina? The body is new and looks amazing.

 

It'd apparently been two months since I ordered my Cen body, and so today it arrived, taking me by surprise. I'll probaby soon be back in this waiting room for a msd body, but for now I'm forcing myself to wait until some other orders have arrived first

 

Got a DHL alert this afternoon, with delivery anticipated for Monday. Given that I asked for modifications to the default faceup, I'm very curious to see the real thing versus my mockup.

Confirmed my Resinsoul order yesterday, expected wait time is 50 days so naturally I'm watching every possible unboxing video I can to stop myself going insane (Or make myself go more insane? Not sure)

I've ordered a light tan Cen with ear modification, and black Mu legs. Also asked them to make him a little goat tail which I'm disproportionately excited about

 

Definitely post pics of the tail when you receive it; I haven't heard of somebody getting them to make a custom tail before.

I asked for ears similar to Ruoxi's with some holes for earrings

 

I got my arrival notice! My march Zhen order has arrived at DDE. I've asked them to delay shipping for a week, if possible. My dragon and centaur girls will soon be complete. This was a lot sooner than I expected- just under four months. Zhen's supplies are hoarded but I still need to figure out her faceup.

 

idk why i didnt even think to post about it when i actually ordered! as a congrats to myself for a successful day of tabling at a festival, i ordered a pair of jointed hands for my kid delf! sun was a total joy to work with during the resin matching & ordering process. i, unfortunately, accidentally deleted the email chain while cleaning out my inbox but the order was accepted on july 5, and i'm pretty sure they said it'd be around ~40 days? so hopefully i'll be getting a shipping notice in the coming weeks! so excited

edit sept 3rd: checked in on the order a day or two ago and was told it would hopefully ship sometime in the next couple of days!

 

Placed an order this week for a Dawn body (no head) in three colors-white, grey, and a match to Dream Valley's base skin tone-sanded down neck circumference, and a custom smaller bust, along with a custom Nian horn in translucent black or dark grey (left it up to them) and an extra centaur-sized carry bag for my current 'taur who lacks his own bag. I was told to expect about 40 days.

 

It's been a few years since I've ordered from them, but now I did. Placed a small order. Just a Ju head and a pair of jointed hands for the 1/3 boy body. Now I'm curious how long it'll take them to ship.

 

I placed an order at the beginning of October for the new 45 cm girl body (Lina/Ran) in RS Purple/Lilac...kinda excited since they quoted me about 1 month wait + shipping. I know she'll be a surprise arrival.

 

My custom Dawn body (plus that really cool custom unicorn horn, it's gonna look so good with luster dust) arrived yesterday, ahead of the expected 40 day mark.
