Bio: Part of my Fallout fan storyline. He and his brother are the bad guys in my story - they are part of a slavery ring that runs through the northeast. His brother is crazy (and a chem addict), so Cyrus tries his best to keep him in check, and not kill himself. But that, combined with needing to run their business basically alone, leaves him bitter, angry, and pent-up all the time. Most people are are afraid of him, worried that he will explode any moment. But, he uses that to his advantage, so it works out in the end for him.

Personality: Phinny is rather laid back, and ever the "family man." His work keeps him busy however, which causes him great stress and sadness, but can't be avoided. When he can, he spoils his children rotten and works around the house so his wife, Echo, may relax and enjoy herself. He's calm in heated situations, and is rather good at compromising with others.

Any additional info/backstory: Illyllom (or Jae) is a demon, he is a benign incubus, meaning he doesn't kill or drain life force from his prey (lovers). Jae has come to my home because his only living sons (that remain human) live here. His sons, the Lewis brothers, Ash and Evans, 27 yo twins, Remi 16 yo and Oliver 9 yo. Evans spent four years tracking down his father and learned about his demonic origin. Jae was invited by Evans, called Evz, to meet his sons.
