Random fact about your doll

All of my dolls are named as my favourite anime characters -w-

 

I was 8 years old when I got my first BJD .

 

With the two exceptions of my 72cm DM Glamor Model, and IH EID, all of my 70cm guys wear the shoes I bought for my DM Kara Klum(s). And some of them have smaller feet than he does (at 58cm. Which is being generous).

 

Fact: I bought my Doll Leaves Kiki for his pout.

 

Fact: I own two Resinsoul Gang's and they're both historical figures (okay, one is based on a manga version of the historical figure).

 

fact: My Juliette refuse to wear a top (or shirt) and she's most of the time half naked.. (and she kinda enjoys it) xD

fact: I enjoy buying new wigs rather than clothes for my dolls... (and most of them need new clothes..)

 

Fact: one of my dolls shares her name with the main antagonist of a horror game.

 

Fact: Whenever I need to take off my rings (or anything easily lost that needs to be put in a safe place) I give them to Lysander. It is the only way I will remember where I left them. Today I did not do this, and I almost lost something very important to me.

 

Fact: I have a thing with BJD eyes, so I have to buy a huge amount of them. I don't use or intend to use most part it, but I buy eyes as other people buy bubble gum and I don't think I'll resell it anyday soon.

 

Fact: One of my Dolls is based upon a character from a horror game ^^

 

Fact: I own dolls in 6 of Resinsoul's 9 possible resin colours.

 

Fact: Almost all my dolls are named after either authors, literary characters, WWII or Roman military leaders, or places I'm fond of. Most often a blend of 3 of the 4.

 

Fact: One of my dolls have a huge head. The head is bigger than an apple, smaller than a football and dark as chocolate.

 

Fact: Elias's lip was pierced by his ex-boyfriend.

 

fact: I only have dolls under 16cm (for now)

 

fact: My Sakaki (Talis) looks absolutely ridiculous in Asian outfits.

additional fact: That hasn't stopped me from putting him in one this afternoon. XD

 

Fact: I found a picture of my SD Shinji when he was with his original owner *bought him on the marketplace for a steal but he was used then* He was in the database I knew it was him because of his back tattoo....well anyway his age then was 900 years old at that point I didnt have an age for him...so therefore...Shinji is a timelord and is over 900 years old but looks like he's 20

 

Fact: I found a deep crack in my first doll's knee two days after she arrived.

 

Fact: More of my gay male friends like my Anthony doll than do any of my female friends. Maybe because Anthony is a super cute gay boy

Fact: My Anthony doll constantly turns his head to left when I try to position him face forward.

 

Fact: I accidentally glued Qwill's foot to his leg while hot-glue sueding. That was about 4 years ago, and it's still glued together. I've never bothered going through the hassle of prying it loose since it doesn't interfere with his standing ability or most poses I put him in.

 

Fact: I ordered an extra head from Mirodoll for my first doll because I didn't like the default head that came with the body in the package. Turns out I actually just didn't like the default faceup, because the "alternate" head that I ordered was actually the same sculpt, it just looked better in the pictures on the individual head page because it was blank... And I really do like the sculpt! Now I have a practice head (which is what I was going to use the "ugly" head for anyways, so, no loss )

 

Fact: I currently have more bodies in my possession than head or full dolls *sigh*

 

Fact: My Only Doll Yifeng, Rodya, once changed his pants in a public ladies' room.

 

Fact: Fable still has iron stuck on her hand magnets from when I took her to the beach... nearly a month ago -_- *le sigh*

 

Fact: My LE20 Soul Doll "The Marauder" was purchased a full year after he was released (Feb.2013)... he is so badly under advertised there are still some left! ^^ (zenith Kagel head w/LE faceup).

 

Fact: My Luts SSDF Cane has a dab of black on each corner of his mouth that came with the default face-up (apparently not shown in company photos). Makes me love him even more for that brooding look it gave him.

 

Fact:
It was planed i shold hawe just one bjd, tre years later and they still multiplies

 

Fact: Yuei is dead, a ghost that haunts her twin brother's motherboard computer, and other electronic devices.
Fact: She was brutally murdered by a succubus named Angel who's after her twin brother's soul.
Fact: She was never an original character in my novel. It was twisted around just to fit her in.
Fact: Her wig was torture to style. For one thing while I was combing it out, putting in the rubber bands, and braiding it her wig kept falling off of her head, and it was hell always trying to put it back on her head to continue. In the end I'm quite happy with how her hair turned out. Very angelic and ghost-like.
Fact: Wants to buy another Annie model from Doll-Zone so others can see how she looked human before her death.

 

Fact: I wanted to paint my Dikadoll Mian Mian as a siamese cat, but in the middle of the blushing process the MSC layer base started to crack (humidity?) and I had to remove all. I was so disheartened that now my little cat has only black tips on ears and tail.

 

Fact: My boy, Alex, goes out of his way to kick me in the face whenever possible. D:

 

Fact: I only own one BJD.
Fact: I've had her and only her for 7 or 8 years.
Opinion: Despite all the amazing dolls out there, I still like her best.

 

Wow, etio, that is quite impressive!

Fact: One of my secondhand dolls had a cockroach hitch an international ride with her.
PS: Seller was banned form the DOA for shady deals, so no worries about it happening to you.

Funny story about that last fact.

 

I waited 10 months for my doll's eyes to ship, but only 2 months for her XD

 

Fact; wanted to have a BJD for nearly ten years before I ever found my first one.
Fact; Currently (4 months later) I'm waiting for his 4 sisters to arrive. :}
Fact; Still need a body for the extra head I'll be getting.

 

Fact: My Juri 08 head, before he had a body, was nicknamed Jon Bon Jovi by my mom.

 

Fact: I was motivated to buy my first bjd simply because it looked like a character from a game/web comic.

 

Fact: Most of my dolls are bought because they remind me of someone I care about.

 

Fact: My MSD wears smaller eyes than my tiny O.o

 

Fact: In character, Mikko was shot in the thigh in a near death experience. Three months later when the doll arrived.....his thigh was broken in transit. O_o Luckily, IMPLdoll replaced it quickly, about the time Mikko was finally able to walk again in character!

 

Fact: I had a super cute personality in mind for my first resin doll. When she came in she kicked my hujoo... She is a total B**** Xd

 

Fact: My Delf Claus has a small yellow piece of ribbon (cut as short as possible) sticking out between his ankle and foot due to a rather ... unpleasant restringing experience. Note to self.. don't bend BJD ankles in unnatural ways, especially if they are little resin nubs and not hooks. >___<

 

Fact: I don't have a doll yet but have made my laptop's wallpaper into pictures of the doll I want to motivate me into saving my money.

 

Fact: All the dolls I create (Including future arrivals) are based on my existing originals or canon characters I truly care for.

 

Fact: My boy, Danny is a vegan

 

Fact~*~ I use baby name websites to name my dolls. Sometimes it can take hours to make a huge list... then weeks or months to pick 1 xD

 

Fact: I don't have a doll yet but have wig, eyes, and eyelashes already >w>

 

Fact: When I first got my doll I was staring at her picture and the first name that came to mind was Maya and it has stuck as somehow it suits her :O

 

Fact: My Boy, Vaudeville is obsessed with pink.

 

Fact- All of my dolls wear Mattel barbie clothes...

 

Fact: I had only took photos for my 1st LY twice

 

Fact: I only have about $100 saved up so far for a doll, still have alot more to save = 3=

 

Fact 1: I'm not completely bonded with my first brand new doll. (resin color issue)

Fact 2: I am eternally bonded with my second doll who I bought second hand from the marketplace.

Fact 3: If they are wearing it, I made it.

 

Fact: I'm making hair clips for my friends dolls.

Fact: I haven't made anything yet for my future doll >.>

 

Fact: I am working on my doll list in order to count how many Lati Yellow I got now.

 

Fact: I need to make a few more posts to gain marketplace access,
really want to see if I can find some heads for cheap cause I'm planning a major mod.

 

Fact: my mother says she loves Laon more that anyone else of my dolls. Still she keeps confusing him with everyone, despite the fact that they all look different =__="

 

Fact 1: My only doll (LTF Bonnie) is yet nameless.
Fact 2: Also she's still bald...

 

Fact- Fleance is Colourblind
Fact- Almost all of my boys were named before they arrived, YuuYan's was named as such since I called them You a lot. Lil' Xiao doesn't have a name... just a nickname based on his mould xD
Fact- Hania was once called Stallion because he was meant to be a take on an Original character... that didn't last. He had a completely different idea.

 

Fact: I had planned to name my dog "Nana," but my husband didn't like the name, so I decided I would name my first doll "Nana" instead (my dog became Lola). At that time, my first doll (Luts KDF Nana) wasn't released yet. What a coincidence!
