People have thought Toki to be a Volks doll when I had her in her Dollheart outfit

 

Fact: For the past two Christmases I have gotten a green skin dolly. (Last year a Elfdoll Tulie, this year a Bambicrony Light Cyan Keira)

 

Fact: Karl is the very last character and even doll who I would expect to crossdress. Karl is now rocking a pink fur wig and a purple and silver dress that doesn't even close up properly in the back (chubby lil' boi ). This seems so wrong.

 

Fact: I think my msd max is the most outgoing of all my dolls! He has been to more public places than any of my dolls, even more then my oldest one!

 

Fact: My favorite doll has one set of clothes and one wig.
Fact: All of my dolls love to wear white and blond wigs.

 

Fact: I lost my boys headcap sometime between sending him for a faceup and getting him back.

 

Factual Information: My girl Leanne can with RED default eyes xDD

 

Fact: My darling hippie looks so much happier without her hair.

 

Tru-Fax: I'm way more prepared for the three dolls I've got coming in the next couple months than I ever was for the first 3 I got.
True-Fax: Three of my dolls will have actual wigs, one's got a yarn wig, and the other two.... I really need to figure something out for them.
Tru-Fax: It's really really hard to shop for my bunny girl. Like, super hard. Her character doesn't like lolita fashions, nor does she like punk fashions, or even cutesie fashions. Why you be so difficult, Mylo? -_-

 

Fact - My first BJD Urielle turns 3 this week.

Fact - Kyo-aku, my DZ Yuu comes up to my hip.

Fact - Isobel, my yo-sd can balance on her stomach on Kyo's head when he is standing.

 

Fact: My doll Ginger is a werewolf and she got her name from my favorite werewolf movie, Ginger Snaps.

 

Fact: Dylan is scared of girls

 

Fact: I have never owned a floating head, and I now technically have three on the way (DoD dream head v.4, FL MNF sleeping elf vampire Chloe, MNF Luka sleeping head).

Fact: I do actually have a Puki faceplate now, but I guess that doesn't count as a floating head? XD

Fact: I don't actually intend to make a separate doll out of the Luka sleeping head, as I consider it Aiden's proper sleeping look. Here's hoping it agrees. ^^;

Fact: I have, or have on order, eyes and wigs for three dolls (one being a floating head) not yet home (plus eyes for my little brother's who is also on the way), and eyes and wigs for two dolls who don't exist even in order form yet. It would be worse, but I've managed to curb it to that... so far. And as for the eyes specifically, there are multiple sets involved for some of the dolls.

 

Fact: none of my dolls are presentable right now- not a single one has a face-up, outfit, wig/eye combo that I'm fully satisfied with.

 

Fact- I secretly desire to dress my resin crew as Marvel's Avengers. Except Captain America will be a puki.
Fact- Lao Shan is more frequently mistaken for a girl than Mjolnir, even though Mjolnir is a pink unicorn. *facepalm*

 

Fact: One floating head [who will always remain a floating head!] that I'm getting soon makes me feel like a total creeper whenever I think about him and I think that makes him sad... Don't be sad Jensen MNM head! You've got freckles and that should always make you happy!

 

Fact: My girls are named after the imaginary twins I would have if I had been born Asian. And had twins.

 

Fact: I will always use mold names as the names for my dolls. Even if I get multiple ones of the same mold.

 

Fact for 1st doll, I had a dream the company sent me a Tanning version instead of NS and it actually happened. Along came Kari.

Fact for Second doll: Kit has two biological mothers. Don't ask.

Fact for doll three: She has been three different dolls in her life span. Senior Delf Annette, Super Gem Dia and now SID Jessica.

Doll fact 4: Griffin's character was adopted when he was 4.

Doll 5. I've bonded better with Lorrie,who is a floating head better than I bonded with whole dolls in the past.

 

Fact: When I bought my first doll at a con, the lady told me he was an AoD sculpt. It took me four years to realize the stamp on the back of his head meant he was actually from resinsoul

 

Fact: I own 2 MSD outfits and 2 pair of MSD shoes, but no MSD doll...yet.
Fact: Micah is a big Diva-Queen-Man-Whore.
Fact: Satou is highly insulted I gave Micah this title and seeks to de-throne him of it.
Fact: I've been watching too many episodes of RuPaul's Drag Race, and its affecting my boys. XD

 

Fact: The two dolls I'm saving up for are from a TV show~
Fact pertaining to previous fact: It's really hard to keep from putting all the extra money from my paycheck into savings for them.

 

Fact: I've been collecting money for my first doll since 2008..and now,I'm glad those 2 painful years have passed~

 

Fact: It took me three years to buy my first doll.
Fact: Psyche says she wants to meet her big sister, thing is she has no family in her storyline. Maybe i should alter it...
Fact: She still doesn't want to wear shoes.

 

Fact: Aven's only piece of "furniture" is a bright red bucket (migidoll miho).

Fact: It's been almost four months and I still haven't thought of a name for my incoming MNF Karsh.

 

Fact: I'm having big issues making Emma's brother in doll form.

Fact: I know he will be a BBB Apollo

Fact: I don't know what kind of wig he'll have

Fact: Ideally, he'll have a larger set of the same eyes as Emma (since they'll be related)

Fact: I also can't find a close enough glass eye match to Emma's acrylic ones

 

Fact: Aoife refuses to wear clothes and hates all other dolls.
Fact: Emily is not really that much of a sad person despite the constant tear on her cheek.

 

Fact: Of the five eyes that came in over the last few days, only one is for a doll that is actually here.
Fact: Two of those pairs are for dolls on the way, including my little brother's. One is for a planned doll... and one is a bonus pair and I have no idea who it is for. XD

 

FACT: My Zero and Judas (MNF Elf Shiwoo) are the exact same character. However, in Judas' background he was stricken with a lab made disease that muted him. His vocal cords are still intact, but he took so much damage to his brain that he forgot how to use them. Zero is his second personality.
FACT: Zero talks, and is Judas's "evil" side, since he took on all the lost feelings and emotions that Judas's can no longer comprehend.

 

Fact: My RS Mei's head came to me in a Tetley green tea box.
Fact: I've seen Jesslynne's head at every meet without seeing Jesslynne in it, until I seen an unmodded one at a meet.
Fact: I couldn't figure out how to put on a wig for my 'first' doll and had to get my mom to help me. X3
Fact: My first doll was the second one I ordered and is the only one I can't truly bond with.
Fact: None of my dolls have any true relation to each other story line wise.

Fact: After ordering Jesslynne's body (fdoll new body) and they having shipped it. I woke up with a fear that their pink skin was hot pink and had to get up in the middle of the night to make sure it was just a normal pink tone body. - and she's pleased she's not stuck with a hot pink body.

 

Fact: My dolls always have polar oppositte personalities than the same molds other people own. I never see them the same way!

 

Fact: I try to stat out all my dolls in some sort of roleplaying game.
Fact: I wanted a Dollzone Mo-b long before they announced them.
Fact: The first time I got carded was for buying Testors.

 

Fact: The first time I got carded was buying vodka to get the smell of cigarette smoke out of thrift store clothing in the laundry, that was destined to become sewing fabric for doll clothes.
Fact: I just realized that Aiden (my incoming MNF Luka fullset) could easily cosplay Ciel from Kuroshitsuji (Black Butler). O.o

 

Fact: Zan was supposed to arrive with his body, but Luts forgot. :c

Fact: Chiru has been faceup-less for over two years.

Fact: I have two pink wigs for "my second doll who will be a MSD girl." but I haven't ordered another MSD girl yet (curse you, Soom!).

Fact: Freya has been spoiled the most and she isn't even here yet.

Fact: Freya will be my only doll that has a faceup not done by me (once the weather co-operates and I can actually give my dolls faceups.)

 

Fact: Issac and Julian are both named after Celebrities. Issac for Isaac Brock of the band Modest Mouse and Julian for Julian
Barratt of the Might Boosh.

Fact: Most of my larger dolls (1/4 and above) are male, most of my smaller dolls (1/6 and smaller) are female.

Fact: I sleep next to two dolls every night.

 

Fact: I used up almost half of my childhood allowance (saved up over about 7-8 years) in order to get my first doll, Danielle.

 

@Harmony909 That is awesome, and considering what I saved in similar circumstances (and spent on other things because BJDs didn't exist then)... yeah, I can see it taking that long. o.o

Fact: Having my first floating head now is sooo weird... and yet, he seems to be the happiest and most content of all my dolls. He knows he'll get a body (and his boyfriend) eventually, and he's not worried about it. I look at him on the little Lego base I made him so he can sit on my desk, and I just smiiile.

 

Fact: Casimir was very close to being a selfish, narcissist dandy. I only changed my mind a week before he arrived! Now he's a shy, sweet boy~

Fact: Torquil started out as an original character, but was changed because DOA members kept harping about his name. (which is apparently slang somewhere...)

 

Fact - My doll Mint loves stuffed animals (scaled to his size). Every time I pass by one, if its "cute enough", I find myself buying it even though it was not my original intent walking into the store.

 

I don't know if this fits, but our college class has been doing mock group counseling for the past two days, and the character I play seems a lot like Emma if she grew up.

 

Fact: I broke my own spending limit for my first SD boy.

 

Fact: Both of my dolls are same company hybrids. I have never bought a full doll.

Fact: My Ipsae Monahan only cost me $120 coz I got her from a charity shop!
Fact: The first doll I wanted ended up being the fourth doll I got.

 

Fact: I waited more than a decade to order my first doll...then promptly ordered 3 within 2 weeks.
Fact: Each of the 3 dolls I have ordered has been smaller than the one before it. At this rate of shrinkage my 5th doll will be microscopic.
Fact: None of my dolls are from companies I originally fell in love with 10 years ago.
Fact: My Supia Rosy, Soo Jin is obsessed with Ji Hoo from the Korean Boys over Flowers series and dresses up as him regularly.

 

Fact: The first doll I wanted will be the sixth doll to get home, and the fifth purchased. And he's still not here yet... 84 days and counting. @_@
Fact: The cap area under Michael's wig is so small (because the hair is so short) that it isn't even as big as the line for his resin skullcap. Hot glued spot velcro, styling, and stay-put mohair for the win!

 

I spent more on my doll then i have with anything else

 

My boy dolls steal the girls feet so they can wear action figure shoes.

 

Fact: Our first two boys sleep in a large wooden coffin my dad made for them.



((Okay lol, the story: No lie, I called my dad randomly one day after we got them like DADDY MAKE ME SOMETHING. And without skipping a beat OR knowing what I was going to ask, he said 'a coffin for the dolls?'

Fact::: My first doll is the hallucination of my second doll.

 

Britain: Lol! I'll bet your dolls are set when it comes to their other uh.. furniture needs too?

Fact: My most manly looking SD doll is the shortest of the SD bunch.

Fact: My second doll was a compulsive buy. I had no plan whatsoever to have a fantasy-based doll in my collection, but when I saw her, Marmalade pretty well just made herself at home in my mind and that was the end of it. Sakiyo is just pleased to have another doll to hang with. XD

 

Fact: My favorite doll is my cheapest doll. ($115)

 

Fact: When I was little I said that my BJD would be a Dolfie Dream with a larger chest and pink wig.

YEARS later, now a BJ owner, my BJD is a /boy/. (And no pink wig either, aha.)

 

Both of my dolls remind me of an animal, whether it's the wig, faceup or whatever.
Aria lately reminds me of a bird because of her faceup and Mase always reminds me of a wolf (werewolf in his case) due to his fur wig.

 

Fact: I broke my doll's headcap a few months ago and glued it back together... My parents still don't know.
