Random fact about your doll

Fact: I bought my 3 MSD dolls in just one whole snap!

 

I have several for you;

Fact: My CP Lishe won't stand in anything but high heels. For true man.
Fact: My most expensive doll shares a name with my bestboy. I had the doll first, Vincent the bestie came along after him!
Fact: While I have experienced many falls, collapses, leaps of faith, etc... nobody has chipped or broken!
Fact: ... at this moment, I'd have to count my dolls to tell you how many I owned. Isn't that sad?

 

Fact: any doll I've had a concept for before it arrives totally doesn't fit that concept, EXCEPT for Francesca, my snotty dreaming Lily (PukiPuki)

 

Fact: The above is totally my first doll. My second is spot on character (if not worse, in the evil department), and I am making no calls on Asura until he gets here. XD

 

Fact: All my new dolls start out with the secondhand clothes that came with my very first doll.

Fact: My grandparents still don't know that the doll they gave me as a 'surprise graduation present' was actually bought by me, painted by me, and spent 4 months with me before he 'arrived to them'.

Fact: My only girl doll is always wearing heels, even though it's very out of character for her, because her flat feet are so huge that I can't find any female shoes in her size.

 

How did you pull that off???

Fact: Emma is actually comfortable being in her underwear, and bald...

 

Fact: My 3rd doll is on the body of my 5th doll and the 5th is on the body of the 3rd.
Fact: My Abio Angel San was purchased after losing a bid on ebay for a Volks Enn.
Fact: I have 4 Fairyland/Luts dolls and only one is on an actual Luts/Fairyland body.
Fact: All but 1 1/2 of my resins have been purchased second hand. The exceptions are my BBB Tony and my FDoll body.
Fact: My oldest doll is roughly 5-6 years going by production dates(My Luts SS Chiwoo). My youngest is 1-2 and is my Fairyland SS Karsh head.

 

Fact: My first "doll" was a floating head and came in a catfood box...
Fact: So far, all three of my doll choices have been complete impulse.

 

Fact: I had the hardest time naming my MSD girl. It wouldn't have been so hard if my mom hadn't told me that the name I picked out sounded like a hooker name.

 

Fact: I have never regretted selling a doll, with only one exception. Tristan, my MNF Ruth.
Fact: I totally have plans to buy him back next year!

 

Wow, that wasn't nice of her. I'da stuck with whatever name I wanted. *petpet*

Fact: I've bought a kimono set for a doll I haven't purchased yet.
Fact: I have a pair of MSD shoes and don't have an MSD doll. (they were a freebie gift )
Fact: I have spent waaay more on doll clothes than my own clothes this year.

 

Fact: Two of my dolls have the same name and are actually the same character.

 

Fact: One of my girls is sitting in my display case... WITHOUT A FACE!

 

Fact: I only have two SD girls, but they have to live in my closet while my five boys get to hang out on the shelf by my bed.

Fact: Since the girls are twins, they only have two outfits each since I have to buy them matching outfits, and have only found two that suit them. And they each only have one pair of shoes.

Fact: One of my boys has yet to change clothes since I got him over a year ago. He simply refuses.

 

What was that name?!

 

Fact: I've owned my MSD boy almost a year and still haven't purchased a pair of shoes for him.

 

Fact: I have 10 wigs for my Roono Yumi and not one of them really suitsher. I rotate them all in a cycle, never satisfied. Close, but no cigar....

 

This is pretty typical for BBB's. ^^; They usually need restringing or at the very least tightening.

Fact: I have officially made a doll for a doll for a doll for a doll for a doll. And two of the dolls emulate creepy girls from video games (Alma and Kirie). The doll who started all this isn't even home yet.

 

Fact: I have a new doll still in his shipping box that I haven't opened because I want all my dolls to help him into our family in a big photo shoot, but I never have the time!

 

Fact: I just figured out what body the floating head I've had since April 2009 is getting.
Fact: My first boy only has a pair of shoes due to the kindness of another doll owner at an anime convention who has a soft spot for Ducans.
Fact: Only one of my six dolls [three I actually have, three on layaways atm] has a legit wig. And the only reason he has it is because he came with it.
Fact: It took nearly a year for one of my boys to get his own pair of eyes.
Fact: I believe the character of one of my dolls lied to me about his appearance [namely his height] to make me feel better about Pendragon[his boyfriend] who everyone thinks is a girl.

 

Fact: My boy's eyes are too small for his head >.<, currently searching for correct sized eyes (and a better wig while I'm at it).

 

Fact: My girl only has one set of clothes and has been wearing it since she arrived in May. That's how broke I am.

 

Fact: It seems like the only wigs that suit Emma are just subtle variations (and colors) of the one I had her come in.

 

Fact: By May of 2011, I will have 6 dolls at home. Three of them will not have eyes or wigs in any form.
Fact: Two of said 6 dolls have clothing, one doesn't have a body for clothes, and the other three that are on layaway likely won't have clothes for a month or so after I get them home.

 

Fact: All of my dolls are named after TV, book, or movie characters, EXCEPT Tanith (Soom Bygg Unicorn), who is named after the author of one of my favorite unicorn books. None of them are character dolls.
Fact: Vesper is the only doll that I didn't name myself. She was originally named for a Kingdom Hearts character, but one of my co-workers called her "Vesper" by mistake. It stuck.
Fact: It amuses me greatly to buy ridiculously tall high-heels for Vesper, because I can't wear them in real life.
Fact: Even though I have purchased or contemplated purchasing wigs elsewhere, all of my dolls have Jpop dolls wigs as their defaults. 3 of them have Kana wigs in different colors, the other two have Kana variants.

 

Fact: The doll that isn't here yet has the most amount of presents waiting for him under the tree... and would have a whole lot more if Dollmore would ship the GO...

Fact: Kiddy tempura paints are not exactly cutting it for my cardboard box MSD wardrobe project.

Fact: I have some Halo Megablox toys waiting for a doll to claim them as their own. So far, nobody's interested. O.o;;

 

Fact: my first doll was a present i told my parents i wanted just over 2months before my birthday and i intended on them getting it to me on my birthday.
Fact: me second doll ( up comming doll) i asked for for this Christmas 3 months after receiving my first doll

 

Fact: 70% of my dolls have urethane eyes, and out of that, only one pair is not from Dollshe.
Fact: Both of my Soom MD heads were purchased secondhand, and I paid no money for either one, as I did custom commissions for both of their owners as trade. I have never acquired any other kind of resin this way.

 

Fact: I don't think I'll ever find a pair of shoes my girl likes. I think she is destined to be a barefoot hippie.

 

Fact: My first boy, a BBB Tony, was supposed to be a running around, tree climbing, active 10 year old. Once he got here, after a restring and sueding, he still wouldn't stand. This is when he told me he has Osteogenesis Imperfecta (Vrolik's Syndrome) and there was simply nothing I could do to make him stand, so I better get him a wheelchair *pronto*.

 

FACT: My MSD Ken, Teruhisa, has a mouse stuffy that must always be with him if he is wearing his mouse-ear hoodie.

 

My first doll (elfdoll Mir) I bought because I'd seen photos of other Mir on both flickr and a blog and FELL IN LOVE.

He still hasn't settled on a "look" has 5 wigs and several sets of eyes.

 

Fact: My first doll is yet to have a name. She'll be here in a few weeks.
Fact: I'm terrified that the look and personality I have picked out for her won't work.

 

FACT: Jane was originally supposed to be named Nevaeh, but when I got her, the name didn't fit.

 

Another...FACT: Everything Jane currently has on (clothes, shoes, wig, eyes) is Volks. I didn't plan it that way.

 

FACT: My Soom Bygg Fullset is the most expensive thing I own and was a grail doll!

 

Fact about Kari: She was sent by mistake, I ordered a different doll.

Fact about Kit: She was my second doll but the first I fell in love with, she made me get into these kinds of dolls.

Merry's fact: Her character has been two other dolls before. I finally settled on the third.

Griffins fact: He's my only boy.

 

Fact: My first doll was a Christmas present. My 2nd doll is my birthday present. She hasn't been shipped yet.

 

Fact:
I sold my first doll only to miss him so much I bought the same sculpt almost exactly two years later and he is now one of my absolute favourites.

 

Fact: Wolff (My MNF Boy) is currently being forced to wear girl's clothes. This is getting ridiculous I need to just get him some clothes nothing suits him though, although, ANYTHING is probably better than what he's in now...

 

Clover was never intended to be called Clover but I merely kept the old name because I liked it
Sarah was merely a respelling of Cara (which I pronounced the same way when I first saw it)
Syrinx was originally going to be called Primula and I didn't know she was an elf-doll, she was quickly renamed and made into Clover's mother
Ivy and Lily were planned to be pure sisters, then half then Lily became the "different type" of faerie
Prudence and Piper came from the same person who sold me Clover, and like her, kept their old names
Patrick was originally going to be a saiyan, but I thought that was dumb and he's just a human

 

My boys both have shoes, but rarely wear them. They're just more comfortable without them.

 

Fact: my first doll I got was the second I ordered, (the first never came to me >.<)
Fact: it took me 8 years to get the dream doll that got me into this hobby in the first place!
Fact: at this time last year I had 5 dolly's ...... *stares at sigi*
Fact: I have a doll and a netbook both names Itachi!
Fact: Ayame was my EL's name before I got him home and the only Doll I kept the name!
Fact: I have 3 dolls from the same seller! (Hiei, Toya, and Keisuke)
Fact: I always said I would never get a luts doll .........*looks at Ayame, Kai, Kurama, Touma, and Houjun*
Fact: my first two dolls were a BBB SD and a BBB Tiny what a pair!

 

Fact: I saw a Bluefairy MSD head and fell completely in love. Then I bought a different head on the same page instead 8D

 

Fact: All the pieces of my doll are home, but I have never seen him all put together and won't get to for another week.
Fact: He is as of now unnamed.

 

Fact: my second doll is handmade ooak

FACT: my girl cheza is an albino

 

Fact: My first doll is an albino too, but a boy. ^.^ And technically my third doll has white skin but he is lord of the underworld and a deity, not and never was human... so I'm not sure if he counts.
Fact: I'm finally putting my dream doll on layaway in January... three dolls into the hobby. XD
Fact: My third doll cost more than twice what my first two dolls cost together, including their wigs/eyes/etc. The third doll is a fullset, or it would be worse. ^.^;;

 

Fact: My girls currently have more "Brand" Lolita clothes than me.

Fact: My dolls don't have characters or names. They had names at one point but I gave up because I never felt it suited and always referred to them by their mold name anyway.

Fact: I am actually very content with my collection as it is right now. There are other dolls I really like but am afraid if I buy any more it will upset the balance.

 

Fact: My third doll is based off JRocker Hyde and is the most spoiled of them all.

Fact: I'm thinking of selling my first doll since I hardly even take him out of the box

Fact: My dolls' h.Naoto clothing costs more than mine....

 

Fact; Every time I say something stupid, both Hyun-Ki and Omamori, for some reason, droop over. TwT;

 

Fact; The doll I'm waiting for, DZ Aaron, will be named after Half Life's Black Mesa.

 

Fact: My new dollls are in Spanish customs for two months and twenty seven days now.

And yes, i do live in the Netherlands.

 

Fact: Every time I almost have enough money to buy my dream doll, I spend it all on a different doll. >.< Wheeeen, dear Irvin, will you come home to me~?

 

Fact: I haven't been able to open my dolls boxes for nearly a year (except to check for damages)

 

My current favorite doll is one of my least favorite headmolds.
And yet she is my angelic muse. How odd. :/
