Rabiruna~Long Wait Times For Face-ups

But from where did you commission her? How did you find her shop?

 

I commission Rabiruna on her website’s order board（for overseas） and she had taken my orders and confirmed that my madokas were received. But I've had no news since 2009.12.09...

Actually I've placed an face-up orders to Runa on 22/11/2009 as well. Unfortunately I'm still awaiting my dolls return from Runa yet. My problem is not resolve, Zagzagael, would you pls keep this thread on Feedback - Problem Transactions?
I've got Runa reply as she has informed my orders progressing last month, and I knew there have another people who are waiting their dolls back from Runa too.
I will update this thread when getting any news/update. Thanks.

Excuse me for butting in, but since it's now on Buying/Shipping Q's...

I'm not a mod and so I can't say for certain but judging from comments and discussions I've seen posted in other Problem Transaction Threads I suspect this thread was moved because the transactions occurred off DoA.

Rabiruna doesn't have a commission thread here on DoA in the Customizers section and so she wasn't contacted through the DoA marketplace. Other problem transaction threads which have been "off board" so to speak have been moved as well.

It's not that the mods don't think it is important for you all to receive back your heads, just the Problem Transactions subforum was specifically set up I think to handle DoA marketplace only transactions.

Rkold is exactly right: the Problem Transactions subforum is not for off-site transactions, but only for those transactions that were initiated here on DoA. The mods definitely want you all to get your heads back, but in this case, the transactions are not DoA transactions and therefore belong in this area of the forum.

 

Hello, did anyone get any reply / update from Runa recently?
I've received Runa reply last month and she said that will try to finish my orders on June.
I am still awaiting completion images of my dolls now, I hope she is doing fine and finish my dolls face-up on July.

Today I've received completion images from Runa. They looks amazing and I'm so glad Runa completed the face-up which exactly what I wanted! She is so talent to achieve excellent job as always!

I recieved the faceplate I adopted off another member months ago (Mar/Apr?)
I'd be inclined to take it further...

 

Looks like she finished a Kurumi faceup on 11/24.. could that be yours?
