    1. Arg! So I thought I might have time to finish, but it looks like I might not be able to. I'm still not out yet, but if by Sunday night I'm still not close to being done, I'm going to drop out, sadly :(

    4. I think his outfit looks really well made. I too knew I wouldn't have much time to work on mine and I'm not happy with how simplistic it was but that was the only time I had so I made due. Can't wait to see the rest.

    5. Is it still possible to be granted an extension? I will likely be finised sewing tonight, but I have plans saturday/sunday which might hinder me with posting pics. Hopefully not though!

    18. I echo Latefa! Good luck! But all the resin-kids are winners with their wonderful new stuffs!

      Tears4dragons: are those completely handstitched? The even-ness on those shiny blue pants is not only brave but well done!

      Namaro: love his new wig! (and all the rest)

      Ladyfeather: the bag is priceless. And that fabric...I'm sure I have some of that sans peace symbols in the stash. Hadn't thought of it in years. Not enough to do anything with it for me (it was a remnant.) It's a great size for the ittybitties, (and the Pookster is getting demanding. ) and adorable with her bright hair.

      Floralaguna: hubba hubba!!!!

      Hope I haven't left anyone out in all the various posts. They're all, ahem, FAB!

    20. Heh heh. Thanks. I am, er, a veteran of knee injuries from too-enthusiastic dancing! :D Turned out that wide elastic was the perfect size, not to mention having the ribbing built right in. :D And actually let him still pose.

    22. This may be the last game for Project Runway! Two of the judges flaked, as far as I know. One blocked her PM's and the other read my PM's, but failed to respond. Without tw***PLEASE READ*** o more judges I will have to close down this game. I'm very sorry to have to do that. I've really enjoyed hosting Project Runway and I hate to see it go. If anyone would like to be a judge, please PM to ASAP!!! Otherwise, if anyone wants to take on the game, I will help them to get established. Again, I'm sorry.

    23. OH NO... say it isn't true. I look forward to every project runway challenge even if I dont participate. I do hope you can find more judges. The contest is too much fun to let it fade away.

      Congratulations to the winners for well deserved wins. Poetic Soul: your outfit was so complete and totally cute. Vinalootto: Wiishu was adorable. I loved the story as well. Latefa: Your girl looked so much like a real person in her workout gear.

    26. I can't run Project Runway by myself. I need two judges to help me or I'll have to end the game. Judging does not take a lot of time. Judges are given a score sheet and an explanation of how to judge the outfits. Three judges insure against ties. The points from all three judges are tallied together to determine the winners. They also submit a short critique for those designers who request one. I get together with the judges to come up with new challenges and I write up the new game. It takes a few hours a month. Please, anyone who's interested in being a judge PM me so I can keep Project Runway going!

    27. Maybe cuz your outfit was adorable? :D But so are they all. It sounds trite, but I really think anyone who picks up the challenge wand is a winner, cuz they stretch their creative wings one more degree.

      Wiishu's delighted, of course...everything makes him happy...and so am I. But mostly, I just had a ball doing it. I love the way it challenges me to think up new and wonderful things for the little bozo.

      Hope we can find a way to keep it going. Elfmoon: don't lose hope!

    31. I asked the MODS if we could 'advertise' PR in other sub forums. This is her answer. I hope everyone will help to promote our game! **************** Unfortunately, dedicated threads just to bring attention to PR wouldn't be appropriate in the other subforums and non-game sections. However, you do have some other options --
      --why don't you and/or some of the other participants create some kind of notice and link for your signatures? Signatures go everywhere on the forum that you go, and might well attract more people to take a look at the game.
      --you could also put up a gallery thread highlighting some of the interesting outfits or presentations you've made for past editions of the game, and you can mention to others that they can do so as well. Or a group gallery post of a couple of past presentations (just be sure to get permission from each member before posting a picture of their doll). End it with a link to the current edition of the game.
      --there are a number of specialized sewing-related threads in Sewing and Crafting for showing off one's creations. Sharing past creations there might interest other creative people to come take a look as well.
      Hope this gives you some ideas!
