~20cm Dolls Personal doll sculpt, Midi

    1. Hopefully the pictures show up because I'm not sure what I'm doing :P
      But I'd love any advice or feedback on this practice sculpt I'm working on!
      I'm calling her Midi currently and she's gonna be pretty small, no bigger than 20cm I think

    2. Hi friend , your images haven't popped up for me. If your uploading on imgur , make sure the link you are posting as an image ends in a .jpg, .png or any other file extension!

    3. I don't use Imgur, but if it's basically the same as Flickr, then in order to post pictures you need to use the bbcode, not the url.

    7. Woot woot, her head came off my base pretty easily![​IMG] now I'm just carving out the eye sockets, and I need to find something to test eyeball size (pretty sure I have some small wooden beads that will work)

    8. Oh my, she's so cute ! Her lips are reaaally cute, and her horns are adorable !!
      I'm a really big fan of smaller dolls too, so I have a feeling she'll be AWESOME <3

    9. So, beads were too big lol (she's got a tiny head so I'll have to make some clay beads to fit her) and I've got to resculpt around her eyes a bit because the test bead I made isn't sitting right (?) So I'm not sure what happened there.
      But I finally got the nerve to fix her nose. I wasn't super happy with the way the first one looked, so I've been debating fixing it all week

      I'm still working on it, but I'm definitely happier with this general shape. I added a slight bridge and a more button like tip, which I'd closer to what I had in my sketch.
      Hopefully I can work on the body a bit today, I've made an armature for it so fingers crossed it will look nice
