Unresolved Paging celyne22 (scammer) - MEMBER BANNED

Hello, at last we have some news. It was very hard to join Celyne as she was moving, the only person we know who can see her regularly is Lywann. Kanea told Lywann it was not good Celyne left the scammed people without news, so Lywann contacted Celyne. Apparently, Celyne still wants to refund everyone. She sent a mail to Kanea, Kanea sent it to me, I tried to translate it for you (sorry again, approximate english):

"Hello Kanea,
I'm sorry to not have answered before, but the moving didn't ended well, and I still do not have an internet connection. But don't worry, I don't forget you, I don't forget the people who has been scammed. (...) I would need a list of them with the amount I still owe and their paypal adress, I think Anne-Laure (me) will have all this (yes I have and I will send the list again, if I need some more infos I will ask here).
I sent/published (?) small ads to sell my stuff: books, clothes, shoes, jewels, I hope to get back enough money to pay everyone little by little.

But the fact is that she usually IS on internet . Maybe not from her home, but she can replie. From what I saw on her msn, she was more thinking about herself ... First it was "feel good at home,normal with 105m²!" ans then "I want to pass ma driver license!"... Sorry but for me she is making fun of everyone here. She asks again and again a list, but she knows whos has been scammed.

 

Lime > I don't think it will help to talk of her private life on a public forum. All what people want to know is when she will refund. With the moving, she could have easily completely disappear. In fact I was very afraid of that, I was almost surprised she answered Kanea's inquiries. And she does have an Internet access, but with slow connection (that's what Lywann told me).
About the list, If she asks for it again and again, we will send it again and again.

 

when is she going to pay back us money? because much time already passed and she is playing cat and mouse with us...

 

did it pass as many as over three months whether she is going to pay us back our money? because from what I can see it is only trying to move it away into the oblivion. If for me it happened to something like that I would prefer to sell all dollfie if only to pay money back to the aggrieved parties, and not to buy new dollfie and to defend oneself with the fact that it is a shopping not around of this money of which we were robbed...it doesn't sound honestly, if already a long time ago had the conscience would try to sell the all dollfie which has rather than only the ones which no longer she wants...

she was living on her mom's house because of personal problems, and she just left with her boyfriend in something she can call "her" house... Now she's searching for a job where she lives, and she doesn't forget anyone of you...

And yes, she do have internet back, but in a very low connexion (even her msn is working only by periods...)

When she will have some money, she'll give to me or Algesiras (she has no more paypal account) and we'll give it immediately to you. But she's not a very rich person, and I'm sorry for you, this would maybe take a little time again (I understand that it's irritating)

Lywann: since she isn't a rich person, why she won't sell all dollfie if only to pay us back money? I don't understand it..

If I was in her situation sold in order to all dollfie so that pay robbed persons off and only later collect money if only then again for oneself to buy the ones dollfie, rather than on the contrary....she simply oneself with us she isn't taking over and she is not giving a monkey's about it, she isn't interested in a situation of persons which stayed robbed only own...

How many months has passed? If you do not do something now, she never will give you back your money. I am not directly involved, but I've read all the thread and I'm feeling infuriated about how some people are coldy capable of steal people who has trust them.

As you people say, someone must obligate her to sell her dolls and all the necessary to get your money back. After all, if she's rich or poor is not your problem, and I wouldn't mind if I were you. I think she's playing with you all, really.

Today I have a little good news and VERY, VERY bad news:

The little good news is that someone is interested on the DOC SI head, so we have a good hope the sale will be made and the money sent to you, probably this month (there is a Easter vacation in France now and the buyer said she will buy after that).

It will unfortunately the last BJD item from Celyne we can sale without bad thoughts, to refund all of you (Kanea has the head a long time ago so the sale of the SI head is totally "clean").

Because the VERY bad news is: we recieved a desperate email from a seller, which has been scammed by this person too. The fraud is even worse than before (+ 4000$). Celyne is charging purchases of dolls and clothing and she is reversing charges on honest vendors who sent her the items months ago. There is up to 6 months that charges can be reversed. The dolls she bought are Narindolls, we have all the details and the seller is completely trustworthy.
Please be EXTREMELY VIGILANT if you see Narindolls for sale at good prices, on forums or on ebay, they may be stolen dolls, do NOT buy if you don't know the seller, prefer to buy on official stores. We don't know which new identity she uses.
I will send all my info to DoA mod team so they can decide if they want to post a warning on the market. Edit: It seems the seller will contact the mods directly.

One of the worst thing is now, even if Celyne wants to refund you, how can we accept to recieve money which comes probably from stolen dolls?
I am completely crushed about this now, she's a shame for our community.

 

I no longer have powers to it everything, it oneself simply in the head not-knead ...I am interesting whether at one time I will recover my money.....I hope, that it is taking long.... i want my money back

 

Maybe it can be a "good thing" she did that again, because It could give more power to your cause. 4000$ + yours, I hope justice will listen to that...

I really think this young woman is ill and need help because what she's doing is really insane...

 

I've been following this thread, and I'm finding the situation... incredible. Whether she's insane or not she needs to be held accountable for her actions. I'm really sorry for all the people who's been scammed by this person and I sincerely hope there is some positive resolution for everyone!

 

Oh this is just heart-rending.

That's just too much money -- raised to the nth power -- for anyone to lose in pursuing a hobby they otherwise love.

Yep, apparently she might be here with a new id name and a new Ebay id.
I just go scammed and along with a few on Ebay who got Chargeback in all cases. I lost on some money for an outfit on Ebay and another Neg to add on. Thanks to Ebay and Paypal for doing nothing after asking me to send in all infos...Hope they also get what they deserve along with this scammer.

Mods might be looking into this but i am not 100% sure how things are.

I can't believe it... I really thing that you can get your money back if you work with other scammed people. I don't really know french law, but I will ask one of my friend, maybe it will help you.

I was thinking about it. She has done so wrong things that know, others sellers/byuers will not be confident with us. That's why we do our best to stop her.
But in the other hand, I understand you all. If I was scammed, I would not be confident anymore.

Lywann: it's not your fault, you don't have to feel guilty for something you can do anything. Celyne takes the opportunity to make a lot of "deals", to take money easily and think that because the people who have been scammed live foreign, they would do anything to recover the stolen money

I trusted in her me too, I took her defense in the french forum, without thinking of myself and the fact of take the defense of a robber, without thinking of lose my new friendship, without thinking about my "feedbacks" (a lot of people refused to make deal with me after that, because they was thinking that I was making bad deal with her)

I'm sad, not for my reputation (I 'm yet a bad girl XD ) but for the scammed people, for the people who trusted in her, for her daughter and her family, because Celyne have a real and serious problem, she's sick, she needs help, now it's not only to take money to pay her house, her things,steal dolls, haaan, my god, I can understand that

I'm truly saddend for everyone who this demented person has stolen from. If she is really a jobless mother why is she buying Dollstowns BJD?
Basically she's just ripping people off and using their money to buy her own dolls, she really needs to pay those poor people back and get a job like the rest of us if she wants to collect dolls. I'm so mad after reading this.
I guess the best way to get a doll is to buy one from the proper company, yes they might be more expensive but so is losing the whole amount and having to start all over again and by from a company anyway.

We will have your info translated to French and then email it to you by PDF for you to print out and sign. (you will need Adobe Reader and a printer, that is all, and it can be done at the public library if necessary. If you have a problem with that, PM me and we'll work out a solution). You will then have to send your signed copy to Dollfair here in the US. We will collect all these signed complaints and EMS them to the French prosecutor of high crimes in Evreux. I am not certain that a faxed signature would be sufficient, so I am asking everyone to mail them to me. If you have any relevant documents, please attach *copies* of them to your complaint.

I am concerned that so much time is passing so let's see if we can achieve this in the next week. Can we?!?! If someone from this list can be the coordinator and contact all the people in this thread who have been stolen from to let them know about this effort, I'm sure they'd be happy to hear there is something going on. Please pass this info along to anyone else who might have been stolen from and is not on DOA as well. Let's make this an overwhelming show of our outrage at what this person has done to so many people. In discussions with the MC group, we feel that in past months the efforts might have been too scattered and not in French, so translating the letters and sending them in together might be just what is necessary to get attention. I will also send copies of everything ot the police of Evreux, just in case they might be able to do something more quickly.

Your personal information will be be kept private and I will of course not post it anywhere or show it to anyone other than the mods at Materiel Celeste who will be helping me translate the complaints into the formal complaint letters in French.

Each person needs to have his/her own complaint letter, with details of the individual theft and any other proof they can send. I will help you get that translated. So you will be signing something you can't read probably, but everyone over there will check it for you and make sure it's accurate.

Since you will be sending in formal, signed complaints this will be a much more devastating collection of organized information for the prosecutor.

We'll help you translate in french your complain letter the best we can. Only few people among the french moderation "squad" will do that, and I can assure we'll respect your privacy.

On another hand, you have already filled FBI forms, so why don't you ask & check with your FBI agency what this claims had become ??? I think it's a good idea to show your implication in this claim. The more you are to ask about it, the better it can be.

I imagine you're not in the same states so it can be a little tricky to group you, but maybe it can be another idea to show how big the thief is.

I have been a member of Materiel Celeste for several years, and it's a wonderful group of friendly, fun and highly creative people. Part of the reason Celine was able to steal so much from my company is because I have so many wonderful French customers who I trust 100%. The members in France are also very hurt and in pain from these crimes committed by Celine Le Brun of Evreux.

Together we can show that someone like this will not be allowed to hurt our international community.

File a complaint! Join us! You bought the stolen products innocently. Let's send a letter from everyone who has been stolen from, or affected by Celine Le Brun's crimes.

THIS IS NEW NEWS TO ME WOW !! OTHER NAMES: Celine le brun has been using several names - celyne22 and catlok on DoA, catlok2212 and oxygen on Materiel Celeste. She has also been scamming on eBay by buying items, then reversing the payment after the items had shipped. (To add insult to injury, she's also been leaving false negative feedbacks!) Her eBay IDs are kaotic2212 and catlok2212.

Ok so I just found out about these other names. CATLOCK was actually trying to buy my MSD Anna head AFTER she already scammed me for the unoa sist. SO she was planning to scam me twice!! URGH >>>> thankfully I sold the head to another member!

 

Yes my dear Lore, it happened... she is using different aliases and stolen credit cards now. She also stole from Blue Fairy the same day she stole from my company. I saw it on the credit card paperwork from France. It was a theft of over 500 euros.

It's one person, many names and paypal addresses and credit cards. Lore, that really takes the cake that she tried to hit you twice with different names. Talk about nerve. She must have known she'd already stolen from you once.

Please pass the word everyone! Just write up your few sentences and send them with your contact info (which will go on the header of the letters we have translated to French).

Yep, Ebay can care less when i told them about her and the false neg fb. They stop responding when i told them she was/is a scammer. Not surprise at all. Cost me money, and rep.....urh!!
But a few members here was contacted me after the post when they just had or still in the middle of transaction with her.
I do hope she will have to pay all she scammed and more.

I know this is for dolls and relate dolls and she is paying back little by little. But just for all you to know. She might be using the money she is scamming more people from Ebay to use to cover here. So many have gotten money stolen on Ebay it's becoming a big case. They are all good and big sellers but Ebay and Paypal refuse to help.

Swan20, don't worry : the money used to pay back come only from sane and clear sales of Celyne's previous bjd. She gave few bjds and heads to a trusty member of Matériel Céleste (I can vouch for this member). And it's this member who organize the sale (she got bjds, and heads on hand at her home, and she ship them when they are bought and paid for).
We know for sure that the bjds who are sold to pay back were not stolen.

 

To me, since dolls/part were taken away from her and does not get money from them, she is stealing from others on Ebay instead to cover the loss. Just more different victims that's all.
I don't mean to say the dolls sold to pay back are stolen, i meant since she is paying you all pack, she been scamming others to cover the loss. thanks.x
