Finally refunded what I owed to Tvorceskiy. Whew.

this also happened to me recently. i had paid for an item and picked it up in person and then returned it the same day and explained the faults and the seller agreed to a refund. later that night she had changed her mind. i opened a dispute with paypal and ended up ringing them because they hadnt done anything. they said,
i had picked the item up so no paper trail so i broke the rules, and they could do nothing more.
i explained she had my 800$ and i had no item and they basically said bad luck.
i have now 4 weeks later given up and closed all disputes.
because i paid the seller with funds in my paypal account i have no way to go to my bank and claim
just a warning to those who do pay with current funds instead of credit card.

You can than Kanea, she's doing the harder part of the work. She won't send the doll until she's sure you are all paid. And she *did* e-mail Celyne very recently to know about the future sales, but didn't get any answer til now. ;_;

still of no message from celyne? whether it at all and to give us back the intention rest of money? has so much dolls, so for kind of it so that she sells them depended, but most noticeably this way she isn't.
Is writing that as find the work then she will return us, but why she won't sell dolls and won't pay us back money? and later for himself will buy again. It already lasts for 3 months...

Hum I can't shut my mouth anymore. I saw her on my msn several day recently, between last week and now. So Please say she doesn't have time between her new home and her daughter, but don't say she doesn't have internet or she can't go on it because that's not true. I saw her 3 days, during the all day on msn (got her on it but I hardly speak to her)

I'm not really new here, but with only one post my account has been delete recently :/ I read this topic since the beginning here, and I'm totally sorry for people who has been scammed.

If she doesn't stop me on msn after that, I will tell you if she comes back on msn or not, so if she has possibility tu read your mails.

I think that no longer we will see our rests of money for eyes but it instead of to sell a few dollfie it is keeping quiet and she isn't upset by it at all.
It is irritating that the person which robbed so much persons is sleeping calmly unpunished.

 

Can't you all sue her for internet fraud or go to the French police?

Saw her again theses days on MSN. I was trying to talk to her, but my computer didn't want (and now he is totally broken -_-). So if shes doesn't respond, it's because she doesn't want to.
