Over The Garden Fence (Elfdoll Sooah/K & Angel Fantasy Vent)

It occured to me that Effie actually has quite a good view into the park from her garden...


Effie: I think I’ll leave the sunflowers in so the birds can eat the seeds...oh I forgot to tell you, I saw Jamie in the park yesterday with a strange man!

Will: Strange in what way?



Effie: Oh you know what I mean! Actually he WAS quite strange, from what I could see...he looked very pale, and he had long dreadlocks. Oh, and he had a limp.

Will: A limp what?

Effie: Oh WILL!



Jessica: Daddy – pick me up please!

Effie: I wonder who he was...it looked like quite a tense conversation and Jamie didn’t stay long, and then he just sat on the bench for ages with his head in his hands...I was a bit worried about him actually.

Will: Maybe it was a lovers’ tiff?



Effie: I don’t think Jamie’s ever dated anyone, since she’s been in the village...Will, look – that’s him!

Will: Oh yeah – he would pass for strange round here.



Daisy: HELLO! HELLO!

Effie: Daisy - ! Oh, I’m sorry, she made you jump – she’s going through a phase...

Dusty: Oh – it’s okay.



Dusty: I walked past here yesterday – you have a beautiful garden. It’s nice, being so near the park and everything.

Effie: Thank you! Well, it’s handy for the kids, with the park almost next door.



Dusty: Yes, it must be. You have two lovely girls – how old are they?

Effie: They’re two and a half. Do you have any kids?



Dusty: I – I have a daughter too, she’s four, I don’t really know her...but I hope we can get to know each other. Well – anyway, I should go. It was nice talking to you.

Effie: Oh – well, good luck with that...



Effie: Oh Will – are you thinking what I’m thinking?



Will: I don’t know – does what you’re thinking involve a cup of tea and a bacon sandwich...?

breezy brite - Will's not one for the village gossip! But Effie was concerned for Jamie.

Carol Hensley - I love posing Will with the kids, and I love posing the family in their garden! Hope you managed to get out in the sun.
