Vallant (Kanadoll Mars) comes with me on a holiday. I was hoping that his body would be shipped to me in time - alas, it wasn't. So he borrowed my other boy's body (Dollstown 15year boy) for this trip. I took many BJD photos; all of them are shared here at my doll blog. Below is the 'Best Of' selection - please enjoy! . . . . Let's head out again... . . . Thank you for viewing!
Wonderful impressions! You have chosen a wonderful landscape for your beautiful excursion with Vallant. I like that because I also go out in nature with my BJDs and take photos. A heartfelt thank you for sharing
Great set of photos! I really like how naturally you've posed him against the wooden fence and on the staircase. And the locations are really pretty.
Thanks everyone! I love outdoor BJD photography, had a lot of fun taking photos of Vallant. The weather was quite rough in places, a few times I was quite scared to get him out for photos... but it was worth the effort, and I didn't lose anything thankfully! This part of my country is very beautiful, I will be coming back in future. ^^
I love your photos of your handsome guy! Outdoor photography is challenging in many ways. Yours are fantastic. And what a gorgeous location!
Ahhhh how lucky you were for a chance at such a perfect photo with the rainbow! The photo set is lovely. I always like this concept of traveling together and getting nice little portraits in different scenery. Very well done. Hope you had a great time together!
Thank you for the kind comments, everyone! I've done lots of outdoor shoots but this is my first travel shoot -- it was so much fun! I hope to do more of them. There were rainbows galore on this trip - I saw one almost every day, some days had multiple rainbows in different places. I guess the odds were high of catching one in a BJD photo. But here's the identical scene, not 20 minutes later. Weather moves fast on this coast.
