Nine9 Doll "Bunny Nine" 35cm Line discussion!

Sep 25, 2014

    1. What a happy accident!

    2. Oopsie!! Haha can’t wait to see her!

    3. Hi, according to the website, the 35cm girls' feet are about 5cm. Can someone here provide with the exact measurements?
I read somewhere that their shoes could fit MSDs with 5.5cm feet. So I was wondering.

      Thanks in advance!

    4. They are 5cm. Yosd shoes are typically too small and Msd too big. I think you might be able to find some shoes on some sites that are about the right size, just gotta check the actual measurements. On the bunny bunny website you can also buy yosd size feet for them if you want. That's what I ended up doing because I had an excess of that size shoes already and it was cheaper than buying new shoes.

    5. If your Bunny is wearing socks, some MSD shoes can work. If no socks, they'll likely be a little loosey-goosey on their feet. My Maple is wearing MSD shoes on the left, and my Potpourri is wearing sneakers for Bunny dolls by Nine9 Style on the right (I'm still bummed they quit making Bunny sized stuff).

The MSD shoes look ok, but they really are a bit too big. Hope this helps.

    6. I just wanted to introduce my new Yami ^^ She's called Seonah ~
      [IMG]
She's not actually the Yami I ordered from Bunny Bunny direct, but I found her on Mandarake and felt like I had to rescue her ^^
So now my originally ordered Yami will have a twin sister when she arrives :D

Note: on the shoe front, I've found the minifee shoes from summomo on etsy fit okay with socks ^^

Does anyone have any recommendations for places to buy clothes that fit? ~

    7. @OngakuHezaa She's super cute! That's so cool that you'll have twins :blush Are you planning to dress them alike?

As for finding clothes, I haven't tried myself but I've heard that both Dollmore Narsha and Iplehouse KID clothes will fit. I want to get some of the TTYA clothes on the Bunny Bunny site. TTYA has the Bunny size stuff on their website, too (but I don't think on their Etsy).

    8. @RamenDoodles The plan is for one to be quite girly and the other more of a tomboy... but whether I'll actually stick to that plan...

I've got some of the TTYA clothes coming with the other Yami so I'm looking forward to trying those out ~

Does anyone have a picture of a Bunny with the YOSD feet? I'm thinking about ordering some but I'm worried they'll look too small...

    9. I can get a pic tomorrow for you. I don't think they look too bad, but I always thought the longer ones looked too big for her, so I guess it's really just preference.

      Edit: @OngakuHezaa
Here's a couple links to photos of my Yami. One is just her with her yosd size feet, the other has the 5cm for comparison.

    10. So lovely i want one! ...or at lest a body! stunning girl!

    11. @1234back
Thanks for the photos! They're really helpful and your Yami is so pretty ~

    12. My other Yami has arrived! The sisters are together at last ~

For reference, Seonmi (left) has normal Bunny feet and Seonah (right) has the YoSD feet ^^

On another note, I don't know if it's just me but Seonah seems to be taller than Seonmi - does anyone know if there is a height difference between Bunny Bunny and Bunny Nine dolls?

    13. Triple post but I wanted to share another photo of my Yami ~
      I love her so much!

    14. @OngakuHezaa She is adorable! I really love Yami in dark hair. She looks so different than she does as a blonde in the sales pictures :)

    15. Oh. @OngakuHezaa Your girl is stunning with the dark hair, I love it!

To add to the Yami spam, my Becca recently got a new wig that I also love ♡

    16. I finally got the Oscar Doll eyes I ordered for my Potpourri! As I put them in her head I told her "Look! Look with your special eyes!" and she whispered "my brand..."

    17. @RamenDoodles @1234back Thanks, I love her in dark hair too ^^
Your girls look amazing too ^^
I love Becca's new wig - it really suits her ~
      And those eyes are gorgeous!

    18. oh!It’s soo cute!!!I love it .

    19. I wish more people made clothes and shoes for these little ones. I know koreadolls.com has some made by Sadol and of course Bunny Bunny, but there's just not much variety out there :/ I've looked at Dollmore for the Narsha size but I don't like much of what they have. I really wish Nine9 would start making stuff for them again but seeing how they completely wiped any mention of the line from their shop, I doubt that will ever happen. :pout: My two girls have five outfits between them and I'm pretty sure they're jealous of my minis

    20. Dianna Effner Little Darling clothes should fit. I have some jeans made for Little Darling that fit Narsha. Here's a link:

    21. Has anyone here ordered off the official Bunny Bunny website?
I'm planning to buy a BunnyBunny doll & some clothes.
Some of the clothes they sell seem exclusive to that website (I can't find BunnyBunny Princess Doll dresses on Dolkus, for example), but I'm hesitant to buy through the Bunny Bunny website, because it doesn't look like it's being updated very often... the Korean version of the website looks active, however. Do you think I'll be ok if I order through the English site? Or is there a risk that my order might somehow be missed or forgotten?

    22. Wish I could be of some help but I’ve never ordered anything from the Bunny Bunny website. Which doll are you looking to get?

    23. I’m looking for a Pudding with the A-type faceup. :) I’ve been wanting one for awhile now, but that dang website looks so sketchy, lol.

    24. The Korean site (and their offline store as well~~ I visited back in February) is very active indeed. They are quite popular over there :3
Maybe you could try contacting them via e-mail first? Just to be sure [email protected] . Maybe they can help with ordering stuff that are listed only on their Korean site.
You would need a Korean adress and phone no. to register (and to order) on the Korean site.

    25. Ooh, I’m so envious that you had the chance the visit the doll cafe!! What was it like? Did you meet the artist(s)?

And that’s good to know about the Korean site. Do you know if they can read/write English? I’m wondering if I should include a google translation at the bottom of my email.

    26. I think you should be fine ordering from the English site - I feel like the Korean site is just updated more often as the Bunny Bunny dolls are a lot more popular here than internationally. (It really surprised me to see so many Bunny Bunny dolls in person considering how scarce they seem to be online!)

When I've met them at conventions their English has been okay so you shouldn't have too many problems if you email them. Just keep it simple ^^

    27. The Cafe is really cute :3 they have a lot of props and sets to take photos with, and they have a nice (but not that wide) selection of clothes and accessories for mostly Bunny and smaller sizes. And of course dolls!!!
I only met "Mr Bunny", he was cute too xp he was on counter duty when I visited. The workshops with the artists are usually separated from the cafes -.-

I think you should be fine with the English message only, but I can imagine that they would appreciate the Korean as well. Up to you :)

    28. Does anybody know if their estimated wait time on their site (two months) is accurate to their real wait time? I've ordered a body from their English site. :)

    29. Yes, it's accurate! I ordered off the English site in late September, and received my doll in mid November. They didn't notify me of my package being shipped out however, nor did they provide a tracking number. I even checked my order on the website regularly, but it said, "Pending." It still says "Pending" on my order on the website! So when I got my doll, it was a total surprise. Luckily, I WFH and have a doorbell camera to notify me of deliveries, so I got my package off the porch immediately. But this might be an issue for people who are away during the day. :/

    30. @Sheyda Thanks so much! That’s good to know. :) I should be fine when it comes to receiving it then!

    31. Just a little update on here from me in that it has been over three months and there is no sign of my doll yet. I have sent an email to the customer support address given on the english site, but does anybody know if this is the best way to contact them or if there is another better way?

    32. An update to that update, my order arrived! I didn’t get an answer to my email, but I did get a shipping notice a few days after, so maybe they just needed a bit of a prod.

The body is amazing, really beautiful and really sturdy. I’m surprised I don’t see them around more!

    33. Congratulations! I;m considering getting a Potpourri, so I’m glad to hear about your experience. I’d love to see photos!

    34. Do these cuties have good pose ability? I’ve been eyeing Maple for a while now…

    35. My Potpourri has fairly limited poseability compared with other dolls I own. Her arms and knees are single-jointed and her torso is one piece. She’s super cute however, so that hasn’t affected from my enjoyment of her very much :)

      • x 1
    36. Newer bodies are double jointed in the arms, also the legs have thigh joints. Not the best pose ability, but you can do cute things with it nevertheless~

    37. Yami is definitely a cute sculpt! I would love to own her one day. And about ten other dolls... :yawn

    38. [IMG]

I just received my little lady Soda today! Not the best lighting in this photo, but I wanted to share anyway because she's so cute! :love

She's definitely got little sister vibes. Even though I knew she wouldn't really fit any of my msd clothes, I still tried them on her and it reminded me of a kid trying on their mom or older sisters clothes lol

    39. She is sooo cute! Congratulations!

    40. Thank you! I'm super happy with her :)

    41. Hey everyone! I've looked on instagram for owner pics of some of the bunny bunny boys, but I wasn't having much luck. Am I allowed to send a request asking anyone to post their own pics if they are out there? I would love to more of Peanut or Butter! :3nodding:

    42. Hi guys! Does anyone know if the current Bunny Bunny white is a yellow toned or pink toned white?
