    2. Oh I agree!! And your girl is lovely! Please tell us more about her and her outfit?

      • Awe thank you! This was one of the first Imda dolls released back around 2011. I originally bought her from Neo Angelregion/Soom, I had her default face up but never really liked it so I repainted her several years ago. She was my first company doll I bought when I entered the hobby but not my first doll. She’s pretty much been in a box since I had her. I joined a sewing thread here on DoA and picked an Orphan outfit to make based of the play Annie and chose her too sew for. I made her outfit from scratch because I couldn’t follow directions on a pattern if I tried! Thank you for asking.

    3. Oh cool! I discovered iMda (and the doll hobby) a few years later. Does that mean she's a 5.2? Natassa maybe? 5.2 is the only iMda size I've never had.

I adore the outfit you made. I have a weakness for scruffy depression style outfits. I love the waist with the raw edge. The fabric drapes so beautifully too.

Here's one of my 3.0s, Odelie I think. I've been going through a dry spell lately but I can feel the urge to make things for my dolls starting to come back, and I'm relieved! I can't quite imagine life without my doll obsession.

    4. Thank you for the compliment, I really appreciate it. I just sew for fun and rarely ever plan anything.

Yes, I believe she’s the 5.2 I also have two Imda Gian, they are originally boys but I dress them as girls.

I love your doll and the outfit is awesome, I’m still stuck in the 70”s after all these years, I’d wear that myself ;)

I went through a long dry spell where I just had no inkling to sew but thankfully by joining a sewing theme group I renewed my passion.

Dolls may sit on the back burner for awhile but the love for them always comes back.

also, my Gians have the old style body and same with Natassa.
