I love her face! Im excited about this sculptor, I think i've seen her works before. Too bad this doll is limited though

 

I love that size- bigger than MSD, smaller than SD. It's perfect, to me.
Did I miss the price somewhere?

As noted on iMda's website...sales are from April 2nd - May 2nd.

I'm really hoping iMda offers some more mature sculpts. I remember iMda's work from years ago and always liked the look of the stoneclay and bisque sculpts on the website.

 

I am enchanted by her face. I love the eyes and mouth. I wish they would show more pictures of this doll before she is released. I also wonder what the price will be.

 

Hi Dolly. I also noticed Natassa's pictures are up and I like her even more now. I also thought she seems to be versatile for age. and I like her funky fashions. The big head is not an issue for me as I already have a few wigs in that size that may work for her. I am just concerned she is going to be pricey. I still don't see the price. I wonder what time they will post that?

 

Hey I just finished taking another look at Natissa and for those of you interested, you can now start ordering her and like Dolly said everything is optional including her faceup. I love this doll!

Idrisfynn, You are making sense. I like the idea of the larger child doll too. I am not into adults so that is not a criteria for me, but I like the larger size as I can see them dressed as older children, rather than toddlers. If that makes sense? Maybe not. Anyway, also like the larger size as clothes are easier for me to make. Can't seem to handle the tiny stitching.

 

Hi, I am new to this company of BJD but when I saw this girl, I have fallen for her in a big way. Of couse I want her just like the picture and it will be expensive. Has anyone here used their lay-a way plan? How is the quality. I love her body with the really thin arms and larger hips. Just so different from the few other BJD I have. I also love the size. I was so close to hitting that buy it now but decided I really need more info..........so any help will be great.

I am sorry I have no experience with this company but I just did the lay a way plan for Natassa and it looks pretty straight forward. You pay first month immediately and then then next 2 payments every 30 days. You can even pay quicker if you like as the invoices stay active in your account with a direct link to paypal. I have a few purchase questions in to Soom since I made the purchase but they have not yet answered. I assume that is because it is the weekend.

Anyway, I don't think that the doll is ready immediately anyway, so lay a way plan seems the way to go. If by some chance the doll becomes available sooner, you can just pay the remaining payments.

I hope that I have been some help. Yes she does get pricey with shipping and all the options (OMG) and now that I have placed my order I see that I didn't get all of the options, afterall. Ruffled undies, scarf and other outfit pieces are not included which is a bummer. I also missed that cute hand-dyed dress which is sold out. I don't think it was listed immediately.

 

Dolly it is quirky, isn't it? I think that is why I like it. My dilemma is I want to order the panties but I can't seem to figure out how to add it to my original order. I don't want to pay huge shipping for just that.

Anyway, you haven't said anything. Did you decide to order her or are you going to wait? Am I being to "nosy"?

 

Well I decided to bite the bullet and ordered her. I tried to use CC and it wouldnt work so had to go with paypal. I kept getting a message in Koren and since I don't speak it, wasn't sure what it was saying. I did figure out how to add the panties.

I wish they had a bio of the artist in English.

I want to think you all for helping me decide on her.

 

At last another option for smaller SD dolls.
She's 52cm tall, just like a Zaoll, makes me happy

Hi Kidos610. I am so glad you took the plunge. Now for the wait. I hate the wait. I would like to add the panties. They are just so cute but I am waiting to hear from Soom. I want to add it to existing order. Can you believe I am so obsessed over these ruffled panties. I also want the shoes. I think they are Leeke and Leeke is out of them.

As for the purchase process. I had a little trouble getting the order to go through too. I though it was just me. I think there is a way to translate the artist bio in google. Maybe the company would provide that. It would be nice to understand it. Looks lengthy!

 

I know what you mean about the panties, they were just to cute and of couse we needed the other things to make the whole outfit work. What size are the shoes as I really need them also. Do dealers carry the Leeke shoes?

Well, I ordered her today too. I like her face, she looks very sweet, but I love the body. I like the large head with the smaller body. Looking forward to her delivery now!

I would really like them to create another doll with this body, I love the body, but I'm not in love with the face (I like it and want to see pictures, but I don't really wanna spend that much on her and be disappointed). The body is really how I like it, except for the breasts look weird to me but I LOVE those hips!!! Want spammage when they arrive :3

On one of my other groups they keep refering to her chest as "cup cakes" I said that is what I had when I was married, but it was the thing back in that time. I think that is why she can be almost of any age we want.

now that is a new one. Cup cakes. I hadn't heard that before. I am going to have to take a closer look. Maybe I was just attracted to her clothes and missed that feature. I tend to do that.

I am glad there are a few of us waiting on this doll. It will be fun to see her take on her personality. I have her on layaway and can't decide if I should pay her up to get her sooner or will it really make a difference.

 

I really like this girl, any ideas on what size clothes or shoes she might be able to wear? She seems to be such an odd size with those large hips and feet.

Hi to everyone! I'm new to this thread. I purchased Natassa the first week in April and am eagerly awaiting her arrival. Does anyone know what the wait time is?

Her head sculpt is what I fell in love with! I love that her body is very young, but it does seem rather strange to me with the skinny stick arms and the cupcakes on her chest. Also, I have never owned a white skin tone doll, so ordered the body blushing to give her some color.

 

does anyone know when she will be shipping? I fell for this one too.

 

I have tried but can't find any info on shipping time. Would anyone else know as I would like to know also.

 

I inquired a while ago and soom said that it could be shipped as early as June but that wasn't very certain. Here are both responses I received from them

this was their first reply:

The entire dolls are just starting to produce from the payment has been completed.
And it will take about one or two months.

Therefore, if you completed your payment on May, the goods can be ship out at least one month later (June).

But then I asked again because that was confusing so this was the answer. At that time I was considering layaway.

And the shipment, basically, the process of making doll takes two or three months after customer complete the payment.
Therefore, the shipping will be two or three months later at the point in time when you completed the payment about your order.
And if you choose the options, it usually takes 2 or 3 weeks more to produce.

However, the delivery can be faster than customer’s expectation or can be late a little bit because of internal any situations in SOOM without any notification.
We will try to do our best to ship faster for customer’s satisfaction.

 

Hum, well that clears it up....I think. I had put mine on lay-a-way but think I will go pay her off as it looks like I may never get her this year.........I think.

I returned to the website and now that I paid it off it says "preparing". I don't recall if that is what it has always said so I can't say if that is progress or not.

If I hear any other changes I will let you know. I wish I wasn't always so anxiously waiting. BTW, Who is the doll in your Avatar? I like it.

 

The more I look at her, the more I love her. I can't wait to get her home. Although that looks to be some time away. You know, I cannot understand why companies sell dolls they don't have. If they are only going to sell a certain number, then why not make them all and then when people buy them, they can be shipped immediately.

 

I to am going to give my girl a more grown up look althought I really see her as more a teen or young women than a child. I think it is really neat the way people see dolls so differently.

back to Natassa. Has anyone ordered the outfits from Neo Angel Region?

 

I ordered the pink panty outfit only so far. I want the brown dress and pink shoes I think. I do know I need to find the hi tops for her outfit she will come in.

 

Is the limited by date or number? they don't say when they stop selling her do they?

Thank you so much, I just got the Navy ones which are the ones I really wanted from the start. Since I was getting charged $22 for shipping decided to order a wig for another doll also. I haven't gotten wigs from them before so will be good to see how they are since they seem to be very resonable on the prices for the wigs.

 

Oh GREAT, kidos! So super glad you were able to nab those navy boots for Natassa! I got mine within a week of ordering them - super fast. I've ordered a couple of Leekeworld wigs before through Denver Doll Emporium, but never directly from the factory. Let us know what you think of it after it arrives!

Now.... if only Ms. Natassa would begin arriving so we can see some IRL photos!

 

I am sooooooooo ready for her to arrive to one here so we can see pictures also. It looked like yopu could still order her so guess the May 2 thing went longer which is good for some one who missed out on her.

 

I kept "dragging my feet" on those leekeworld hi tops because I really wanted beige or grey. I keep hoping they will restock some day, though they have indicated they have no intention of doing so.

I will just have to see your posts of Natassa and regret that I didn't order red or navy. I also asked Soom to produce them but they don't plan it either.

Does anyone see any other status on their order besides preparing? I was just curious. I don't think I will be one of the first to have mine shipped. Even though I ordered the first day, it took me a couple weeks to pay her off.

 

Just got my Hi Tops and they are GREAT!You just have to get a pair bonmwe, and get the navy they are perfect just like waht they show her in.

But not impressed with the wig I ordered from them. It looks oily and the hair is falling out already.

 

Hi kidos610. I looked at the navy blue shoes once again. I keep oohing and aahing them and can't find any other styles that will work the same way. I better make the plunge before it is too late.

What wig did you order. I had pretty good luck with Leeke wigs. I think mine were goga or some name like that. Maybe you should give them a heads up. They are very good about replacements, in my experience.

Have you had any updates on your Natassa. I just wonder when they will start shipping her. I am so anxious, I know. I hate the waiting. I seem to be always waiting for dolls and delivery trucks.

 

I know what you mean about always waiting. I am waiting for Dark Alice, Nyssa and Natassa. Sure hope they don't all come at the same time so I can have a doll fix all summer.

The wig I got was either w037-L or w038-l for my Dark alice. Most of the other ones were sold out of that real light cream color. I am mostly use to the mohair or fake mohair so this one is more like unwashed real hair.....lol

 

Kidos610, that is so funny. We must have similar taste. I am waiting for nearly the same dolls, not Dark A, but the other 2. I already have A. but that is off topic so I won't go into it.

As for Natassa shoes. I saw some pretty cool shoes today from Haute Doll that I may have to have instead. OMG Maybe they aren't the best style for Natassa but they are TDF.


I will have to look at the wig I have from Leeke. . Maybe it is the same. I haven't unwrapped it. I also prefer mohair wigs to all the rest. They just seem to work better for me. Did you order wigs for Natassa from Soom?

 

Still no word from Soom for anyone on Natassa's shipping status? Surely it can't be much longer! No change on my order status, either. (Order date 4/7)

 

my status says still preparing but my two orders were finally combined into one last week, so maybe that shows progress. Not sure

Not to worry, bonmwe --- I will post photos just as soon as possible! I should be able to post no later than tomorrow, Saturday! I like to photograph in lots of natural light, and our weather is supposed to be beautiful this weekend.

 

I can't wait to see everyone's owner pics. I've read that she was only available until May 2, but I stumbled upon her by accident yesterday (May 20) and ordered her today. I sent my first layaway payment. I'm assuming I couldn't buy her if she wasn't available.

In any case, I am seriously impressed with the maker of this doll. I loved seeing her personal photos of her work; they're amazing. Now here I am waiting for a new doll. I ordered Natassa with the works--faceup, wigs, shoes, all the outfits they offered. Then I went onto the Leekeworld site and bought the blue high tops. I guess I was blown away.

 

My Natassa was put on her plane today ^^;;
Hopefully by the end of next week I will have her... hopefully >.> cos I have this terrible curse of parcelforce receiving the doll box and then sending it to somewhere other than my address even when my address is clearly written on the box ._.
