I love grumpy Francis! His blue eyes really suit him and the wig.

your face-up work is fantastic!

 

He looks a bit less grumpy with hair and a hat.

 

He really does look less grumpy, and more handsome. He looks awesome, and like he'd be a really cool guy.

Zaria got new boots, bag and wig :3

 

Este- I love her whole look. The wig is really pretty and looks so soft. I have to say, I'm such a sucker for red hair and green eyes.

 

Este - Those eyes really pop, she's gorgeous. They really go well with her new wig!

 

Unfortunately i scratch Zaria's makeup ^_^' and artist that do her faceup is too busy now, so Zaria have whole different look from my other friend)

I wanted to share my MK Evelyn, Daisy with you!
I just recently found a trunk that I had for my American Girl Dolls to hang and store their clothes. Well, of course it's now re-purposed for Daisy's clothes.

Only problem is being able to see the clothes all hung and easily visible makes it much more difficult to decide what to wear!

 

I love looking at everyone's beautiful Mystic Kid's! I recently just ordered my own Lillian through JunkySpot- but it might be a while before I get her sense she was pre-order. But until then is there any way I could please get some more Lillian spam?

 

I had an impulse buy on a MK Evelyn on Monday morning on Junky Spot(not pre-ordered so instant gratification) and I got her in today(wednesday). It was love at first sight so *click* what can I say!? She is my second doll and my first girl so I'm super excited to start making her dresses and there is likely to be a cupcake dress or two.

Anyways I'm in live with her hands!! I got a blank face so I need to give her a good faceup over the weekend and go through this thread to see everyone's beautiful kids.

Hello, I got my first bjd last month. He is a Mystic Kids Illy.

I did buy some clothes for him, but until they get here, he's been sporting the nightgown I made. It was my first sewing project, so it's not the best but I think it turned out pretty well.

I don't know how to do face ups or anything, so he is sporting the Junky Spot face up, which I think looks lovely.

Is the correct eye size 14mm for this size? I want to buy some eyes but wanted to make sure I was right.

 

Hmm. Well according to Alice's Collections, 14mm is pretty much fitting for the doll's eyes.

 

What clothing size do MK MSDs fit on? I was informed on youtube that they are slim size msds.

 

well MK MSD bodies are kinda slim, yeah, like a little butt, little hips, kinda skinny, you know... I haven't bought her any clothes so, I wouldn't know exactly, but since I make her clothes, sometimes I try them on other dolls, and they didn't fit quite well ´-`)/

 

I got William a school uniform~ Had to take his head off in order to get it on.

 

Where can I buy slim mini outfits?

It came with stripped stockings, but I didn't want to leave him with those on yesterday since they do have some black, so I left him with the white high socks. I'll eventually take some pictures with the correct stockings on as well. ^^

Oh yeah, if you didn't know this already, Junky Spot is having a Black Friday sale right now. They have quite a few Mystic Kids 1/3 scale dolls on sale already. The only 1/4 one currently on sale is QIFENG (He is on sale for $175).

It says they are adding things, so I'm crossing my fingers for Sean! My mom said she would get him for me for my birthday/Christmas, so I can just buy him now if he is on sale and split the cost with her. ^^

If Cris gets on sale (a 1/6 scale MK doll), I'll probably just get him now too. I just won't be able to buy things for him for a while. u.u

 

I was wondering if Dollzone hands work well with the Mystic Kids resin?
I have Lillian, and I think she's a normal pink color

Ose_93, Trethowan thank you so much! He was my first BJD and he'd gone through quite a few makeovers to make it to where he is today haha.

 

My Sean came in and I am happy to note that he suits the name Soren just fine. I didn't really like the company face up when I saw it on the website, but now that I have him I liked it. The colors make him look more masculine.

Here he is with the Sherlock style wig I got. I need to play with it in order to get the curls showing right...

My "Victor" came in recently, and I couldn't be happier with him as my first BJD! BOY they weren't kidding about the smoothness of Mystic Kids resin. Default faceup is beautiful too, and it'll more than help tie me over until I get enough money for all the faceup materials. :p

Your Levi looks amazing! I would never have thought to paint him this way, but his face sculpt is surprisingly suitable and very effective!

Junkyspot had a sale back around Thanksgiving so I just had to pick up a Mystic Kids Quifeng. He is so cute!!! I've yet to take any pictures since his wig won't arrive until mid-January. I have a giant box of wigs here at home. Seriously, a giant box. I have nearly every size and color and would you know it not a SINGLE one looked right? That's just how it goes, huh.

 

I love Francis ! He is perfect and the full set too, but is is a shame they don't offer tan skin. Is he was available in tan I would buy him immediately! Now I'm stuck between getting him or not :c

I discovered I'll own a Mystic Kids boy soon. Now I know I can prepare for him.
Does someone own a Mystic Kids boy and a Kid Delf boy? If you do can you compare the body's for me? Is the Mystic Kids body smaller or the same?
I still have some clothes here that were too small for my Kid Delf and I wonder if they will fit my incoming Mystic kids.

 

Has anyone got a mystic kids boy in a wig from For My Doll? I have a Francis coming but I don't know what size wig to order as I have heard they have smallish heads. I don't want to get a 7/8 and it be huge on him...
