Muscular female dolls- who wants one?

She definitely does not disappoint! This is the first muscular girl with actual muscles in her arms.

 

she'll look great with the poached egg boobs I think - looks a bit odd with big boobs! I guess they've only needed to remodel the lower torso and upper arms to get this look (I've not seen the legs yet as impls website doesn't load - i'll wait for alices to put it up)

If they have just remodeled those 2 elements, I guess we might be able to order those parts and give our flabby girls some muscles now? Danielle is looking forward to it Although I'm not looking forward to restringing

1 for sure, I have a character in mind that I would LOVE as a bjd and she has a slightly muscular body and it'd be great to be able to have a doll that looks like her that I can dress up.

 

There are a few points I'm not so keen on, BUT that said, I am absolutely in love and simply MUST own this gorgeous Impl body. Those arms! Damn they did right by us and those thighs! Holy woah, she looks like those gifs where the girl picks up her boyfriend and starts doing squats, she could do that! Possibly even with two guys with those arms and thighs. lol LOVE her abdominals too. AND they have the small boobs as an option! I'm practically in heaven here! *dies happily*

And I can't believe the price too! Impl is basically my fav company right now. Amazing job. So happy!

PS Just realized she kinda fits my idea of an Amazonian woman. Why do I have this sudden urge for a Wonder Woman doll with that body?! lol

I'm wondering how that works, how you buy the Idol parts with the muscle parts, guess you just message or something? I don't see the option on the body page itself, going to go check the Idol pages instead. But that's awesome, I don't know whether I want the taller or the shorter version now... I still seriously want the IOS body too but wow Impl did such a good job. And they did it so quickly too! *happy dances*

 

That's a really nice body! I wasn't planning on getting a muscular body, even for the boy dolls I plan on getting, but seeing this body makes me reconsider.

 

Click the options open on the star body page and it gives you body option "Idol", maybe you missed it? I saw it just 5 minutes ago. I will buy the Dollios body aswell if it's at least 65cm, I love the non-hourglass shape, better for tomboy girls imo

But yes, I'm really hoping that Dollios body will be at least 65cm because the shape of it *whistles* I have a huge love of tomboyish girls and if it fit Clove to look like this, I would have my fav girl on a body like that, but she's meant to be short and tiny... For all my other girls though, I just want bodies like the Impl and Dollios one now.

Honestly your gorgeous dolls are part of why I'm so in love with girls like this in the first place. Ren has a very special place in my heart. I mean I've always been a tomboy myself and I just like girl dolls who aren't all girly for the most part, but your beautiful dolls definitely helped cement my doll dreams. XD I think I need more tough girls though, my girl is tough as anything, it's part of her training and her life, but I want some big buff girls too.

Exactly! You are so right. When Herculean was being discussed this is totally along the lines of what I expected at the very least.

It's totally got me questioning my doll shelling decision as well. Like I almost want to give this body to Styx instead of the Dollstown one I planned to some day get her, and then whenever it comes out get the Dollios one for one of my boys sisters. Damn I need to think this over now... lol Good luck making your decision @blukissed I think we both have a hard decision in front of us. lol

 

oh yes yes!! we had this conversation on fb i think! yes in that case it was me. it'll be sometime before i can get my next girl body so it'll be something to consider. but i DO think it would be in his best interest to reshape the breasts...first and foremost because i think hes a skilled artist and very capable of doing so! i mean...just look at these abs! the man that created this, can do a much better job on the breasts! i love the ones on the fantasia girls! but i wasn't too sure about their abs....they still looked very bony in a way O_o

 

yes for me the hourglass/coke bottle shape of this athletic woman is a flaw - it's just not realistic!

 

It fits my athletic cyborg warrior very well with fake-ish boobs too but for my human dolls I prefer less hourglass barbie waist, they need realistic smaller boobs too so IOS looks much more realistic shape

 

Love the arms and legs on the new impl doll really not a big fan of her torso though. Anyway she's too tall for me. But the price is so good!!
It's nice to see companies starting to do stronger girls. I reaaaallly hope we'll see more!

What I really want is a girl with broad shoulders, big arms and legs, narrow hips and no six pack (don't know if you've ever seen posts showing the difference between strong men and bodybuilders, basically this is what I have in mind). I can only dream though.

They call it the 60body so I would assume 60cm.

"60" was a working estimate : ) I just measured her more accurately for you guys; with a Dollshe Bernard head and her current badly sculpted feet she stand 62cm tall in total. She might gain another cm as I continue to work on her hips and knees, but that's about it I think.

She's about as broad as a Dollstown 18yr boy though (16cm to Dollstown's website-stated 16,5cm). I wish I had more dolls to compare her to, but I only have the old Supia body and old Dollshe body in my home! Once she's closer to being done I'll try to comparing her to my friends their dolls and take some pictures!

tbh I debated on how tall to make her, but 1) I figured Iple would go the 65-70 cm road and it would be hard for me to compete with them. and 2) I wanted to keep her realisticly proportioned. at 70cms tall she would have been so HUGE in the shoulders and hips that I don't know if I'd like, survive sculpting her, and there would be no clothing to fit her (at least now she can steal sweaters and tanktops from the big guys). then secretly also; I wanted to prioritise her looking good with other girls rather than guys bc girls are everything.

 

I can 100% support this logic!

 

Honestly 62-63 sounds perfect for me. I don't really collect anything taller than that so she'd fit in with my crew (well, wishlist crew).

Truth be told I wouldn't mind a zaoll/dollstown elf height muscular girl x)

 

Most of my girls, even the cutest and girliest are 65cm so 60cm is far too small next to them as well a huge sweet lolita (67-68cm with high heels) next to a tiny 60cm fitness bodybuilder doesn't sound nice but it's great that others like her size ^^ tall IOS and Impldoll are more like my thing, so my girls can keep their taller scale which I can't change bc my boys are so huge. But keep up good work she is special and unique! I would support your work by ordering one if I could

No, sorry, I don't dare give an estimate. I study and work a part time job, so I can't make her my main priority no matter how much I wish to! I also don't have an actual workspace, so I have to work on my balcony a lot of times, which makes me dependend on good weather and daylight hours (and those are scarce during Dutch winter). Then I'm also experimenting with joints for the first time, so there's a lot that I have to redo or change continuously.
I don't know how much I'm allowed to discuss her here, since she's not officially on topic yet, but you are all welcome to PM me with questions instead : )

What about the IOS body btw, do we know for sure they're still planning on bringing her to the market? Because the progress pictures for that body looked so promising but there haven't really been any updates, right? Or did I overlook them?

 

I asked some weeks ago and IOS replied that sculptors are working hard with the female body so it is coming, sooner or later. They did not give an estimate but I'm sure they wouldn't say such things for a customer if they decided to not release such body at all.

I guess they are busy with those Black butler dolls..

Oh wow, Iple's new HID is quite something! I don't know that I would ever actually buy one because the characters I'd need them for are low on priority list, but I've always longed for more muscular girl bodies--the long-ago Nobility Doll one was great looking, but everyone always said the joints were atrocious.

 

Wow, if I was getting a lager doll I would buy Iple new version in a heart beat! She is so cool! : D MSD is as big as I'm willing to go though with my small place.

 

I am liking the look of the HID girl. Originally I wanted a SID or EID lady. I want to have a doll to style like Kuvira from Legend of Korra. Like a fit body but I don't need anything extremely swole. lol now to work on the hard part, saving money.

 

I like the height of the muscular girl body impldoll has (like yes I want a tall girl to threaten my tall boys, lol), but I really don't like the abs. I'm not the biggest fan of extremely cut six pack abs and I think the texture of the abs looks a lot rougher than the rest of the doll.

I actually have 2 characters that need a muscular body. One more so than the other though. I also need some chubby dolls...but not baby faced... Like I need some chubby adult dolls about 30cm for some Dwarven characters I have in mind!

If we have softer boys and muscular men dolls, why not softer girls and muscular women?
It doesn't make sense to me not to have that option.
