Payment Moonlit Euphoria - [Resolution in Progress, see last post]

Checking in with another update for everyone. I have just sent another payment to Soom for the splits.

Are you still waiting on payments from Tsuki or other members here?

I'm just hoping everything is accounted for, you sent me a message asking for my paypal receipts, which I sent and I haven't heard anything back I'm hoping that's because it's all worked out.

I am waiting on a payment from a member involved in the splits as well as waiting for Tsuki to send me the difference of what was still owed once I did the math. I spent two hours going through everything and making sure that every amount was accounted for before sending her a long email about the rest of the funds, which is inclusive of the rest of your payment, Rosella. I sent her all your screencaps and information and she admitted to making an error and she will be trying to fix it. She gave me a time frame of mid-late January to early February. Once I receive those payments, as well as Tsuki's payment for her Bygg head, the first order will be completely paid off.

I haven't heard from her since Saturday so I'll be sending her another email in about six minutes.

 

Thanks! so my items are all set then? I think it should be that her items are unpaid (e.g. maybe most of Beyla #2) rather than mine waiting on unsettled payment from her.

I know that maybe sounds rude, but I just want to be all set with this and not worry.

I'd rather pay extra shipping than have to wait and wait when these guys should have been paid off in November. I'm okay with her mid-late January estimate, but I think February is really pushing it, with us and with Soom.

 

She admitted to excluding some of your payment, which I believe comes to 99.93. Her portion of the first order, which contains everyone's items, is only 77.97 so there's still a bit of a difference. Either way, the order can't be paid off without her sending me the rest of the funds. Only one person still owes money and the rest is tied up since her math was off and I had to fix it. That's a little over 215.00 that still remains once the last person has paid. Which, as stated, includes the money that she excluded of your own and the money that she excluded due to incorrect math on her end.

If I didn't have my own pending SOOM layaways, I would gladly front those funds just to end this for everyone, but I can't. I sent her an email a while ago, so hopefully she'll reply soon.

It's a frustrating position for me to be in because I get upset if I can't come and be the bearer of good news. It makes me feel bad because I just want this to end so everyone can be happy.

In the end, it does pain me to say this, but we still have to wait on her. I'm sorry. I can try to do what I can on my end but that may not be enough to appease everyone, I understand that.

But, we're all waiting and have been waiting for some time. I am thankful that we caught this before the order was canceled and I do think that since we caught this issue, we have made progress. There was a balance of over 1400.00 remaining on the order and now we're under 400.00. I know it would have been easier to just write her off completely, but unfortunately we still have to deal with and wait for her.

I do believe her when she says she will send it, however, I just can't be sure when that will be. I will also send a message to Anu to have her poke Tsuki as well.

 

I didn't mean to upset you, I apologize. It's just been tied up so long, it can get frustrating. I had forgotten that some of her order was in the other 6 month layaway, and that was my mistake and I misplaced my disappointment - it's not with you. You're doing the best you can with this and I really appreciate it. It's a lot of work to calculate all this madness and honestly, I am thankful for all of your updates - good or bad. I am so happy to have the communication after not knowing for so long.

It wasn't that you upset me, Rosella, the situation upset me. I'm sorry if it seemed that way. Buuut, I have very good news to share today. My network was down for the majourity of the day, however when it came back up moments ago, I saw the payment difference notice sitting in my inbox. I went ahead and covered her part of the first order and sent it to SOOM. Now all I need is the final payment and we're completely paid in full.

Tsuki and Anu both have remaining balances in the second order, however Anu said she will be paying hers down within the next few days. I know that Lucifers Choice has eyes in that order, which is unfortunate.

 

Everything will be shipped to me. Should it take significantly longer for the second order to be paid off, hindering the shipping time, I have ordered the Bygg eyes in a split with another member here and the order has recently shipped. I could send him my eyes and just wait for the other ones for myself so that everything can be shipped together for you both.

I've asked Soom for an estimate on shipping since we're so close to being paid in full and I will be letting everyone know when I get a response.

Hello, everyone!

I come bearing some rather awesome news. Approximately two minutes ago, I have sent over the final payment for the first order to SOOM. So now, everyone is in the clear and we are in waiting status.

I would like to thank everyone for their cooperation and patience and trusting me to take over this order. I know it's been a bumpy ride but I think we managed to smooth it out towards the end. ^^

All future updates will be posted on my website, since everyone here on DoA was involved in the first order and that has been squared away. Please feel free to direct any concerns or questions that you may have for me to [email protected]. It's a struggle for me to keep a cleared out PM inbox, so email may be the best way to catch me.

Lastly, but not least, a BIG, GIANT thank you to the mods for allowing me to keep track of things in this thread for everyone given the circumstances. It didn't have to be allowed but I'm very appreciative that it was and I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels this way.

I'm bumping with an amazing an unexpected update for everyone this lovely morning. While stalking the Chalco page, I got curious and went to check on my orders and surprisingly the order that was just paid off has already been shipped!! It is already in Houston, on its way to me and it will probably arrive today ( if I get lucky ) or tomorrow. The EMS tracking number is EC106135661KR and here is what the tracking status is currently sitting at:

Shipping invoices will be sent as soon as everything arrives and is packaged up. As always, further information can be found here.

 

They've arrived and have already been packaged up. I'll be sending shipping invoices in a moment. I managed to get a few pictures but they aren't fantastical or anything. I didn't take any pictures of the smaller items, but everything was accounted for.

I'm running on an empty tank, having not slept yet, so I'll be trying to get the shipping invoices out before I pass out. XD I can ship starting as early as tomorrow, so the quicker you pay, the faster your package is sent on it's way.

EDIT: Shipping invoices have now been sent and to those that did not receive one, you should have an inquiry waiting for your response.

 

Everyone who has paid their shipping has had their package shipped out today. I will be posting delivery confirmation numbers on the website as well as sending out email confirmations later on in the day. Please let me know when your package arrives.

 

As of yesterday, all of the shipping invoices have been paid and all of the packages have been shipped out to the participants. All I'm waiting for now is confirmation of each package's arrival and this can be considered fully resolved.

 

My Bygg outfit arrived safely. Thanks SO much for all your efforts with this messy situation!
