Read a couple of the threads, a Mod can page your split leader for you and you can try to sort this all out. So she didn't give you the Soom order number? If not, Soom probably won't give you much info, but don't give up yet!

Your split leader has been banned from DoA twice, so I'm not sure if you will be able to contact her through DoA ;-; but definitely check for other split members and see if she has sent them any notifications or replies.

I just got my items from her Iplehouse Luna split about a week ago so she's still around. She just seems to be a little slow with replying to emails. Best of luck to you!

 

I'm also waiting on hearing from Tsuki, but for a GO, rather than a split. >_< Her emails are not 'a little slow', however. She is simply not responding at all (it's been over a month). I have no way of knowing if the order has even been placed, in my case.

 

I'm sorry to hear she hasn't responded to you. She responded to me about two days before she shipped my items, but I sent her an email about every other day after the order arrived at her house to get an update, so maybe try that and hopefully you'll hear something soon.

 

I was also in the Iplehouse Luna split, and finally managed to get my items, but I had to really pester her to get them shipped (as near as I can tell, she had them for almost a month before shipping them). If she was on DoA, I would have left bad feedback, but unfortunately (or fortunately, in the long run) she got kicked off (again!) for using someone else's account to access the forum after she'd already been banned once. The split I joined was being run by razumn, not tsukihiroshi, but when razumn's ID got banned I found out it was tsukihiroshi organizing the split. I was already familiar with tsukihiroshi's background, and if I'd known it was her, I wouldn't have joined the split in the first place. This is why the forum rules, especially the Marketplace ones, are so important.

Okay, I'll stop ranting now.

 

If any of you guys are signed up for Flickr, she has a Flickr account in which she uploaded some photos to on the 10th, so perhaps messaging her there would be of some help since she seems to be hesitant to check the webbie and get in touch with those that have been leaving comments for her.

 

Ah wow... How disappointing that there's recent uploads and activities. I've sent a lot of emails to both Razumn's and Tsuki's emails requesting at least an update. I haven't heard anything since I sent my money and that is probably the most troubling part of the matter. Thanks for the information. I'm trying her Flickr, and I'll message every day if that's what it takes.

 

I have Patricia's address and have collected two phone numbers from two different people that match. I called the number and it's certainly hers. I left a message. If you would like her mailing address or her phone number please PM me.

I basically told her that we have been trying to get a hold of her for months, and if she does not respond we will be taking legal action.

 

She never sent an invoice for the final payment on the Bygg outfit set I had in split. I never received any emails about it, either. The last I heard from her was in October.

 

Whoa, so the Bygg and Beyla splits haven't been paid on since September 26th? Or am I reading things incorrectly? I am involved in those splits as well and this is very unsettling news. D: I used to talk to Tsuki often on MSN but she stopped coming online in October.

The last I heard from her was 11/19/09. I was in her split for Amber and got two of the same horn . She said she was going to contact soom about it since all the other horns were the proper sets, I sent her picture but I haven't hear from her since. I'm also in one of the Beyla splits. Its been so busy here at work I didn't realize its almost been a month now.

 

I've got a question, have any of you guys actually sent Tsuki payments for payments other than the first payment? As in did anyone pay in full or send in second ( or third, etc ) payments? Because if payments were received and not sent to Soom, that's a very bad sign. D:

I know Tsuki is overwhelmed but that just seems a tad irresponsible. No offense.

 

Although I am not involved in any splits with Tsuki - I do have a doll that she bought from me! I even have a commissioned outfit that she got sent here for me to send with her doll.
I too used to speak to her on MSN but she eventually stopped coming online and last week I had to email her to remind her I had her things. I got a reply telling me that she was very very busy and It sounds like she's going through a rough time.

Since I now seem to be in contact about her doll, if anyone has any messages - I am more than willing to pass them on.

 

I called Patricia twice yesterday and no reply. She never called me back. I called her just now and there was no response. But I did leave another message. In each one I've said "Please either call me back or get online. If we do not hear from you soon, we will be taking legal action."

I've pressed charges on someone before over state lines. I'm not sure what the laws are for where everyone is, but anyone who is willing to press charges (to at least get our money back), please PM me your name and address and phone number and how much you are owed. I'll start organizing that stuff and getting the appropriate calls made. I don't mind organizing that portion of our problem transaction.

I was in the split for Luna with her and when she got banned, I was worried, but she came through and contacted us through email then gave us all the link to Moonlit Euphoria. She was somewhat prompt answering my emails...maybe at the latest, 2 days wait?

We were going to do layaway for Luna, but since everyone paid early, she ordered her early and I received my cat head just two days after I received my cat parts from my split with picturemeperfect here on DoA despite patricia having been banned. She even sent me a cute little note!

The only problem I had with her was updates on Moonlit Euphoria. Where everyone had paid but it didn't reflect that, but she did keep us updated and she had already ordered.

We chatted idly through email too seeing as soon she would be moving to the city I was originally from. She's nice and I think if she's going through a rough time she's REALLY GOING through a rough time.

 

I see..I admit, I know what you're talking about and in dealing with financial transactions, it should be high on one's priority list. Who's to say. I am currently still involved in a split for my luna tamer body/human head and I hadn't received word from my split partner for a week and some time during the ordering period, but on the very last day of ordering, she made a presence and we made it so that we could order the doll and now she's finally on her way to me.

I think it will work out, and if it doesn't, I'm sure you will all be refunded properly! ^u^

 

I paid in full for my part of the beyla split as well.

 

I have also paid in full, for a Dolkot order. Frankly and honestly if she was going through a rough time, it doesn't seem like she would not have time to take pictures as well as upload them of a new doll to her Flickr. Something feels really amiss. I am owed slightly over $140. I really do hope it works out one way or another. I would also be willing to collaborate for legal action. I hope it doesn't come to that though.

 

I may sound like a witch when I say this, but I can care less about her hard time. She could have communicated and worked something out instead of running off with $1000+.

Hi guys, I've finally found this thread and thought I should chime in as I have a split with her too. I talked to her a lot until about a week ago and I know she's going to be in my area (Pasadena, CA) for the 19th.
She'll be at the DollHeart party.
So... I hope this helps. Maybe I can help you guys figure things out.

 

I'm going to speak generally for a moment...

You know, this lackluster type of attitude is why there are so many problem transactions now. I know that things get hard in life and I know sometimes there are never enough hours in the day, but you have to be able to prioritize. I see far too many people say "Well, it's okay because it's this person." or "I don't mind waiting because I know that so and so is busy now."

When money exchanges hands there is an obligation to be fulfilled on the part of the person who accepts the money. If that obligation is not met, then action has to be taken. If a steamroller is moving towards you, you wouldn't just stand there and wait to be flattened. You would move, which means you would take action.

I'm just sick and tired of people getting over on people in the Marketplace. It just pisses me off.

 

Who votes that I call the Pasadena police department and ask them to go up there and meet Patricia and ask her to get a hold of us? To do this I need to know what all is owed and the total amount of what she owes to us.

I'm in her Beyla splits for outfit and shoes, I paid 39.33 in total so far, the first half. I was emailed an invoice for the second half on October 25th with a note that she understood I wished to pay later but if I wanted to pay now I could do so, so I emailed her to state I wished to pay later.

As December rolled around I wondered when I needed to pay it off, so I sent her an email on the 14th of December asking how long her Beyla layaways were. I haven't received an email back.

 

I'm not actually quite clear anymore is Razumn the same person as Tsuki is. In Tsuki's e-mail after she and razumn got banned, she stated that razumn and her are two different people, but I'm not sure what to believe anymore. They both had the same paypal address...

I joined on Razumn's Dollflower eyes GO back in summer. Razumn owns me 146$ for two pairs of eyes.
I have e-mailed her and Tsuki, and none of them have replied back. The status in Moonliteuphoria states that the GO is closed, and in Tsuki's e-mail, she stated that the eyes have been already payed.
Yesterday I e-mailed Razumn again, and told her that if she wont reply within two days, I will have to make a paypal claim.
I know that Dollflower takes alot of time with their eyes, but this situation is so alarming that I really don't know what else to do...

 

Moderator's note: It's always good to keep in mind that the mods don't ban members from DoA lightly, and though we may not give specifics, there are always concrete reasons for any ban. Tsukihiroshi's and razumn's accounts are both banned from the forum. Razumn, technically, is a different person, but Tsukihiroshi hijacked her account to use for the MP when her own account was banned.

The moderators highly discourage members from participating in anything this former member runs. Also, anyone advertising her website and aiding her to get around her DoA ban could face MP bans themselves.

Korone - what you need to do is talk to visavis on here. She is the one who receives the dollflower eyes, who Tsukihiroshi put the order in with. I sent her a message saying I was VERY unhappy with communication with Tsuki and that I wanted the eyes shipped directly to me. She said that was okay but she would have to talk to 'razumn'. I gave her Tsukihiroshi's email and said good luck, I haven't heard from her in a month. Well, I'll be! She responded to those emails within a few hours!!! Didn't know why I wanted the eyes sent directly to me, but say 'OK, if you're paying for your own extra shipping'

I will have to pay extra shipping, so basically I'm out 1.3 times shipping (since I put some in for the original order), but honestly I don't care. Better than losing 2 pairs of dollflower eyes which cost a fortune. I do know that they have been paid for though, which is better than this Soom business.

I cannot believe that and I don't know what to do about it either. I also paid in full on 9/29 for my 2 Beyla heads. I know Soom gives people trouble about shipping to new addresses when they've moved, I can't see them being willing to switch over ownership of the order.

Man, this stinks. And I can't believe she is posting on Flickr and not writing back to the stack of emails I've sent her.

My Beyla items (R. head, OE head, and horn) come to $146.93 USD

The dollflower eyes were expensive, I don't remember the exact cost, but I ordered 2 pairs of eyes (Lily and Peridot 18mm). I'm officially considering them not a problem anymore though because I contacted visavis and will get them direct. I'll be happier when I have them in hand though.

 

It's a good idea, but I don't think Soom will allow it. How can they know that the $400 something already put down came from us? To them, it would seem like we are taking her money, even if we did pay the rest. Plus, we would end up having to pay more since she still has some of our money she hasn't put in.

I would be willing to try and sell the leftover parts for extra money to try and recoup people's money, but it sounds like a real messy, tricky idea and since I live in Australia most of the year, it would cost people more in shipping from me. And I'd be devastated if we ended up paying the rest and they shipped to her original address in the end. Like seriously, I'd lose it.

As far as I'm concerned, she did not put a cent of her own money into any of the Bygg/Beyla dolls. If she wanted to send money for them PLUS all the extra money she owes us, I'd mail them to her. Otherwise, the extra parts would have to be sold for above retail price to recoup enough funds to make things even.

I added her as a contact on Flickr. I'm going to see if she'll add me back and if I can message her there. But honestly, I don't know what excuse she could have now. She even updated her blog well into November and the October payments had not gone in.

 

I was down for the wings in Beyla Split #1 and Horn in Beyla Split #3, both I fully paid for

I was also in a past split for Cass arms and legs, I recieved them without any problems, no idea whats going on now, last I heard from her was when she shipped the Cass parts out

 

Honestly RiverKelpie, I thought everything was business as usual too and that she was just awful at communication, but Soom says only 1 payment has been sent in when the last (fourth) payment was to go in this week. That certainly changes things.

If Soom agrees to transferring the ownership of the orders or send a refund and you guys need someone to take over the task, I wouldn't mind volunteering if no one else does. At this point I'm eager to know what's going to be done so I know whether or not I'll have to get my parts in the splits elsewhere.

As for payments, I only made my first payment and was planning on paying off the rest all at once. I believe the first payment was 15.50..? I can't remember.

 

I'm willing to take the head of the split as well. I don't mind doing that stuff.

If Soom will let Forbidden or me take over, then we need to get this paid and fast. Does everyone have their money still handy? I'm glad that second payments weren't sent in.

I'm going to call the Pasadena police department this after noon (don't have time right this moment, but will in about an hour). I'm going to ask them if they will be able to go out to the Dollheart party and ask around for Patricia. Maybe an officer of the law telling her to contact us will help.

I've resorted to calling and leaving messages every little bit. She knows by now, and she's avoiding. But this won't last forever. If anyone else wants her phone number so that I'm not the only one calling, feel free to PM me and I will send you her number.

 

Rosella, because you're taking over the Dollflower order, do you know if Tsuki herself had ordered any eyes? If so, perhaps it's possible to use those eyes in order to refund people?

 

I paid in full already for my portion of the Beyla Split #1. I'm in it for the shoes - so it was just $22 for my part.

 

I'm not taking over the Dollflower order. Patricia's eyes are still going to her, which is fine since she paid for them. I only contacted visavis about my two pairs of eyes. I think Korone will do the same with her eyes and then that GO should not be a problem. We both have to pay extra shipping, but I think it's a better option than worrying.

I'm okay with someone else leading up the order if it changes hands, however I'd prefer someone with a large amount invested/ extensive positive feedback so I know they'll take care of it. Also, if this does go through, it should be discussed with a moderator - I don't know if they will allow it either. I'm still very doubtful Soom will agree to this.

But at this point, who would send Patricia any more money? so the splits can't possibly be paid off. I don't know. I'd like to hear from her why she hasn't bothered paying any of the other payments. Seriously, I know it must be stressful for her and it feels easier to hide at this time, but come on - something to say would make this better. I can work with an apology for the neglect, I cannot deal with a complete halt in communication.

I heard from her in several emails up until her Alk/Yrie splits (which I did not participate in or want anything to do with, but I saw them on her page) fell through. Then nothing.
