Payment Moonlit Euphoria - [Resolution in Progress, see last post]

Should we all (or the new leader) try to contact Patricia and ask her if she would like someone else to take over? I think it's too stressful for her to deal with, so hopefully she just hands it over and if she can puts in the rest of the money she was given by us. It will have to be done delicately to not just be ignored again I think.

As an aside, she hasn't added me back as a friend on Flickr, and no new photos since those on the 11th.

 

I got a hold of her I believe it was last week about my Amber (who I finally got, one relief taken care of) and made my split payment but I haven't heard from her since. I know she's going through a lot, but she said she's going to try and keep in better contact with everyone.

Can I ask how many payments you've sent her for Beyla... because she only put the first payment in to Soom, no others and they should have been paid off in their entirety last week. I don't know what she is doing with our money

I noticed Anutre, whom she has listed as part of the Beyla #4 split (which is the one I'm in) has also been banned. Another version of her? It does say California..

 

I've sent 1 payment, then when I could finally get a hold of her sent 2 months worth for the split. I'm going to see if I can get a hold of her and see what's going on.

 

Anutre is not her, but is a friend of hers. Anutre's account was banned because they were sharing it at one point, I believe. I don't really know the specifics of it all.

Even if someone does manage to get in contact with her, I doubt anyone would be quick to hand over more money to her, WrathChu.

I'm in the Beyla split #1 for these parts:

* Normal Head = $75 + $2.97 (15% EMS)
* Romantic Head = $75 + $2.97 (15% EMS)
* Body with Human Arms + Legs = $120 + $5.95 (30% EMS)
* Hooves = $45 + $4.96 (25% EMS)
* Cute Hands = $10 + $0.99 (5% EMS)

Which this adds up without EMS to $325.

Has anyone been able to get a hold of her since last week?

 

I think you're the last contact any one has had, WrathChu. Branchuchan tried calling her several times last week and several people have emailed her, etc. but no one has had any sort of response yet.

 

Branchuchan: Do you have any updates from your end? Have any of your calls been returned? Do you know if anyone spotted her at the DollHeart party?

 

I"ve not been able to get a hold of her, but admittedly my life blew up in my face and I've not had time to call her any more over the weekend.

I don't know if anyone spotted her at the DOllHeart meetup because I was unable to get someone to work as an agent for us. I was going to call the Dollheart shop and ask to speak to her during the meetup, but that was a really bad day at work for me and I didn't even get a break all day.

I'm going to go back to trying to call her today, but I've been holding off so that she doesn't change her number. I'm going to leave one more message, basically saying that it's her last chance before charges are pressed.

ETA: Just left a message and sent her a sms that basically said that today was her last chance to avoid charges being pressed. If she does not contact me today, I will be pressing charges on behalf of everyone.

I finally got a hold of Patricia! It appears that the threat of charges being pressed tomorrow worked in getting a response from her. She said that she's been really busy and was going to contact us after Finals. Considering that most finals are over, I'm not taking it. I told her I will be calling her back tonight, as I am at work right now and can't speak to her in depth.

 

You know, it's a shame when it takes someone getting fed up with someone to the point that charges are threatened to be pressed for something to happen.

I understand that all of you are upset and worried about not being updated about your splits, by all means you have every right to be. I'm e-mailing you for TsukiHiroshi because she has been rather busy lately and she knows that you are all upset as well, thus she is passing the information of the splits onwards to me due to the fact I check my e-mail and other various things bi-daily. Do not be afraid to chew me if you need to get out your anger and frustrations you have towards her.

Tsuki has recently been dealing with finals, personal issues and packing for a long term trip - busy lives are no excuses to not keep I contact with important matters concerning money and future family members (at least I consider my dolls family... I'm sure all of you do too), she understands that and as an apology all Beyla and Bygg splits will be paid off by mid January. She has already contacted SOOM about paying it off for all of you so that they will arrive faster and hopefully by the time all of our splits have individually been paid off, shipped to you immediately. Another reason why she has been reluctant is because one of her splitters not being able to pay off $390 after several attempts to contact her. As a result Tsuki will be paying off that chunk as well. If there are any objections to her paying off the dolls in one go, please let me know immediately and I will respond as quickly as I can.

I would like to apologize for her inability to keep up with your splits and contacting you about payment schedules. I know it sucks because I'm in it too and I'm not happy at all. Thus why I have contacted her and as a friend told her she needs to pass it on these splits because the way she has tended to them has been ridiculous.

I want to get this e-mail out as soon as I can to possibly calm some nerves, so in the next that I will hopefully have out in a little while will be a list that I have taken from TsukiHiroshi with updated information about your splits. Please, please, PLEASE let me know if something is wrong and I will make sure that it is taken care of. She has let me know that the money everyone has paid is currently sitting in her paypal account and has not been touched. So please do not consider this a scam, it is just the inability to properly carry out a split.

Personally I don't like the idea of my personal information being passed off to someone I don't even know. It just seems so irresponsible to me. I don't know what to think about this all and I would really prefer that the splits be shipped from Soom to someone else.

 

I agree with Forbidden, I don't want this handed over to someone else we don't know. ESPECIALLY if they are not on DoA or have already been banned. Does anyone know this girl?

It's funny... I sent out an email to her this morning as well saying I'd had the last straw and was going to contact the police. I asked for her to contact Forbidden though, not for this. Ugh. At least there is contact.. I hope it stays that way, but I don't know how she's going to pay for these things?! There is lots still to be paid and I can't see anyone else sending her more money. If she couldn't afford to send in any money in the last three months, how are we to expect she is going to make one lump sum payment in late January? Just sounds like stalling to me...

 

While I don't like that someone else has our emails, I think she's saying that Tsukihiroshi is still handling the money.

Soom did say before they don't care exactly how the money is going to gets to them. Those people who still owe money on the splits could send the money via paypal directly to soom themselves. I would though wait until after the money she still has in her paypal has been transferred to soom. We could still see also, if she would have them sent to someone who is still active on DoA and trustworthy like Forbidden or Branchuchan.

 

That's a good thought Nissi, Sending money directly to Soom is a good idea. But I wish she would officially relinquish rights to the order so we could safely know our items will not ship to her. I don't see why she doesn't, then she could be done with it. I wouldn't send more money until I knew the items were shipping to someone responsible. Not that it's an issue for me as she already has all my money

My main issue is that she has received over $1000 of payments and only sent Soom around $400. Why? And why on earth does she need until mid-January to send Soom another payment? Where is the other $600 or so dollars??

 

Guys, I just received an email from the friend and it is indeed Anutre, which I suspected. I don't have any issues with Anutre and she's just stuck in the middle of all of this unfortunately. She said that Tsuki doesn't mind letting me take over the splits. I just got out the shower and saw the email, so I shot a quick one back to her.

All I want are my dolls. I don't foresee any formal apology, nor will I ask for one, though I understand how you feel. If it were a current DoA member, I would expect an apology for lack of communication or my feedback would not be very nice.

But with her, I think she's doing the best she can, she is just very inexperienced and going through a rough time. Not that excuses help, but I think pushing her at this point is only going to result in less communication and us not getting our dolls. It has taken her some time, but she's trying to work with us. I'll take what I can get!

I have received a few emails with the requested information. Thank you to those who took the initiative to contact me. I am still waiting to hear back from their side regarding the transferring of the split funds into my Paypal account.

 

I have received a refund for the order I had attempted to place with Tsuki. I'm extremely relieved to have my money back though I will admit, I was a bit concerned from where it came from. It did not come from the Paypal address I had sent it to, nor did it come from Patricia. It cam from someone named Glenn Foster. It did have an apology in the refund however, which I am also grateful for. I consider my issue to now be resolved, it was just weird to see it come from a new address.

 

Glenn Foster is the name on the paypal receipt from when I sent my payments in. Perhaps it is the name of her friend razumn, who we originally thought we were in the splits with?

 

I think Glenn Foster may be her boyfriend's account. I'm not entirely sure though.

I heard back from Soom and they say that they're still waiting on the confirmation from her end. I have not received the split funds yet nor have I received any other emails from their end of things.

 

Checking in with an update. Anu told me that Tsuki relinquished the rights to the splits by contacting Soom directly. Naturally, I posted to double check this and because of the holiday and backlog of questions, I don't expect an answer for awhile.

As far as payment goes, I haven't gotten anything from her and still haven't been contacted directly. We have a mutual contact that told me that Tsuki has been keeping up contact with her consistently, so I'm really kind of irked.

It doesn't take long to send a Paypal payment and I expressed as much to Anu to relay to her. I'll give this a little while longer before I see what else I can do from my end, since I know that the holidays are busy times for everyone.

I also still have yet to hear back from a few people I contacted in regard to the Bygg & Beyla split information requests and will also attribute this to the typical business of the holidays.

I was hoping that this transition would go through smoothly... *sigh*

Soom replied from their end sooner than expected. The orders have been officially relinquished by Patricia and it will take a few days for the orders to be switched over to my account. This is what I have been told by Soom:

Now that I have confirmation from Soom, I will be checking the amounts paid by each participant and trying to see if I can get a hold of Tsuki to get the funds.

From the looks of things, only she and Anu mainly occupy the second order ( with the exception of Lucifer's Choice, I believe ) so if all the funds are received from her and the remaining payments are collected, I should be able to pay off the first order all at once, since the majourity of the participants seem to have paid in full.

I do wonder though, if the split payments that should have went towards the first order went towards making the payment for the second order. I'll see what the math looks like after I finish going through everything.

yeah, flipping back through paypal archives isn't my favorite either, but I can take them, I did look back just the other day when I was trying to remember the name Glenn Foster. Wish I'd thought to screencap then. Next time I log in I will so I have them just in case. But if you need them earlier, just nudge me.

One would hope so, but it's clearly not the case... Since we have paid more (way more in my estimation) than she sent to Soom - I don't think her money should be an issue, but we'll see. We should have a post dedicated to adding up the payments? I see now why the paypal receipts will be important.

I just hope she doesn't get overwhelmed by it and disappear again.

 

I still haven't heard back from WrathChu, so I don't know how much they paid upfront. Phoenix Rising isn't sure how much she paid either since her computer crashed. Without their totals looped in, the total amount paid comes to 595.64 it seems.

Subtracting the amount she paid to Soom on the 26th, that leaves 106.56.

 

Okay, that isn't as bad as I thought. I got my paypal screenshots and saved an email as a draft in case you need it, I'm all set.

I went to paypal and searched for the specific email - [email protected] it was easier than I thought. I'd always just scrolled back through in the past.

If she can't pay for her share of the splits, what is our plan?

 

Keep in mind that the amount I posted doesn't include whatever money was sent to her from the two participants I named, since those amounts are unsure.

Also, luckily, all her parts are in the second order and she says that she'll be paying them off in mid January or sometime in February. So, whether she pays or not really has no bearing on the main order which contains the majourity of everyone else's items. I think only a few people got looped in with the second order, though, in which they will have to wait until she's paid in full to get their item(s).

EDIT: I spoke too soon. She has a Bygg head in the first order as well.

 

Thanks for the update - hope that doesn't make things too complicated. Is that original total including items which belong to Anutre? She has the body in my split.

Patricia just said "her friend" when the splits were finalized and the mods told her she had to have a significant part in each split.

 

No, it didn't include Anu's portion because much like Phoenix Rising, she is unsure of exactly how much she's sent. She also has an arrangement where Tsuki is supposed to be paying off a significant portion of what she owes for her come mid January or what have you.

I received another email from Tsuki and she said that Wrath Chu and Anu both sent her payments when she was MIA, so the total of everyone's money that she has, she believes it precisely 728.95. I haven't heard back from Wrath Chu, so I have no idea how much they paid. Tsuki has to get 'home' before she can look through her information properly and she probably won't be 'home' until Sunday.

 

Sunday has come and gone.. any news from Tsuki about the payments?

The last email I got from her was on Thursday, which had her list of everyone who paid and the amount that they paid on which date. I replied to that email on Friday and haven't gotten a reply or the money yet, despite the fact that she said she would send it ASAP.

 

I just received an email from her this morning in regards to the issue I had with my part of the Amber split, so hopefully she'll be contacting you next Forbidden.

 

I still haven't received anything from her. I was wondering, however, did you guys want me to post the list that she gave me including all your payments? I'll send her an email tonight and hope for a response soon since that's about the only thing that I can do right now.

 

yeah, I don't know what to do? I (as I'm sure many do) have the phone number that was listed on the Soom split. But I think she gets online, she might just selectively answer things.. so the phone might not be any better.

Is the list the same as the one you have on your splits website?

Okay everyone, I've got some great news. I received the money from Tsuki yesterday and will be sending invoices to collect any remaining funds later on in the day.

Has anyone heard or seen anything in regard to Wrath Chu? They haven't been online since the 21st, so I'm guessing that maybe they are on a holiday hiatus or something of the sort?

No, I never received the details from them. I sent the requests out on the 22nd and their last active date was the 21st.

I can't do much until I have the cooperation of everyone else, but I will do what I can to get things paid off as quickly as possible. There is an issue that I am working to resolve, but other than that things are going through smoothly.
