Sewing Minifee/Slim MSD PJ Pattern?

I've been Googling for days and just went through this set of threads, and have been unable to find a free pattern for basic pj's (pants and top). I am getting a ResinSoul Fei and got a bunch of fleece scraps from my mom over the holidays and would like to make her some cute pj's.
I've been told minifee/slim msd clothing fits her best. I'd also like to make some for my ot Obitsu, but know that will be more difficult to find.

@LadyToxicScythe I have MH dolls, but I've no pants from them, and no barbie clothes sadly, but a good idea if I come across any.

I wouldn't mind making my own patterns, but will have to wait for my Fei to get here to try for her's heh

I just wanted to make sure I was understanding correctly heh Thanks for the link! I have stayed away from bigger sized patterns cuz I have no idea how to scale them down properly heh
